Staff was very friendly. One elevator was broken. Had to walk to other side of building to use the other then all the way back to other side when we reached our floor. Not much fun with all the luggage. Area was nice close to Tempe marketplace.

Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Hotel is centrally located with a lot of options for food and shopping nearby. It was awesome! It is a perfect place for someone to stay for extended periods of time. I felt like I was in an apartment not a hotel. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great on both days. Super close to the event I was in town for. It was 5 minutes away. Super clean. Room as all get out.

We stayed 4 nights and 5 days but no house keeper came to clean the room or change towels. I Never had that type of experience. Breakfast was good. The first room we stayed had strange shower arrangements. Also no sheets in bed. Broken pots and broken ice box. Air Conditioning stopped working at night.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and they have always been very pleasant. Unfortunately, this time didn't go quite as well. Upon checking in, we found that all three of our rooms each had a least one bed where the sheets had not been changed and we also noticed minor things that could be replaced (broken plumbing fixtures, wall paper coming off the walls, etc.). Thankfully, the hotel staff immediately addressed the dirty sheet issues in a courteous and professional manner. Overall, the hotel staff are very friendly and the location of the hotel is great, so my hope is that the hotel is only experiencing a temporary lack of staffing. We plan to give the hotel another shot and will stay here again in the future.

Pros: Big room, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, lobby has games, laundry on site. Cons: walls are THIN. I couldn’t hear the bed shake next door, but I certainly heard their lovemaking noises. Very uncomfortable when I was in a room with my teenage daughter. Breakfast meats were gone by 8:45 each day, but the rest of breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a nice and convenient area; the staff are super helpful and nice; however, the condition of the sofa bed really required serious attention. The end of sofa bed mattress was found a very large dark stain; the bedding for the sofa bed was not available in the room and we had to call the front desk multiple times to have them delivered as they were very short staffed. The mattress was eventually replaced on the next day after I present the photo to the manager. Breakfast was nice, great to get your day started.

Was working in Phoenix for a week on business. Brought my wife and chose to stay in Tempe instead of Phoenix. This was a good choice due to your hotel being located in a very safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also a nice theater nearby for my wife and I to enjoy at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel was nice but could use some updates. The little breakfast omelets, and cinnamon french toast sticks were excellent, as well as a nice assortment of fruits. The Wednesday evening social hour was great! Would recommend and I would stay there again when I am back in town.
