Beautiful property and room. Location is very conveniently located near transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Good service and pet friendly. Parking is offsite so valet is needed if you have a car.

Front desk staff totally lack experience or expertise. There was no internet connectivity during my stay (no apology or whatsoever) young valet was very rude and inconsiderate who totally lacks customer service or basic etiquette. Rooms have poor soundproofing (you could hear drunk people screaming from the parking lot next door) and AC is set at 24 C permanently probably to save on electricity bill (it gets hot to unbearable levels). Valet is $60 per day (more expensive than four seasons next door). Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. Also, don’t be surprised if there are some extra random charges on your credit card. I noticed random $200 charge on my card sent an email to the hotel but no reply (it’s been 7 days)

Personable and pleasant interactions with staff. However, housekeeping failed to clean the room properly and failed to replace towels and amenities. Response from front desk was cordial, but again incomplete, requiring 2 follow-up calls. Not a big problem, but frustrating, considering the rates charged in this "upscale" hotel.

I will give a one star bcs when we require to have a bottle water, the men in the front desk always trying to refuse us, as what he said, sure it’s not complimentary .However,the girl in the frontdesk was always willing to help,besides ! They totally forgot to do the housekeeping for us in one day of our stay, Not only this but also anti-lock us outside 15 minutes…BTW…I was busting to go to the toilet！！！

The hotel is very nice, but the bathroom bottles had not been refilled. There was no shower gel whatsoever, and a couple other bottles were very low. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay of one night.

Amenities are nice: enjoy the in-room Nespresso, housecoat/slippers, and accessibility to snack and drink. Downfall; the room floor could have been cleaned better. There were crumbs on the ground and left me with a feeling of unease, like maybe they didn’t clean enough. The building is a little outdated but rooms are mostly refreshed.

A delightful, large, modern hotel just a few blocks from the Museum of Fine Arts. A large department store across the street. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and well appointed. The comfiest hotel robes that I have ever worn. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. There is a restaurant which serves abundant dishes and a cafe where you can get a good variety of foods to go - and they are open early in case you have an early plane to catch. There is a line of taxis outside the hotel and the doorman will shout one over if you need it. A department store and the Four Seasons across the street.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. I was very grateful that they let me check in early after a very early morning flight in. Room amenities are top notch and the room service is very fast. Only downsides is that it doesn’t have a smart tv so you have to order movies or watch local tv and my room was very noisy at 4am as a delivery truck for the hotel was offloading right outside my window.

Third stay at the Vogue and quality was excellent as always. The staff, particularly the door attendants, were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Definitively veterans in the hospitality industry. The only negative I have this visit is that the constant whooshing noise from the elevators kept me up one of the nights so my advice is to not book any rooms that end in 22 or 23. When I mentioned it at check out, though, a very friendly employee named Loik complimented our party with coffees/lattes to go! That’s hospitality! Thanks Vogue😊

Arrived and my room was not ready. I didn't get access to my room until 445pm, when guaranteed availability is 4pm. I'm a frequent traveler and have stayed this hotel numerus times. concession for my inconvenience was 1 drink at the bar.

Very disappointed that the room wasn’t ready until 6pm despite checkin time being 4pm. I was told I would be called when it was ready and never was. I had to call down after waiting nearly an hour to find out it was ready. No one seemed to care at all that it wasn’t ready or about the delay.

Arrived at vogue at 6pm. We had booked AND pre paid for our room a few weeks prior for an event we were attending in Montréal. Upon arrival at the front desk, we are told there are no rooms available and are left with no where to stay downtown. The worst part is we had driven three hours and we’re not informed (no phone call, text or email) prior to arriving at the hotel about this issue. The hotel tried to put us at a hotel by the airport (for the same price and without any compensation or offer of transportation). As we booked to stay downtown for the event this was very upsetting. As a result we found a hotel on our own which meant we had to fork up $1000 for a same day booking on a busy weekend (which the hotel has not reimbursed). I would not recommend staying here based on the terrible service received and zero effort of communication.

Nous avons été choqués par les prix de la nourriture. Au bar on a payé beaucoup pour 2 cocktails dont un était surtout de la glace. Au déjeuner, les prix étaient ridiculement chers, sans qu'une simple tasse de café ne soit incluse et le service était lent et pas vraiment courtois.
