Hotel and staff were great! Our stay coincided with the first week of the Olympics so I would have thought that the restaurant and bar would have been open later then 10pm.

Buon hotel, moderno e pulito. Due discreti ristoranti uno al piano terra e l'altro molto particolare all'ottavo piano. Ottima la prima colazione. Un po' distante dal centro ma c'è la metropolitana a 400m.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Novotel. Alt virker efter hensigten. Vi brugte meget motionsrummet, der har en skøn placering på rooftop, så man kan se solen stå op mens man løber, eller se det oplyste Paris i mørket. Parkeringskælderen lige ved siden af, er meget bekvem, og hvis man giver sin billet til receptionen inden udcheckning får man endda rabat! Fin morgenmad og rene omgivelser.

First impression was negative since we had no help with our luggage (dragged from street), and the front desk lady spoke English poorly. We had booked a suite hoping that if I snored the sofa bed would give some space. But the "pull-out bed" was a chair pull-out that was almost touching the bed, so it would not only be no help but was in the way. The suite had more square footage than a standard room, but was laid out very poorly. We immediately asked to change to a standard room (mainly because my wife uses a cane, and the suite was a VERY long walk to the very end of the hall). We changed to a standard room, but the hotel refused to credit us with the price difference. Other negatives: Nothing in mini-bar; Our bathroom was cramped and a bad layout; Only instant coffee in the room; The roof-top terrace was only open for breakfast & dinner (with reservation); They closed the restaurant one evening (for an event) with no notice to guests; The bar times were very limited, and the bartenders could not make many standard drinks (e.g. Martini); The neighborhood around was lousy. We got in an elevator one day to almost step on large shards of glass from a broken wine glass on the floor. When we told the front desk they said "Oh we know, and intend to clean it"! But the elevator was still in operation! OK, there was one positive: the breakfast was excellent. Other Novotel hotels (e.g. Barcelona) have been much better. This hotel seems to only serve the convention nearby.

Property was great on location to getting around and very quiet and neat. The downstairs bar/reataurant gave excellent service, cannot fault them. Few concerning points; bed was not made just covered with clothing still under sheets which we thought we lost. Toilet roll was empty and not renewed . 8th floor rearuarant service was horrible, not organised or managed properly, waited 20mins to have order taken and seeeing guest who came after us were eating. Ordered drinks and never git it until i reminded waiter on leavijg that we never got the drinks so tgey needed to be taken off the bill. Waiters were all about and not in vharge of specific areas which was very confusing to who was waiting ot sat down first we left the reataurant very quick and went off site. Apart feom this 2 disappoinments the hotel is indeed a 4star experience.

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Er waren wat kleinigheden die beter konden, in de kamer was het erg stoffig en benouwd en de wasbak liep niet door. Ontbijt was erg druk en moest je lang wachten, maar het was wel erg lekker en uitgebreid. Het personeeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Metro om de hoek ongeveer 5 min lopen dus perfect, met een vaste lijn zit je zo in het centrum.

Ho soggiornato al Novotel in occasione di Retromobile 2025. Nonostante la zona fosse trafficata l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione ma fuori dal caos. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'affaccio sulla strada non crea problemi perchè il livello di insonorizzazione è ottimo. La colazione è a buffet molto varia e ben fornita. Mi sono piaciuti gli spazi comuni e la cordialità di tutto il personale. Consiglio a tutti quelli che devono stare zona fiera.

The hotel was very pleasant. We were only staying there 3 nights. Did note however the room AC unit didn't seem to work it to be powerfull enough. Apart from this it was a pleasant stay.

I like this hotel, it is located at a quiet area but a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very kids friendly, they have hand painting and mascot to take picture with kids. The breakfast has many choices of food, but it is quite busy and always need some waiting. The room is quite spacious and clean.

The staff was friendly. The amenities were decent. I like that they had a gym at this location, but the cable machine was not very good. the movement was not smooth at all and was limited in range of movement. The air con in the room was not strong at all and the thermostat did not display the temperature so I could not tell if it was actually cooling down. The room was very warm, and humid. The bathroom was not constructed very well as cracks in the shower, loose pipes made the place feel very cheap. Overall, I would not stay here agai or any Novotels

Overall, the hotel is clean and the beds are small ,but it's just to come back and sleep. The whole day you should be out exploring Paris and eating different food. Slippers, hair caps, and extra amendities you need to ask if you want them not given to you when you walk into the room. This hotel is a farther away from the city and there is a lot of walking you book this hotel. I recommend a hotel near the city more so its easier to travel back and forth to drop off stuff. This hotel is 30 minutes -45 min away from Paris city. The area around the hotel is not bad ,but not the greatest. Lots of gyro types of restaurants. I believe it is people from Turkey type of people

Temperature control in the room was terribly HOT and they provided fans to cool down. Reported to manager who was rude. Customer relations manager had to step in address our concerns and she offered a free night stay in lieu of fixing the problem! The room was packed with furniture and the carpet was dirty. Breakfast lounge staff at both their restaurants were rude and unfriendly!

The temperature throughout the hotel was unbearable. We asked several times for our room to be adjusted as we were told we couldnt use the aircon out of season. Although the bed was veru comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern. We could not give more than 2 stars as we didn't sleep well at all because of the heat...even with the window wide open.

Ho soggiornato al Novotel in occasione di Retromobile 2025. Nonostante la zona fosse trafficata l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione ma fuori dal caos. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'affaccio sulla strada non crea problemi perchè il livello di insonorizzazione è ottimo. La colazione è a buffet molto varia e ben fornita. Mi sono piaciuti gli spazi comuni e la cordialità di tutto il personale. Consiglio a tutti quelli che devono stare zona fiera.

My elderly parents and I got 2 rooms on 2 different levels. I asked the staff if it’s possible to get access to the levels we’re both on. They said it wasn’t possible. They only give you 2 key cards and one is needed to operate the power in your room. So basically you’re stuck with one key card when you’re at the property. My dad had asked the receptionist if they can let him in to my floor (because i felt sick) but they said it was not possible. So my poor dad had to walk up the stairs to come get me. Quelle horreur!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The room was great. We asked for a sofa bed for our kids and every afternoon when we got back to room, sofa was already made for our kids to sleep in. They even allowed us to leave our bags after checking out, since our train wouldn't leave until late afternoon. Overall experience was great! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the beautiful city of Paris!!

Selten so ein schlecht gemanageds Hotel gesehen. Wirklich unmöglich. Choas bei der jungen Truppe an der Rezeption, die im Zelt im Haus stattfindet. Sitzmöglichkeit ? auf einem Zelthocker in 40 cm Höhe über dem Boden. Sehr unorientiert. Man meint, hier arbeiten Praktikanten. Fragestellungen für den Folgetag Übernachtung wurden auf den Folgetag verlegt anstatt sofort zu klären. Am Folgetag wieder keiner Bescheid gewusst. Das Hotel konnte man mangels Aufschrift an der Strasse kaum zu finden. Nein, hier her nie wieder. Man fühlt sich als Kunde nicht ernst genommen. Temperature control in the room was terribly HOT and they provided fans to cool down. Reported to manager who was rude. Customer relations manager had to step in address our concerns and she offered a free night stay in lieu of fixing the problem! The room was packed with furniture and the carpet was dirty. Breakfast lounge staff at both their restaurants were rude and unfriendly!

After an awful experience at our hotel in Amsterdam, we arrived at the Novotel and were blown away. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely pleasant to work with and kept our room consistently clean. The breakfast and the fitness room were both amazing necessities to have in the hotel. We will definitely being stay there again and signed up for a rewards account due to our experience. The location was also wonderful as it kept us right in between all of the sight seeing we had planned. Highly, highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel is clean and the beds are small ,but it's just to come back and sleep. The whole day you should be out exploring Paris and eating different food. Slippers, hair caps, and extra amendities you need to ask if you want them not given to you when you walk into the room. This hotel is a farther away from the city and there is a lot of walking you book this hotel. I recommend a hotel near the city more so its easier to travel back and forth to drop off stuff. This hotel is 30 minutes -45 min away from Paris city. The area around the hotel is not bad ,but not the greatest. Lots of gyro types of restaurants. I believe it is people from Turkey type of people

Amazing property and the roof top restaurant was amazing. The breakfast is a mess as they are not adequately staffed and it’s over crowded. The make your own eggs option needs to be rethought as most guest don’t seem to get it. At the Grange, I was refused an itemized bill after multiple requests and instead even the receipt only had one line item with the total due. I had to do the calculation separately for what I ordered and realized the wait staff added an additional tip which I would have gladly left anyway for the service and the food. This experience won’t stop me going back.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel. The hotel was quite nice with clean rooms and facilities. The only issue we had was with waiting for breakfast as the the area for serving breakfast was a bit small for the number of guest so every morning we had to queue to get a table.

First impression was negative since we had no help with our luggage (dragged from street), and the front desk lady spoke English poorly. We had booked a suite hoping that if I snored the sofa bed would give some space. But the "pull-out bed" was a chair pull-out that was almost touching the bed, so it would not only be no help but was in the way. The suite had more square footage than a standard room, but was laid out very poorly. We immediately asked to change to a standard room (mainly because my wife uses a cane, and the suite was a VERY long walk to the very end of the hall). We changed to a standard room, but the hotel refused to credit us with the price difference. Other negatives: Nothing in mini-bar; Our bathroom was cramped and a bad layout; Only instant coffee in the room; The roof-top terrace was only open for breakfast & dinner (with reservation); They closed the restaurant one evening (for an event) with no notice to guests; The bar times were very limited, and the bartenders could not make many standard drinks (e.g. Martini); The neighborhood around was lousy. We got in an elevator one day to almost step on large shards of glass from a broken wine glass on the floor. When we told the front desk they said "Oh we know, and intend to clean it"! But the elevator was still in operation! OK, there was one positive: the breakfast was excellent. Other Novotel hotels (e.g. Barcelona) have been much better. This hotel seems to only serve the convention nearby.

Property was great on location to getting around and very quiet and neat. The downstairs bar/reataurant gave excellent service, cannot fault them. Few concerning points; bed was not made just covered with clothing still under sheets which we thought we lost. Toilet roll was empty and not renewed . 8th floor rearuarant service was horrible, not organised or managed properly, waited 20mins to have order taken and seeeing guest who came after us were eating. Ordered drinks and never git it until i reminded waiter on leavijg that we never got the drinks so tgey needed to be taken off the bill. Waiters were all about and not in vharge of specific areas which was very confusing to who was waiting ot sat down first we left the reataurant very quick and went off site. Apart feom this 2 disappoinments the hotel is indeed a 4star experience.

The room had a weird smell that I reported to the reception but nothing was done. The air-conditioning wast working and we were advised that nothing could be done until the engineer is back after 2 days. Not a good experience specially when you have tired kids after day out at disneyland.
