Stayed 4 nights

We stayed 4 nights, the room was never cleaned, beds were made and the towels were changed twice but neither the room or bathroom were cleaned. We informed the cleaning person and the desk agents twice who said they were going to take action, but nothing happened. No laundry service was available either. I do not recommend this hotel.

We booked for a 3-day stay at Empire Suites & LeLux Hotel. While the hotel reception area looks beautiful and impressive, unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing and did not feel like good value for the money. Immediately after checking in, we noticed that the elevator was only somewhat functional, with trip hazards around the area. Our room on the second floor had a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell. I requested a room change, but we were told that no other room was available until someone checked out the following day. Parking was another major issue. After going out and returning to the hotel, there was no parking space available for us, even though we had paid $155.22 for parking. The breakfast experience was particularly frustrating. Breakfast is served from 7:00–10:00 AM, but there appeared to be only one pan of eggs available for a hotel full of guests. When I asked the server if more eggs were coming, I was told it would take 10 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes, but no eggs were brought out. The exact same situation happened again on the second day. On the third day, I arrived early and was fortunate enough to get eggs before they ran out. For a five-story hotel, having only one ice machine is also inconvenient. Overall, the property appears poorly maintained, and many aspects seem to have been managed as cheaply as possible. The hotel reception may look luxurious, but the actual guest experience does not match the appearance.

The hotel is a little tired, but the size of the room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was less than mediocre.

Rooms were clean on arrival but curtains hanging off the curtain rail and one curtain was not even a full size curtain. When room was cleaned there was still toothpaste in sink and they did not throw out used coffee cups from in room coffee we had had. Hotel looks generally very tired. The breakfast was minimal choice.
