Our stay at the AC Hotel just across from the Mall of America was exceptional! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. We loved the open bar available until midnight, the happy hour, and the live music on Thursdays, I believe —it can really add to the experience. The hotel’s aesthetic was very pleasing, and having a restaurant and pizza place next door was incredibly convenient. The restaurant has a great brunch! The 24-hour fitness center was a great bonus, and the snack room with purchasable items was very handy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and a special shoutout to Mike, who was a tremendous help from start to finish. We’re truly grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! It’s amazing and affordable.

Property was very nice, clean, and close to the Mall and some restaurants. The Bar was nice and they had live music the night we were there. The only drawbacks were there is limited free parking - the ramp is convenient but they charge a nightly fee of $12-20. The only other issue was hearing planes take off consistently, but being close to the airport it was expected.

We thought breakfast was complementary. We realize it wasn’t. There was flies on the food. The young lady did change out one tray that the fly was actually on, but she didn’t change out the other two.. Didn’t understand why it had to pay for parking in a hotel where I was staying

A bit loud as he thin door did not keep out the sounds of families in the hallways making late night arrivals from the airport and the mall. After check-in, we were greeted with fresh hot vomit on the floor of the elevator. Had to pay an additional $13 for overnight parking. Luxury trim doesn't disguise the fact that it is a hotel that attracts mostly families with young children and the realities that come with them in a hotel environment. The room itself had comfy beds, but an awkward layout and way too many light switches (it was honestly confusing since most lights were wired to multiple switches in different parts of the room). But the desk workers were friendly and helpful and the live music sounded nice. I'd recommend spending a little more to stay in the hotel connected directly to the mall - they are both Marriott, so might as well spring for the convenience during the cold months.

I love the area, and the hotel entrance was very impressive. What we didn't like was the shower not clean we had to call for the housekeeper to come clean it. That was the only negative problem we encountered. But the overall stay was great!

Did not like that I could not control the AC in the hotel room. It was way too warm. It was colder in the hallway and lobby. The music was blasting way too loud in the lobby area. I did like the little freebies. The lavender pouches and shower steamers were nice. The coffee was good.

This hotel was greater than what we were expecting. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere is elegant and modern. There are a few restaurants just next to the hotel in addition to what the hotel offers. WiFi was manageable, but wouldn't be great for heavy use or upload/download or streaming unless you pay to upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again if in Minneapolis. Also super close and convenient if going to the Mall of America.

Great hotel, very modern amenities. Walkable to Mall of America. Nice selection of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean, only drawback is the windows don’t open in the rooms. Unfortunately you can’t even ‘crack’ the windows open, not an option. Otherwise very nice.

I really liked this hotel, it was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the door to the bathroom in the room, is a glass swinging door with about an inch and half gap all the way around it which offers very little privacy in the bathroom.

We like the proximity to the airport and the MOA. We usually go to Hazelwood for dinner which has excellent food. The only thing about this hotel is the incredibly drafty AC, and it blows right at the bed when we sleep. Maybe change the directions somehow?

Just an average stay, trash cans out front were finally emptied on Sunday night , only staff that were actually friendly and attentive were the lounge staff. No one else really bothered with us as we entered and left the hotel over our 3 night stay.No one at the front desk when we checked out, just a sign saying drop keys here.Guess it’s time to look elsewhere for our Minneapolis weekend getaway stays.

My stay at AC was nothing but perfect! Before arriving I had a few questions and was helped by Mike. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MIKE!!! He was the most respectful and amazing person ever. He took care of us thru the phone and in person. Mike treated us with kindness and compassion. Mike if you’re reading this, you made our stay 1000x better. The property is very well maintained and looks presentable. The rooms are just perfect. I will for sure comeback to this hotel!

Beautiful hotel but they have no clue how to operate a business.Over Charged me three time for incidentals. Overcharged me twice for parking. They are great for saying sorry and blaming technology instead of actually taking care of the client. Will never go back. So many better choices that actually offer great customer service and treat you like you matter.

The hotel was nice, modern, clean. Didn’t use many of the amenities but they all looked nice and convenient. Could definitely stay several days and enjoy it. The downside was the staff. We checked in and told we were in a room, tried to get in but couldn’t. Went back to the hotel desk and we were supposed to be in a different room down the hall. Not a huge deal. But it was Saturday morning on day of check out that upset me. At 08:30, housekeeping came in. Woke up to the bang of the door against the solid lock and the house keeper saying “housekeeping”. Check out isn’t until noon and had only checked in 7 hours earlier. Very disappointing to be woken up in a panic on our vacation stay after a late night enjoying the city.

It was clean and well kept. The room I was placed in did not have a working heater, they took care of the problem immediately. The staff was wonderful. They were very protective of the fact that I was traveling alone.

La’shane 3rd shift desk attendant was disrespectful, rude & downright didn’t care. There was a noise disturbance & she wanted me to investigate where it was coming because she was too lazy at 2:20am. I couldn’t sleep so I could catch my early flight at MSP. Don’t let this happen to the AC Marriot like all the others in Bloomington Mn. I want my $ back!

Parking ramp was scary as female traveling alone as there were guys blocking the stairway smoking pot. Not impressive considering we were paying 12 per night and had no choice but to park there. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the 15 dollars. Food was cold. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Modern and attractive.

My sister and I were very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean, the design very modern, but still felt cozy and welcoming. The breakfast was great (for an extra charge) your with yummy croissants and Starbucks coffee and many choices.
