Great hotel to stay good safe area walking distance to different eating places, breakfast is a hot buffet with other pastries and fruits, free parking, clean rooms with a good size, In house restaurant with bar the only complaint will be the swimming pool is for like a house not nearly big enough and being indoors the AC is on and you feel cold after getting wet.

Very nice room with kitchen, living room and comfy bed. Lobby is very nice and staff are helpful and courteous. Fitness room is outstanding....lots of cardio and weight options and all are working.

This hotel is awesome. A very good value! Being connected to the Marriott had some perks like an upgraded gym. The property is beautiful and the studio we were in was very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and even though we were only there one night, it was really nice to have. We ordered dinner from the Marriott restaurant and they delivered it to our room. The breakfast well exceeded our expectations! The breakfast room was beautiful and they had an attendant there to assist. If we’re ever in the area again we will DEFINITELY stay here!

Hotel location was great, the hotel was super clean other than the pool was cloudy. The pool was a bit of a bummer.. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. I asked them about businesses in the area and they acted as if they've never been outside the hotel, that was frustrating.

I was disappointed in the room because when I got up there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the bed area had not been dusted in the high area for a long time. I guess I miss understood where the continental breakfast was and we ate at a small breakfast bar and had to pay. I don’t usually eat breakfast but my 9 year old granddaughter does so it ended up costing me $30.00.

The property was convient to the hospital. Parking was tight. My bathroom could have been cleaner there was mold and mildew in shower and the sink was dirty. The room was huge and would be great for an extended stay with kitchen and couch.

The concierges were great! The parking area was clean; seemed fairly safe… pretty well lit. The rooms were dirty: rugs were disgusting - need to be shampooed; bathroom was gross - dirty floors, toilet paper in toilet when we got into the room. I’m glad I didn’t have a black light to check the comforter and sheets… we just hoped for the best. We ordered food to our room - tasteless, lukewarm, and overpriced for how poorly and thoughtlessly it was prepared. Very disappointed- would not recommend.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, why wouldn't the cleaning service notice this while they were cleaning the bathroom. Also, the pillow on the bed was stained. I booked this expensive hotel because the cleanliness review was great. The price did not match the quality.

The “accessible” rooms are exactly the same as the regular ones except for some minor changes (grab handles in bathroom). The size of the rooms is not as pictured in the photos. Rooms are very small and feel cramped. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wheelchair user because there is no room to move, uncomfortable bathrooms and very high beds. Other chains offer bigger rooms for people with accesibility needs (is not enought for a chair to pass the doorframe). Breakfast was ok. The good at Marriott’s restaurant was bad and the service mediocre. The hotel has a very nice gym.

The room was spacious, clean, bright, airy and comfortable. We were very impressed with the room and the amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was sufficient, there were plenty of electrical outlets for devices, the kitchen was nicely stocked. The only ding would be having to park so far from the entrance doors for the residence side of the hotel.

This hotel BLEW us away! The suite long stay room was amazing! The full kitchen, closet space, sitting/hangout area, lots of space in the bathroom with plenty of plug in options and a good hair dryer etc! Quality of shampoo etc was great too! Super comfy bed with a swing out tv that easily moved towards the couch area. So many options around for dinning & shopping. Walking paths were great, we even walked to the stadium for our concert which was 10/10 and felt completely safe late night. Service was amazing too, friendly and perfectly staffed. Free breakfast was really good too! I highly recommend staying here, whether it be an overnight stay or longer term. Pictures online are 100% accurate!

Spacious room with kitchen, breakfast bar, desk and king bed. Oversized bathroom, large shower. Outlets for devices are plentiful. The elevators are quick, quiet and smooth. Breakfast was decent. Good fresh muffins, bagels, English muffins. Institution style scrambled eggs, other items varied by day. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7. What’s not to like? Okay, the parking—you may have to walk a ways if you are out after mid-afternoon. This is our second time staying here and we’ll be back next year when we return for our annual family visit.

The hotel was ok. However, their computer system was down and could not check me in at arrival with no ETA. I had dinner plans, and I could not get in the room to get ready. I was checked in on my return, but an employee had to walk me to my room. I did not get a key, and had to be walked back into my room by staff if I left my room to get water or anything. This was not worth the price. As I inquire about refund, they said my Expedia booking did not allow them to do anything but bill me in full for the stay. I appreciated the staff effort, but the value was definitely not there. It seems difficult to figure out how to work through issues with Expedia when something like this happens except for issuing a public review, which is not my preference. Expedia, how do I get refunded?

I booked for my daughter’s birthday. I arrived & the room wasn’t ready yet. We wait about an hour which was frustrating but they did offer us free room service for there delay. Once getting in the room, housekeeping rushed the process because the previous bookers food was left in fridge, there was no towels, no ice tray, remotes were gone, floor had water everywhere from shower & there was no soap at all. I’m never a picky person but due to my plans it put a big delay in everything.

Staff at the hotel was terrific, especially Jerri at the front desk and Marjean at the breakfast room. The room was clean with great amenities including a full size refrigerator. Our only complaint was that the pillows are too soft!

I stayed from August 18 to August 26 for 8 nights. Everything at the hotel was comfortable, but there was an issue with the payment. On the 6th day, an additional charge of $660 was made without any reason. At checkout, I was told that the overcharged amount would be refunded, but I have not received the refund yet. I kindly request that this be processed as soon as possible.

Great hotel. Unfortunately the housekeeping banged on our door at 10am wanting to now when we were checking out. This was 2 hours earlier than normal check out and we had requested a late check out. We were woken up by this when we were expecting to have a late wake up.

Great stay! Came for a football game. Room was spacious and had a kitchenette. The hotel is about a mile from campus. There’s also a shuttle to take you to campus free breakfast, which was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was a bit on the firmer side but still comfortable. The room was clean and I was surprised at the size of our room! It had a kingsize bed, walk in shower, full refrigerator and even a dishwasher and small stove top with dishes to use in the cabinets. Amazing service and the breakfast was well set up with a full breakfast, not continental, so there was bacon, sausage, waffles, etc.

The restaurant in the attached Marriot was a lovely place to linger for the evening, and that was my favorite part of this hotel. The included breakfast was great. I was confused as to whether Internet was free or at an additional cost, so I didn't use it. The suite was stocked with dishes, but no paper cups. We asked at the front desk and got some. The main thing I didn't like was there was some noise in the walls, I presume from plumbing. And there was distant music playing somewhere well into the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, it was clean, nicely appointed and roomy.
