I like that the hotel was close to all of things friendly staff. Was bummed the hottub was broken most of our stay along with washer and dryer. We tried the second washer and dryer it to over 80 minutes to dry one load.

The hotel was very nice with friendly staff and i love that the pool is open 24/7. The only negative was there is only 1 elevator which made for long wait times getting on the elevator.

The hotel is showing its age in the common area furniture. The room was very clean with fresh linens. The end first floor doors are not secured with the handles taped in the open position, not much for a feeling of security. The in-door pool is heated and larger than a standard hotel pool. Breakfast area and food were very very clean, the food was fresh as compared to most other hotel breakfast food. Staff was generally quite friendly but when asked about a local attraction, she got directed at a wall of brochures even though check-in was empty.

It was great I wish I would of booked my entire stay here. The pool was nice and warm which I liked since I had my grandson. It’s not as big as it looks In the picture but it was so nice. The other hotel we were at the pool was cold which I didn’t like at all. The view was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The only downfall is they only have one elevator that’s slow but besides that I will definitely be booking my stays there anytime I go back to pigeon forge Tennessee.

We walked in after 12 hours driving, the smell of propane was overwhelming when we walked in. They told us it is no problem from the pilot on the fireplace. When we got into our room it smelled musty and the carpet was wet. We did not stay. Still waiting for my refund 5 days later,

Hotel check in was smooth. Room was clean but had a huge rip in the rug in the entry area. We kept getting our feet snagged on it when coming in and out of the room. Bathroom door looked as if it had water damage on the bottom (all brown and stained). Rolling chair in the room had a broken arm rest that kept falling off. Breakfast was always good but depending on the day you had to wait a while for hot food refill because some of the employees didn’t seem interested in cooking/refilling for guests. Housekeeping states they change towels and make beds daily. There were a few days we left early and came back at 3 PM and this hadn't been done. It states sheets would be changed after 3 nights and ours weren't (I marked them with a pencil to make sure it was done). We had a 6 night stay so it's not like we didn't meet the requirement. I found it hilarious they kept leaving out the piece of paper that mentioned giving a tip. The pool and jacuzzi was a great bonus. The area was nice with an abundance of restautants and shops. The Island was a short walk. I would recommend staying here but just note those few items previously mentioned. I'm sure management will respond with some type of generic response but just wanted people to know what they're potentially paying for when they stay.

The room smelled like a dog that needed a bath. We had to perform southern gospel music at a local theater and had laid our black suit and dress on the bed. After which we found out the the bedding was covered in white pet hair when our formal clothing had dog hair all over them. What a hassle trying to get dog hair off of a black suit. Very disappointed in the lack of good housekeeping. Will not stay in a Laquinta hotel again.

I didn't like the idea of not have an option of not have a pet friendly room. Our carpet was damp and smelled of dog, we had to go to CVS and buy air fresheners to mask the smell. And I hate to say this, but the whole time we were in the room we never felt it was clean and a lot of that was due to the damp carpet and smell. I will never stay in another 100% pet friendly hotel!!!

We recently stayed here and overall it was a good stay! Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was good! The only dislike for me was the smell inside the hotel and rooms. It is a dog friendly hotel and I am absolutely for it! But! All I can smell is dog. It was a bit overwhelming.

Our stay was okay, the first room that they gave us the ceiling was full of dark specks it almost looked like mold. Thankfully we were able to change rooms but I never knew if they were able to clean that or what. The other thing is we saw a little cockroach in our second room, it was just the one so it was fine but it made me wonder actually how clean this place is. I would still come back but would expect the rooms to be spectacular.

Motel was clean and staff very helpful. The king bed was so tall that my wife, who has back problems and is short, couldn't get up on it. So she tried to sleep on the couch. The cushions were so broke down she couldn't sleep. We checked out the next day.

The La Quinta in Pigeon Forge was in a great location. It was close to all of the activities we wanted to do and in walking distance of several restaurants and a community gym (my hubby is a fitness fanatic). The staff were always super nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. My only complaint was the odor of the room we stayed in. I am a veterinarian and honestly have a terrible sense of smell. As soon as we entered the room (205), a very strong odor was noticed. My husband and son even commented so I knew it wasn’t just me. It was a strong smell, like a wet dog with very yeasty skin. We actually bought some Febreeze to use in the room, but it didn’t touch the smell. I know the hotel is pet-friendly which I love, and this never deterred me before when booking a reservation. I would have requested a different room, but the receptionist stated that the hotel was full for the weekend to another guest. Maybe other rooms were okay, and I have stayed at many other pet-friendly hotels that did not have an odor. However, we are going back in the fall so I will probably choose a different place to stay. Otherwise, the location was great, the room was clean, staff were great, and the continental breakfast was good.

Our second year here. They also accomodated us by getting us into the same room as last year. The suite was worth it. So much space. Great view. Immaculate condition of the room. Everyone was so nice. They even joked about wanting some of the candy i bought. It was like.home away from home and they felt like family. Breakfast was good. Pool was good. Overall amazing and will be back. Only place ill ever stay

Overall it was okay. Had concerns on the room, specifically the furniture, it is really outdated and in need of repairs. The push button for the elevator was loose and would wobble in the socket.

The property was a nice stay, if I could change anything at all it would be the Wifi signal. It was not strong at all, no matter where we were on property our devices would buffer and not load anything without being pixelated. Other than that, staff was very nice and greeted each time we came and left. Room was clean and breakfast was nice bonus every morning.

Room is starting to show its age. Carpet at bedroom door was tore up a little where someone’s dog likely scratched the floor trying to get out. Very noisy the first night, up to about 1am. Had to call the front desk. People quieted down but then hit the wall every once in a while. Other side (310), not sure what their deal was. Same, noisy. Slamming doors. Ice machine across from room was super loud. Could hear it like it was in the room. The sofa bed was unsatisfactory. Very uncomfortable. Very noisy when moving around. That mattress needs replaced with something at least satisfactory. Terrible mattress. Like something you might find on the side of the road. I would pay for quality and not have an issue with it (we usually pay around $500 a night). Stay quality just wasn’t there. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Like the hotel and the staff but too noisy. That mattress needs thrown away. I don’t blame the staff. I Blame idiot guests. The couch mattress…no excuse for poor quality. Was like sleeping on a piece of toast. Real terrible. TV…couldn’t get the guide to pull up. Never understood how hotel TV is so bad. Overall, couldn’t recommend this place. La Quinta by Wyndham was a wonderful place to stay. They have a wonderful breakfast and the pool area was very relaxing. All of the staff were very accommodating. Kenny got us checked in with ease, and Christina checked us out. Only sad didn't book whole stay with you! We had prior reservations and couldn't modify it

We had a great stay! They were a little understaffed which left us waiting a few times. Poor Brooklyn worked her butt off by herself at night a couple of times, but she was GREAT!

I have stayed at this hotel several times which was always a good stay . but this time was not a good stay, Service was not good at check in, was given a dirty room after being told it was ready , was told I would get a call or text letting me know that my room would be ready, didn't receive either, after waiting an hour , I went back in and waited , I was finally asked what I needed, told him I was waiting on my room, was asked my name , and he finally handed me the keys to the dirty room , went to the room walked in and seen that the room hadn't been cleaned, went back to the lobby and again waited , was finally given a clean room. Then had to deal with the barking dogs, not a good stay this time.

It was amazing to stay there. The staff was so friendly. I asked them several questions and they were taking the time to answer the questions. Give me directions, actually printed me out of the area and show me different places and how to get there.

The hotel is showing its age in the common area furniture. The room was very clean with fresh linens. The end first floor doors are not secured with the handles taped in the open position, not much for a feeling of security. The in-door pool is heated and larger than a standard hotel pool. Breakfast area and food were very very clean, the food was fresh as compared to most other hotel breakfast food. Staff was generally quite friendly but when asked about a local attraction, she got directed at a wall of brochures even though check-in was empty.

Always enjoy staying here, the location is perfect to get around easily walking. There is a Kroger also within walking distance for any unexpected needs. The staff here is super friendly and the breakfast is always great! I would choose La Quinta over all their competitors every time!

We were in town for family fun. The hotel was in a great location off the main strip. The pool area was nice and the outdoor seating for breakfast was nice. Would recommend for anyone wanting to experience pigeon forge.

Wonderful check in woman. Called to inquire how we liked our room and did we need anything. Asked us which floor we wanted to be on. Pool was visible and inviting. Warm and cozy front room with fireplace. Breakfast room nice and through the glass walls an outdoor fireplace was visible. Lovely Outdoor area. Good breakfast. Fluffy scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy.

The breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had - the eggs weren’t real and the coffee was so bad I had to walk to the restaurant next door to get coffee. And I’m not picky. Also, the sleeper sofa was as thin as a blanket and one of the beds smelled like armpit. Possibly the sheets didn’t get changed . Will not stay here again

Internet was almost non existent. I called a couple of times and she had someone reset on our floor. My opinion is with that size of hotel, Wi-Fi should continuously serve all guests. Breakfast was nice except same thing every day. Chairs in breakfast area are in need of replacing, seat cushions very worn and dirty looking.

The property was a nice stay, if I could change anything at all it would be the Wifi signal. It was not strong at all, no matter where we were on property our devices would buffer and not load anything without being pixelated. Other than that, staff was very nice and greeted each time we came and left. Room was clean and breakfast was nice bonus every morning.

We stayed in the King Suite during December. It was just like an apartment! Living, bedroom, hot tub! The weekday price is a great value. My one and only complaint was the breakfast served each day was exactly the same. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Very clean room, Staff was excellent, breakfast was good and hot. The only thing I would change is the one elevator situation. We stayed during a very busy weekend and it was sometimes very crowded at the elevators and either had to take stairs or wait on the next one. But overall, our stay was wonderful.

Awesome staff and super friendly. Indoor pool came in handy, it rained all weekend. Only knock is this place is pet friendly and there was dog food on the floor of my room from a previous guest. Obviously not the best as far as cleaning goes. Otherwise it was solid.
