I like the fact that your pool was outside. When traveling I usually stay at Hampton Inns and this was the 1st 1 with a pool outside. The fact that your buffet breakfast has so many options I can satisfy all 5 of my grandkids

We enjoyed our stay in our clean and quiet room. Mattress was comfortable, linens clean and staff very polite. Toiletries provided smelled nice. Breakfast was simple with eggs, waffles, potatoes, sausage, bagels and cereal, and COFFEE. The minor issues we experienced: The water pressure in the shower was poor on the 6th floor, and the pool was cloudy and contained a sock and debris. Overall a pleasant stay.

During my stay 1/6/24- 1/7/24, 5 trucks including my own were broken into! They stole a gun out of at least one truck. This is evidently a huge problem at this hotel. The area seems very nice but clearly safety of their customers has not been a priority. Staff said they don't have cameras outside the parking lot. I saw a review from 2021 saying their car was broken into and this is 3 years later.... What if one of the customers goes out to their vehicle while this is going on and it costs them their life? I sent the manager an email and have not heard back. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE UNTIL THEY MAKE A CHANGE TO PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

My wife and I have been a guest at Hampton Inn many times in the past and are usually very satisfied with our stay, however we were a bit let down this time. To begin with, at check-in, we waited over 10 minutes before anyone was at the front desk to great us. Then, we noticed that only one of the two elevators worked during our stay. The carpeting in the hallways was dirty and needed to be vacuumed and the floors in the public areas and elevators needed to be mopped. The hand sanitizer stations were empty. Our room was mostly okay, although the television was a bit on the small side at 39" and there was no channel guide to be found anywhere in the room and we thought the television was awkwardly placed in the room.

Everything was great except we had to switch rooms because of old blood on the sheets when we arrived. The staff handled it swiftly and was really nice about the whole situation. Things happen sometimes and we’re understanding people. Besides that, the stay was perfectly fine

Staff was excellent. Mattress was unusually hard and pillows were flat. Very flat. A/C blew directly towards the bed. Although we made reservations for a week, we were asked to change rooms due to PLANNED renovations. We checked out earlier instead. Very bad experience.

The hotel was lovely and so was our room. The problem was that across from our bedroom window was a building with outside lights on all night. Our room drapes did not close completely, and the lights shone through our window. I ended up putting pillows against the window which helped but not completely. I like a dark room when sleeping. The door to our room was very heavy and I struggled to open our door every time. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was awesome.

Really enjoyed my stay. Only major issue was not having hot water in the shower my first night and having to switch rooms. This was quite inconvenient after a cross country flight and being half unpacked. One other minor issue was that for the first three days my card would stop working and I had to go to the desk to get it reprogrammed in order to access my room.

I downloaded the Hilton Hotel app and was able to check in and out with my phone as well as have a key on my phone. The staff texted me and let me know they were available if we needed anything. I have 4 kids and we stayed in the double queen with a pull out sofa bed and it was the perfect size for our stay. The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, it’s a 15 min drive to the heart of Charlotte, and the overall stay was perfect! Definitely saving this hotel for the next time we come back to Charlotte!

This was hands-down one of the very best hotel visits I’ve had in quite a long time. The particular kindness of the woman at the front desk, Cordia, on checking in after a problematic trip, was greatly appreciated and above and beyond. Wonderful too, breakfast and entire stay. Thank you!

Check in was very unpleasant. After traveling for six (6) hours and arriving approximately at 3:45 pm My room was Not ready. Check in is supposed to be at 3:00 pm. I asked why the room was not ready and how long would I have to wait. I was told that the residence was understaffed and that they were working on my room right this moment. Other than the checking in and the room not being ready everytning else was very pleasant.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted good. The only issue we had was during check in, we had booked and paid in full 3 weeks in advance but when we went to check in we discovered the hotel had given away our room and they were “sold out”. After an hour of sitting in the lobby, they finally “found” a room for us and we were able to check in. This was especially frustrating as it was the middle of the night and we had just flown for about 5 hours.

Check in at 3. We arrived 15 minutes after 3, and were told room was not available since not clean. Would need to wait 20 minutes. We drove 3.5 hours for grandaughter's party and were on a time crunch so the later check in was not convenient. Nor was any compensation offered or suggested for our inconvenience.

Pleasant place to stay. The hotel is clean, updated, relatively quiet, parking is plentiful, surrounding area is safe. Continental breakfast could use a bit improvement (sausage everyday? No variation of meat at all?), but generally speaking it was acceptable. Staff was friendly for the most part but not overly so; they could stand to be a bit more welcoming. For instance, when we were leaving, the front desk worker didn’t say anything, no greeting or goodbye. Even when I turned in the key, she didn’t thank us for staying or invite us back. A small thing to notice, but it matters when you’re distinguishing between a good experience as a guest and a great one. Overall, a nice, unproblematic experience. I recommend this hotel.

THE FACILITY IS VERY NICE. THE FOOD SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I stay at Hampton Inn for the convenience of a fast & adequate breakfast of your, fruit, eggs & black tea. None of these items were available. There was nothing gluten-free to eat except peanut butter and skim milk & only green tea.
