El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, las instalaciones están limpias y ordenadas, el hotel tiene un restaurante y bar muy completos, los alimentos sanos y las personas dan su servicio de buena forma. Lo único que no me gustó es que tuve la necesidad de usar una computadora, y en el hotel no tienen ninguna en servicio, y cerca no hay ningún cibercafé.

The front desk staff and the man who tended the bar was extremely friendly courteous and spoke good english! The room was clean and bed was comfortable Service was excellent! Would have liked to stay longer!

El hotel es cómodo y tranquilo. La habitación grande y todo el mobiliario se notaba nuevo. La limpieza excelente. Pero lo más digno de mencionar es la amabilidad y calidez de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta las camaristas, todos se portaron muy amables y amistosos. Hicieron de la estancia algo especial.

La habitación esta impecable, sin embargo un dia se fundió un foco de la habitación e inmediatamente fue cambiado. Por la mañana en la recepción esta una mujer joven que es la que esta en mostrador, tiene el cabello negro y chino, es la única con la que tuvimos contacto al hacer check out que se porto de una forma despótica, prepotente y no nos quizo proporcionar la hoja de de encuesta de salida de como fue el servicios, sin embargo a una persona extranjera le insistió que llenara el formato. Fue el único pequeño detalle que nos altero, de ahí en fuera TODO MUY BIEN

Muy mala opción en plan de negocios. El internet es muy deficiente, me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno y todos los huéspedes estaban conectados, seguramente lo que falta (urge) es ancho de banda, porque las velocidades de conexión son similares a las que había en las épocas del “dial-up”, ¡menos de 5Mbps! El hotel es ruidoso y el baño olía muy mal. No regresaría a pesar de la amabilidad del personal.

A great place to stay that is not in the city center. The city center is a 20min walk. The cafes around the hotel are also great, so lots of food options. The hotel was super clean and everything worked-AC, hot water, water pressure. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and smelled so fresh. The wifi was not the best but not the worst, it was slow and you could not have multiple devices on it. If you don’t have to stay in the city center, I will def stay here.

Quaint property. Rustic with modern amenities. Clean and centrally located. The double beds are a bit small and the mattress is not very comfortable but overall a great experience and recommend a stay here.

El hotel no está mal, pero la habitación es minúscula, poco iluminada y poco ventilada. El restaurante del hotel es caro y tiene muy poca variedad de alimentos, sobre todo el desayuno deja mucho qué desear, incluso siendo buffet. Tampoco es bonito. No está cerca del centro de San Miguel, por lo que hay que sacar el coche sí o sí, si quieres visitar y pasear por el centro. El estacionamiento es gratuito y muy cómodo, si alcanzas lugar enfrente del edificio, si no hay que ir a un terreno solo que está atrás y un poco alejado.

Great location. Weird that they didn’t accept credit card as a hotel. Thankful we could pay extra to check in early. They accused of stealing towels which was not okay regardless of our statement

Es un bonito hotel, cuidado y limpio. La única desventaja es que está un poco alejado del centro, debes caminar entre 20 y 25min, dependiendo que tan rápido lo hagas. Para personas mayores no veo opción salvo que se muevan en Taxi Capaciten a la recepcionista, tiene cero tacto para ser amable y simpática. Nunca fue grosera, pero cero amigable.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hôtel. Propre, bien décoré, lit confortable, pratique, à environ 1.5 km de bcp d' attractions.La chambre très bien adapté. Tout était parfait pour nous. Bons restos tout alentour et le déjeuner de l'hôtel était excellent ($)

Staff was friendly. The area was very noisy (traffic). Our bath towels were old and sheared - the hotel logo on them was nice. The restaurants buffet was substandard. Their main dining room was cold and windy.

Es un hotel bien ubicado SOLO para tener dónde llegar pero NO para descansar. Hay demasiado ruido dentro y fuera del hotel desde muy temprano; empezando por el personal de recepción y limpieza con sus radios portátiles a todo volúmen. El desayuno no cuesta lo que dice en la página. Es a la carta, caro y nada especial. Optamos por los restaurantes que están alrededor del hotel para desayunar, mucho mejores opciones.
