The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Valet was very quick. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The suite was spacious and clean. The fire pit was not working and the outdoor chairs were rather uncomfortable. There was no hour to hour guide available on the tv. Coffee was served in a lipstick-stained mug. Out toilet tended to run nonstop after flushing sometimes.

With only valet parking as an option, there should be a smoother way of dong things. It took us over an hour to get our car parked and checked in. When we checked out, we call the number for valet pick up. One and a half hrs later we got our car. But only because we heard other people asking where their cars were and we found out they were not going in any sort of order to get the cars. It was a nightmare!

The room was fine the valet a nightmare. I had stayed here prior for a football game and had no issues. However this trip was for a concert and the lack of organization was something that could have easily been prevented. The issue isn’t that you had everyone wanting to leave at one time the issue was that the valet personal had parked customers cars without labeling where so this caused cars to be lost and a big mess in trying to leave. Again, for a hotel who is used to this on a day to day, how do you lose customers vehicles. My car was lost for an hour others longer.

Hotel was okay, expected more for the cost of stay. Room was not clean thoroughly and you could tell immediately after walking in. I had to go downstairs to ask for my room to be re cleaned. Booked the two queen bed with city view for $250 tax nightly. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was excellent ... would recommend anyone to stay ...bars, grills, Bank of America Stadium, and restaurants all in walking distance to and from hotel Cleanliness was the most important part of the hotel for me and there was no holds bar in that area....MAGIFICENT

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The valet service was not. The valet team member that assisted my daughter and I didn’t even offer to assist us in getting our bags out of the car! The room was smelly. The carpet and sofa need cleaned.

The staff was fantastic, but I would not visit this location again. Upon entering the room, we had a tripped outlet (microwave and fridge) and the outlet in the bathroom was melted (yikes!). There was also a dirty tissue under the pull out sofa. There was a loud rattling noise that happened, I kid you not, every 10 minutes - lasted a few seconds and went off for the duration of our stay. We were on the second floor and had to walk through a formal events cocktail hour to get to our room (super awkward - it was in an open area in the middle of the hallway). The pools tile was all chipped and absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend and will def never stay at this hotel again.

Location is good. Everything else is very below average. Our room was on 10th floor but still could hear traffic, smoke detector was right above the bed and kept blinking at night. Cleanliness was pretty below average. And price was outrageous for the quality offered. With parking we payed 400 dollars a night to stay in a room that felt like a 80 dollars room.

I loved the view from our 9th floor room and the big windows that allowed us to see down to our destination (the nascar hall of fame museum. The staff was so polite and helpful and well informed about everything which was nice to have since we were out of towners. We were there for our 15th wedding anniversary and so we had a very relaxing stay as well as a delicious breakfast! The valet service was awesome too! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Stayed 2 nights without pillows. I’m allergic to feathers and all the pillows were feather. Asked at least 10 times different staff and they always said they would find us some. We never heard from them again! How can a hotel not have other pillows? The breakfast and happy hour was very nice.

This was our first time staying in Embassy Suites during this trip, and I have to say: I love it so much! First of all, the hotel's location is wonderful! It faces the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants, shops, museums, and parks to visit. The front desk lady was very friendly, patient, and efficient. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. I like the brand of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I like the large king bed with a comfortable pillow and mattress. My kid enjoyed watching Netflix at night to relax. We also like the breakfast buffet, which has a lot of choices and tastes awesome.

The water wouldn’t get hot, the iron kept cutting off intermittently. I called to the front desk & spoke to Ron. He ended up hanging up on me because he stated he couldn’t hear or understand what I was saying. I called from the landline phone in the room so I’m not sure why our connection was so poor. I ended up talking a cool shower & not being able to iron my clothes. Chuck from valet was friendly and expedient. Today at checkout, we waited about 25-35 minutes for the car although I texted for it prior to us coming down for checkout. After waiting about half an hour I walked up to valet & 4 guys were talking as if they didn’t see me standing there so finally interrupted them to ask about my car. The older guy said “oh we didn’t know you requested it” although I had showed him the text from earlier. I had checked out and left the property when about 2 hours later I got a response that my car was ready. Puzzling indeed. Chuck was so busy, even running to get cars while others just stood around. The restaurant was messy this morning with spills and food all over the place. The staff were not very welcoming at check in & she sounded very monotonous & unmotivated to be there. Hotel room was beautifully decorated & had a nice city view.

My family had an excellent experience at the Embassy Suites. The staff was overall the most helpful and friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed. Ron, Wanda, and Tyrone were without a doubt as positive and helpful as any individuals I’ve encountered.

Ron (pretty sure that was his name) at the desk when I checked out was very helpful and professional. Can't remember the young lady working when I checked in but she was also. The bartenders were super nice and enjoyed the free drinks on one night while I was there. The valet guys were helpful, especially the one that helped me load my car at checkout Friday around 11am. My grandson was having surgery at Presbyterian so this was an excellent location for us to have easy access back and forth to the hospital and feel safe coming and going at all hours of the day and night!

My stay at Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte started off great — friendly check-in attendant, clean room, and plenty of information about socials, amenities, and valet service. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. When I texted valet to retrieve my vehicle, it was nowhere to be found. After waiting several minutes, I asked Monique at the 3rd shift front desk for help — and was met with an incredibly rude attitude. Her response? “Knock on the door.” Seriously? After another 15 minutes, the valet finally returned and casually said he’d been “at lunch.” When he brought the truck around, both windows were completely down, and the entire vehicle reeked of weed. Absolutely unacceptable. What started as a promising stay turned into a total disappointment. Between the unprofessional staff and the careless handling of my vehicle, I will never stay here again!!!

I love the location and proximity to restaurants and a grocery store (WHOLE FOODS). The uptown area is really clean, safe and walkable. I got all my steps in. LOL!!! Staff friendly and helpful. The valet staff especially. I want to give a special shout out to the valet, Marcus. Motivated young man with a Hollywood smile. I had a brief conversation with him about his future plans. I am more than confident that he will be a great success. But for now, Embassy is lucky to have him. I can't wait to go back to Charlotte and I will definitely return to the Embassy. Also, the young lady who sings while making the omelets. BRAVO!!!!!!!

It was my first visit to Charlotte. I was there for a conference. I liked that it was easy to find; it was across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame and near the interstate and light rail. While it lacked the traditional atrium architecture of a regular Embassy Suites, I still enjoyed my time there and the spaciousness of the rooms.

The Embassy Suites is nice and the staff is very friendly. But don’t plan on eating here. We stay at Embassy Suites often and one of the reasons, in addition to the facilities, is their restaurants are usually outstanding, when you order room service, eat at the restaurant or have breakfast it’s great. Not here, we ordered dinner for room service and we didn’t eat the food because it was terrible. We ordered pizza and a burger, not sure how you mess that up, but they did. Undercooked dough with the pizza and the burger was charred to a crisp. The breakfast was not good either, besides the mediocre food, the space is way too small for people to be serving themselves, elbow to elbow, and long lines for one person to make waffles, I felt bad for her because one waffle make simple could not accommodate the number of people waiting. I just didn’t feel like the experience lived up to every other experience we have had at other Embassy Suites.

The convenience of this property was great! I also loved the happy hour, bar, breakfast and dining area near the lobby! The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. While the food service from the bar was slow (apparently someone called out), the staff were great. Both bartenders were very good. Keisha was also very pleasant and helpful. She helped explained perks of the hotel and the membership. Thanks for a good stay overall.

This property is nice and clean. All of the staff was friendly and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast buffet was good but I would not recommend any of the food from the bar. I had my meal comped because it was almost inedible. But otherwise, a great stay and I would stay here again.

Wanda is the Entremetier (egg chef) at the morning breakfast and she is amazing! She is warm and friendly, and even sings you into a good morning and good mood. She is worth the stay alone.
