Overall it’s a good hotel, but a few issues during my 1 night stay. The laundry room has 5 driers and only 1 washing machine which was broken so unable to use when it’s a facility I wanted to take advantage of (note it is a chargeable service too so not raising it just because I observed an issue). In the evening I used the bath rather than shower as had been travelling all day, so in the morning it was annoying to find that the shower didn’t work having pressed the button on the bath outlet to divert to the the shower. All that happen was a loud clunk sound and no water from either the bath outlet or the shower (tried a few times). Reported to reception upon checkout to slightly disinterested staff member (a basic apology would have helped a little). Have stayed at other Hampton properties recently which were perfectly fine.

Room in good condition although smelled of dust. Shower water issue in the evening where water was almost too cold for showering and improved later in the night , possibly hotel water heater has trouble handing load at busy time when many guests are showering. Breakfast is very regular continental without any fresh veggie options nor cheeses. All yogurts are sweetened. Cream cheese was there. No butter , only margarine. The indoor pool and hottub were nice. Also on-premises laundromat was very useful for us. One red flag was lack of extra pillows when requested from front desk we were told that our 4 pillows is all we get for a room that sleeps 4 , we needed an extra pillow to elevate our son’s head as he was having some breathing issues.

A little on the expensive end but definitely worth every single penny. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. The only complain i will have is they should lower the chlorine level in swimming pool, it started irritating the eyes

Our family of 4 was on the road for 2 weeks and our kids claimed this hotel was their favorite! High praise and the parents agree. Ample, free parking. Breakfast had M&M's and other waffle toppings. Hot tub was clean and the perfect temperature. Great location as right across the street from Wal-Mart. We upgraded to the suite and would do it again in a heartbeat

The sheets in our room were dirty (covered in sand and debris) and not changed. When we reported this they gave us sheets to change the bed ourselves. There was no offer of assistance, no apology and no concern for the dirty sheets.

We didn’t get WIFI! Front desk could not help. Said it’s broken. Because of the location our phones didn’t work so we were left with nothing for 2 days. We ordered pack and play for our toddler and got the bed with broken legs and mattress that was too small (looked like from a different pack and play). AC was so loud that we had to turn it off for the night because we couldn’t sleep. Next time we will definitely look for something else.

The absolute best of the best! We had a king suite and it was perfect. A large room with a very comfy sofa, bed and pillows. Super clean! Spacious bathroom with separate sink area, and a balcony with two comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful view. TV swivels toward the bedroom area and the living room. It was the kind of room I could easily and comfortably book a long-term stay!

We have stayed at several Hampton Inns, which have all be good, but this was the best run. Nice large rooms, big windows with a large balcony (we had a King suite). We received a text after settling in our room to make sure everything was okay, and again the next day asking if we needed anything. These were not robo-dials. When, as an fyi, I mentioned an exterior light that was coming loose from its housing on our balcony, a repair person was up in 5 minutes.

Front desk clerk was rude. The toilet did not work in our room as soon as we arrived. I went down to ask for maintenance. Was told they didn’t have anyone on at night. She offered no solutions. I finally asked if she had a plunger. She was very put out but finally went and got it for me. That didn’t fix the problem . She again offered no solutions. I asked for another room. She said she wasn’t sure she could do that. I told her I wasn’t staying in a room with no working toilet. She finally left me standing at the desk to go make some calls. When she returned she very reluctantly agreed to change my room. The entire time she made me feel like this was my problem not hers. I stay often at Hamptons and this was by far my worst experience.

Upon check in, the desk clerk was less than welcoming. After checking in, I noticed that I was charged an additional 20.00 service fee, that the clerk did not advise me of. I went back to the front desk and was told it is a "Convenience fee". I asked why I was not advised of the fee and was told, that she had forgot. I showed her my reservation via Expedia and stated there was no indication of an additional fee and that I could use it for incidentals. Upon checkout, I requested the fee be credited back to my account. I had to ask for a receipt for my stay, as the clerk was not very interested in giving me one nor was she going to offer to refund my deposit.

Loved this hotel. Everything was amazing. The room was roomy and clean. The location was perfect, we were right in the middle of everything. And the breakfast was amazing. Fresh, hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles and typical breakfast items like yogurt, bagels, muffins, oatmeal etc. We were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely book again.
