Property was nice and spacious. Right off the boardwalk. My only complaint is on site parking fees were high at 35 dollars a night. Notice parking just across the street for 20. Still would visit again because it is the most updated hotel aside from the larger ones on the strip.

I only wish we had more time to spend here, as the location and view were wonderful. Room was basic, but very clean. Only thing missing might be a pool, however you are literally steps from the ocean. Restaurants are plentiful and steps away, plus there's a wonderful patio with chairs and tables for guests to enjoy.

5 stars for location, can't get any closer to the boardwalk 5 star for the room itself, comfortable bed, ceiling fan,full size fridge, microwave, sink, and dishes to use. Food options all in walking distance so no need for uber eats and veiws of the ocean. Would stay again for sure. No pool but the ocean was our pool

Great room, right in beach. Full kitchen was nice. Staff helpful. If I had anything - I wish they would put plants between the various rooms, the back balcony is one long balcony so when you sit outside your room your sitting in view of everyonez

Love the closeness to the beach! Love the deck option with lounge chairs! Love the HUGE spacious rooms! Love that the staff provided clean towels daily! Loved that the room had a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, broom for daily sand sweeping and two large beds with tons of dresser drawer space! Only con was that we love to travel with our fire stick and the TV would not allow us to change the input option to HDMI1 or 2 to use it. Otherwise, 10/10 hotel review! Will always stay here!

This property is a amazing ! Wow amazing property I just love how the beach is in front of the hotel. All I have to say if you don’t stay here it’s your lost . It’s beautiful but if your looking for a pool not at this hotel but it’s 100% amazing . Parking is 35.00 not bad and there is a bunch of restaurants and stores in walking distance . I love this place I’m staying again

We liked that this property was right on the boardwalk and access directly to beach, shops, and places to eat! For our group it was nice to have one King bed and Queen bed in the same room along with the kitchen area! Parking availability was the biggest negative for us, but it wasn’t terrible just very few spots and crowded but happy we did have a place to park .

Good overall experience. The place is clean and nice. It was recently updated and you cant get any closer to the beach. The front desk people were super nice. They have parking at a reasonable cost in the back of the property. We'd stay here again.

This property is what I would call a PERFECT location on Hollywood Beach. It sits right on the broadwal, and right outside your door are chairs and loungers to sit on and enjoy the beautiful views. Whether it's watching the ships and ocean or watching people, it's a wonderful place to enjoy the Hollywood Beach environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived hours before our check-in time and we were able to keep our stuff in the office. Additionally, they got us into our room early and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our first day. The area is generally loud, as this location is in the heart of HB, but it didn't bother us at all. We wanted to be where all the action is. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful little hotel. We will definitely be back!

We loved that this property was right on Broadwalk in Hollywood Beach. Our balcony was shared but overlooked the ocean and had chairs and loungers to sit on. The room was spacious with two beds, table/ chairs and refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishes. Being centrally located made it easy to walk to many bars and restaurants. Its a stone throw to the ocean. Love the room. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived early and were able to check in. Front desk were on top of everything. We had a late flight and they late us keep our bags in their office. We will see you in 2025. Thanks for everything.

Absolutely loved our stay! It’s such a great location practically right on the beach. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. Our room was supplied with some dishes, dish soap, dish towels, iron and a broom. There were shades on window and door. We had to purchase some paper towels and beach cups. It’s best to also purchase cheap beach chairs at Walmart. The parking is located right behind the building, once you get your pass you will have the same spot. You can suntan on balcony but for full sun better on beach. The people watching from room is great. We gave less stars for cleanliness only because we never had our room cleaned throughout our stay but were offered many additional towels. To be fair we could have asked instead of just flipping sign. I think a little more attention to detail when cleaning like scuffs on the wall and dirt accumulation in some areas like smudged glass or corners of bathroom would really help the ratings as these are things that travellers have time to see during their stay. Otherwise we loved The Oceanfront Suites and will definitely make the effort to return!

Amazing location! Comfortable beds, quiet (even with it being loud outside). Only downside was cleanliness. I get it, being right on the beach is tough with sand, but overall it could have been cleaner. They did have a broom and dustpan in room, but a cordless vac would have been much appreciated. Would stay again.

I have stayed here a few times and always like the fact of the closeness to all that Hollywood beach has to offer. the rooms are clean, and it is a quiet hotel right on the beach. A few minor things this time around. one of the beds had a dirty comforter, there were black marks on it. and some of the in-room dishes were dirty. but overall, it is still my favorite place to stay in Hollywood! I'll be back a few more time this year!

We usually stay here 2-3 times a year for a couple of nights before our cruise and have recommended The Diane Hotel to many people over the past few years however, at our most recent stay we were totally disappointed with our room. This property needs a makeover and needs to be cleaned! Come on guys for the price we paid you surely can do better than this!

3 star motel but cannot beat the location as all rooms are beach/ocean front. Rooms though renovated in last 7 yrs still had signs of neglect ie shower tiles broken and the towels were all mismatched - old and newer. Old with rips even so does staff not see that?

Great location and staff, would book again. There was a thin coat of sand on the floors that was never cleaned up during our stay ( I think the daily service of the room didn’t include floor and bathroom cleaning).

I've been wanting to stay here for years! They did a renovation in 2019(?) and this year I finally got to stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out a little later at no charge. They also allowed us to store our luggage in the office because our flight was in the evening. They also called a taxi for us. The room was clean, spacious, and all of the rooms faced the ocean. Wonderful location.

I have been to Hollywood beach twice and this was my favorite place to stay so far. I stayed in the King suite. The room was excellent. The beds were super comfortable and the balcony on the second floor was my favorite place to sit every morning looking at the beach. The hotel is right on the beach with an excellent view. Felt safe . Will definately come back and recommend.

This is the second year our family has stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff are amazing. They called me several times before our arrival just to make sure we were comfortable with our room option. You cannot beat the location of this hotel being right on the beach. The beach is extremely clean and there are places to eat or grab drinks everywhere around the hotel. As some other guests have mentioned, the bars next-door, including a new bar called Señor frogs, can be loud particularly during certain nights of the week. However, the rooms seem somewhat soundproof and it didn’t bother us. Amazing hotel, location, and office staff!

Great property! Clean and such a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. Loved having the balcony and picnic tables downstairs to relax in the afternoon and evening shade and watch people walking by. And having a kitchenette was great. Stayed for a week and would absolutely return!

The Diane is a great location on the beach, the staff were great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint is that because the doors are frosted glass light without a shade the parking lot light shines into the room at night. The kitchen is convenient but it does not have a stove. Nonetheless, this is a great property and I would rent here again.

I cannot rave enough about the Diane. Even prior to arrival, Merci contacted me via phone and discussed parking situation. It was Memorial Day weekend and very crowded. I have a son with disabilities and drive a big van. There is a dedicated spot for such vehicles, but someone had it for one more night. I was able to move to that spot the next morning. Thus, upon arrival, Manual jumped into action and helped my husband park the van for the first night. Merci went out of her way to ensure I had everything my family needed and all our wheelchair accessibility needs were met. This was the experience the entire stay. I don't think I have ever had staff at any hotel treat me with more professionalism, respect and kindness. The rooms are very large, immaculate, and you can't ask for a better view of the ocean. I will definitely be back. Only issue at all was not with hotel, but with other guests. Be aware it is one very large patio that spans all the rooms. That being said, although someone books one room, they may not respect boundaries. Our neighbors the first night did not. They and their children were all over, including on other guests patio sections in front of rooms. They left their toys on all the chairs and tables, and basically overran the place. Just be aware this hotel does not have private balconies. To hotel; 2 small suggestions. Shade on back door & ceiling fan for back room would make it perfect. VERY BRIGHT in am, and air doesn't reach well

I've been wanting to stay here for years! They did a renovation in 2019(?) and this year I finally got to stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out a little later at no charge. They also allowed us to store our luggage in the office because our flight was in the evening. They also called a taxi for us. The room was clean, spacious, and all of the rooms faced the ocean. Wonderful location.

We were booked for Monday through Saturday, June 16-21. We needed to stay Sunday night as well and when we called to request the change on Saturday at noon you were able to add an extra day to our trip and were gracious in doing so! Our stay was just as we had planned and hoped for until our last night. Around 10 p.m. a very large (20-30) people decided to have a party on the first floor porch area directly outside of our room. The party lasted until at least 1 a.m. There is no one manning the desk after 9 p.m. so there was no one to report too or stop the party in the first place. There was no way we could even determine if the people on the porch were guests or not. There really needs to be someone on duty to nip these problems in the bud. I am aware there is an emergency number but I would have had to leave my room, walk through the party to the office area to get the number. The number needs to be posted in the room too. Besides that, I don’t think a loud party constitutes an emergency, just an inconvenience. Please consider 24 hour staffing at least on the weekends.

Shining Gem of Hollywood beach! Diane oceanfront Suites is a Phenomenal family friendly spot. Greeted with a smile by Mercy! Felt welcomed immediately. Centrally located on Hollywood beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants few miles in each direction. My door opened to a balcony right on the Boardwalk. Back door opened to very easy parking. The suite was spacious and clean (just as pictured) I will be returning very soon! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. You are right literally steps away from the beach. The hotel was clean and spacious. The only suggestion we would have would be to have someone in the office monitoring the premises at night. When we woke there were homeless people sleeping outside our door on the loungers. At almost 500.00 a night for the room the property should be monitored. They didn’t bother us however we were on vacation.

This property is what I would call a PERFECT location on Hollywood Beach. It sits right on the broadwal, and right outside your door are chairs and loungers to sit on and enjoy the beautiful views. Whether it's watching the ships and ocean or watching people, it's a wonderful place to enjoy the Hollywood Beach environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived hours before our check-in time and we were able to keep our stuff in the office. Additionally, they got us into our room early and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our first day. The area is generally loud, as this location is in the heart of HB, but it didn't bother us at all. We wanted to be where all the action is. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful little hotel. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for 1 night on our way to a cruise. Chose because of its location and the Broadwalk to keep us busy. Excellent location, vibe, and plenty of dining and drink options. Clean room. Did the trick. My complaint is that I reserved and paid for a second floor unit for the better view and some extra privacy. When I arrived she (one woman working the desk) gave me a lower level unit. When I complained she offered no help, was very very rude. I just wanted what I reserved and paid for. She was playing on her phone which also was irritating as Im standing there with my family and all my bags in the heat. When her replacement arrived I tried to reason with her as well. She was just as bad. Good room and location. Horrible front desk personnel. I will avoid for that reason as there are many options along that area.

I cannot rave enough about the Diane. Even prior to arrival, Merci contacted me via phone and discussed parking situation. It was Memorial Day weekend and very crowded. I have a son with disabilities and drive a big van. There is a dedicated spot for such vehicles, but someone had it for one more night. I was able to move to that spot the next morning. Thus, upon arrival, Manual jumped into action and helped my husband park the van for the first night. Merci went out of her way to ensure I had everything my family needed and all our wheelchair accessibility needs were met. This was the experience the entire stay. I don't think I have ever had staff at any hotel treat me with more professionalism, respect and kindness. The rooms are very large, immaculate, and you can't ask for a better view of the ocean. I will definitely be back. Only issue at all was not with hotel, but with other guests. Be aware it is one very large patio that spans all the rooms. That being said, although someone books one room, they may not respect boundaries. Our neighbors the first night did not. They and their children were all over, including on other guests patio sections in front of rooms. They left their toys on all the chairs and tables, and basically overran the place. Just be aware this hotel does not have private balconies. To hotel; 2 small suggestions. Shade on back door & ceiling fan for back room would make it perfect. VERY BRIGHT in am, and air doesn't reach well

I would have to say that I am very particular about the places that I choose to stay. The staff was more than accommodating. It was clean. It was close to everything. I was very impressed. I recommend this literally right next to the ocean on the boardwalk perfect family owned and operated. They knew my name when I checked in. They called me when my room was ready. They knew my name when I checked out I will go there again. It was so nice. My stay not even long enough. I ended up booking another night because I didn’t wanna leave.

The hotel is very nice and great location but with it being next to Nick's restaurant it can get very loud throughout the evening. There were a lot of cops standing watch over rowdy crowds from Thursday - Saturday night.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was fantastic, steps from the beach. The room was very clean. Having our own fridge was great. The ability to park right outside the door was amazing. I would caution potential guests that there are multiple bars/restaurants next to the hotel and some of them play loud music late into the night. If that will bother you, this hotel might not be the ideal choice. Personally, we didn't mind. This room would be IDEAL for Spring Breakers!

Stayed here while bringing my daughter to college nearby. Now that kiddo is down here, we will be staying at this property and this property only when we come to visit her.
