De locatie is prima,daar we naar de Ziggo dome zijn geweest. Bij incheck is balie medewerker niet vriendelijk Verder moet je ook nog 25 euro betalen om te parkeren,dit is niet vermeld,alleen dat je kan parkeren. Kamers erg gehorig,op onze gang harde muziek tot 3 uur in de nacht

This visit was an overnight stay as we were going to a concert at the arena. Location was perfect. Hotel was basic but fit for purpose. Parking was a bit chaotic, but got sorted relatively easily. We did not eat at the hotelso I cannot evaluate it.

Overall great stay! I expect a lot worse but it was quiet, despite the constructions happening around the building. Room was comfortable and well equipped, bathroom was also good, towels were nice and thick, bed comfortable. Daily house keeping was done well. Because of the constructions the walk from the metro was a bit difficult especially with a suitcase, you had to drag through some dirt, but otherwise all good! I’d stay again.

Der Service war ok. Das Frühstück für 15€ in Ordnung. Die Parklücken sind super eng. Das Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand. Es riecht nach Schimmel. Die Silikon Fugen im Bad sind verschimmelt. Es läuft Wasser durch die Fugen in den Boden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr heruntergekommen. Sie wird nicht instand gehalten. Für eine Nacht war es auszuhalten.

Die Sauberkeit habe ich als unterdurchschnittlich empfunden! Der Boden wirkte nicht gewischt, auf dem Laken waren Haare. Und der mit Pflaster zusammengehaltene Föhn war auch nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Fairly comfortable bed but a bit noisy. Able to hear people in other rooms and doors banging etc. Not much in the local area but 5 mins from metro. Better than most hotels in the centre so represents good value if you don't mind commuting.

Moyen : Si cet hôtel est bien situé à proximité d’une ligne de métro qui dessert le centre-ville, son rapport qualité-prix est moyen. Plus de 200€ la nuit dans une chambre-couloir, sans fenêtre mais avec du bruit. Mal insonorisée, pas aérée, d’une taille trop juste. Les autres chambres ont une fenêtre, mais leur insonorisation est aussi de faible qualité.

Close by to restaurants, metro and Ziggo Dome which is why I was there. Got an upgrade on my room from a single to a triple unprompted which was great. Hotel has vending machines and is in a quiet area.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein und der Abfluss im Waschbecken sehr zäh. Die Betten waren bequem. Allerdings ist das Frühstück sicher noch ausbaufähig, z. B. geschnittenes frisches Obst, auch Eierbecher wären hilfreich. Die Erreichbarkeit mit der Metro war sehr gut.

Hotellet låg en bit ifrån stadskärnan men närheten till tunnelbanan gjorde att det gick smidigt att ta sig in. Personalen var oengagerad och inte tillmötesgående. Vi bodde på våning 6 och hade en balkong. Vår balkong och grannarnas balkonger var endast avdelade med en vägg som man lätt och utan fara för sitt liv kunde ta sig emellan. Däremot gick inte balkongdörren att låsa. När vi påpekade detta för receptionisten bekräftade han att balkongdörrarna inte går att låsa, men sa emot oss när vi sa att grannarna med lätthet skulle kunna ta sig in. Det känndes därför otryggt att lämna rummet. Den oseriösa inställning hos personalen drar ner betyget. Annars fräscht, bekvämt och rent.

Hotel is dated and the whole area seems to be a little unsafe. Worst of all: reception called me at 5.30 am in the morning to let me know that they forgot to take my credit card details at check in. A phone call from the reception at 5.30 am; ridiculous ! So if you need sleep at night, you better stay away from this place !!

My stay was overall ok! decent for the price I paid. I didn't like the fact that they didn't disclose that they were roadworks outside the hotel so the roads were closed and we had to walk all around it. Breakfast was decent. the ladies there we very friendly! the receptionist was more than helpful and polite. the room was decent. i expected a twin bed but I got a single. the mattress was ok but it was moving off the bed a lot. i couldn't use the kettle because there was rusty. room was decent and clean.

Property was about a 2-hour walk from Central Rail station. So you will have to get to know the transit. But M54 train will take you directly to and back from City Central Rail and then everything else is in walking distance. Hotel was clean and except for a few slamming doors and people coming in at 2:00 a.m. in the morning it was very quiet. The stuff was very helpful. I plan on staying here again in the near future and I would recommend this property although it is a little bit overpriced but this is Amsterdam after all and everything here is expensive

Property was about a 2-hour walk from Central Rail station. So you will have to get to know the transit. But M54 train will take you directly to and back from City Central Rail and then everything else is in walking distance. Hotellet låg en bit ifrån stadskärnan men närheten till tunnelbanan gjorde att det gick smidigt att ta sig in. Personalen var oengagerad och inte tillmötesgående. Vi bodde på våning 6 och hade en balkong. Vår balkong och grannarnas balkonger var endast avdelade med en vägg som man lätt och utan fara för sitt liv kunde ta sig emellan. Däremot gick inte balkongdörren att låsa. När vi påpekade detta för receptionisten bekräftade han att balkongdörrarna inte går att låsa, men sa emot oss när vi sa att grannarna med lätthet skulle kunna ta sig in. Det känndes därför otryggt att lämna rummet. Den oseriösa inställning hos personalen drar ner betyget. Annars fräscht, bekvämt och rent.

The locatie was perfect, maar een paar minuten lopen naar onze bestemming, maar wat heel jammer was dat we geen oog dicht gedaan hebben. Naast het hotel, waar wij direct zicht op hadden, was namelijk een bouwplaats. Hier werd ook in de nacht volop gewerkt. Jammer dat hier van te voren niets over vermeld werd…

My stay was overall ok! decent for the price I paid. I didn't like the fact that they didn't disclose that they were roadworks outside the hotel so the roads were closed and we had to walk all around it. Breakfast was decent. the ladies there we very friendly! the receptionist was more than helpful and polite. the room was decent. i expected a twin bed but I got a single. the mattress was ok but it was moving off the bed a lot. i couldn't use the kettle because there was rusty. room was decent and clean.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein und der Abfluss im Waschbecken sehr zäh. Die Betten waren bequem. Allerdings ist das Frühstück sicher noch ausbaufähig, z. B. geschnittenes frisches Obst, auch Eierbecher wären hilfreich. Die Erreichbarkeit mit der Metro war sehr gut.

We needed to pay for parking twice. Once on easypark and then we needed to pay again when we checked in. Then here in the hotels.com app it says that it was included. But I also needed to pay for that during check in. Rooms were okay. But be aware for extra charging.

Travelling to Amsterdam to see a concert at the arena. Joy hotel is one metro stop away, perfect location. Same metro takes you directly downtown in 25 minutes. Clean room and no noise. We had a three person room, all beds were good, and had good space around them which is seldom. Did not try the breakfast. Only minus is the deposit that was still reserved on my card three days after check out.
