They were renovating at the time of our visit. The hotel is easy to miss as the location is identified by a plaque outside on the building. Our taxi wasn’t able to drop us off by the door due to a road closure. We had to ask someone where it was. The steps leading to the room was not the nicest but once inside the room, it was perfect for our stay. The bathroom was lovely and the room was clean. We opted for breakfast that was delivered to our room. The Vatican is a very short walk and there are many nice restaurants close by. We walked everywhere from the hotel.

Has an updated modern interior inside. The rooms are made up and kept very clean. The building is very secure, with locked doors at the entry, at the hallway to enter where rooms are, which require a coded key card. Breakfast comes on time whichever time you select it to. Located right next to Vatican City but rooms are quiet. Has plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Very unique. Small hotel. On the outside it doesn’t look like a hotel. There is a large locked wooden door and you ride a tiny elevator to the forth floor to check in. At first strange but quickly became quaint and unique. The rooms were lovely and modern and the staff very receptive. Colors to the vatican

This property is great in its convenience to the Vatican and some dining and shopping options. Staff was very nice and helpful but I never knew when exactly they were around. Which can be good or frustrating but overall no complaints because they did answer the phone and came to assist as needed. It is tricky in finding because it is a large brown door. You have to find the buzzer for the Vatican Style and ring it to go in. That was a first but the key card scanned the rest of the time to get in the door. It actually provided more security. Room was very clean and larger than I had thought it would be. Walking to the metro took a little longer but still convenient enough to get you anywhere you need to be in Rome. Just beware of pickpockets. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very limited and served in your room. No onsite restaurant. Room was modern and clean. Old building and old elevator. You have to check in on the fourth floor after buzzing in from the street. Not very convenient. Definitely not disabled friendly nor is most of Rome.

Clean room! Bed and pillows are very comfy. They provide and replace clean towels everyday. Toiletries including room slippers are included as well. Staff were very accommodating- Mark- you are truly appreciated! Will definitely recommend this place🙂

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I would recommend paying more attention to cleanliness in the rooms. The floor wasn’t very clean, the white walls had visible marks, and the curtains looked dirty. Also, since there’s no in-house kitchen, the breakfast was very simple — it looked like it came from a supermarket. But everything was warm and nicely prepared, which I appreciated.

The property seemed decent except the room wall was patched/touched up hole and vividly shown. The bathroom has black like mildew in the corner of the room. The breakfast was start serving too late. It start at 8am making it very difficult for tours started early.

Friendly, helpful staff!! Location is ideal but the hotel exterior was under construction which limited any view from your room. On the surface the room was clean , fresh sheets, clean towels and clean bathroom but the room needed a refresh with paint and floor needed a good cleaning.

The location is amazing if your focus is the Vatican. The walk is very easy and therr is plently if places to find a coffee and food. Property staff is very nice and helpful. They communciate very well in app. The suit is wonderful and you see both sides of the street. The jet tub and the shower were amazing after a long flight.

Hotels.com reports the place as having soundproofed rooms - this was not the case. The room’s soaker tub’s water temperature was not easy to control. The room’s safe was not in working condition and I had to ask for a key to use it.

Bed was comfortable. We unfortunately had AC broken for 1/2 day since hotel had to call a repair person. Also, on the morning of check out, we only had cold water for some reason. Otherwise the hotel was good. They do have stairs leading from the street to the elevator, just FYI if you have heavy and a lot of luggage’s like we did when we checked in.

Coming from a Black American it did what it was supposed to do when in Rome. One block away from Vatican City and about a 10 minute walk to the train station it was a pretty convenient location. The staff was so nice and helpful which was absolutely best part of my stay. The water pressure in my shower room 603 was very strong. You’ll have no problem washing your hair. The walls are very thin, but luckily my neighbors were quiet

Staff was great and the room is nice, but the shower is not part of the bathroom and that was very odd. They were actually on opposite sides of the room. Great location one block from St. Peter’s Square and the Basilica and easy access to restaurants and taxis. Also, comfortable walking distance to Tresevere and many of the other major sites like the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc..

Staff Myra, Abby, Regina & Alvin gave us excellent service & very courteous. They went out of their way to provide our request for an early breakfast twice. And, even helped us to get tickets to see the Pope . Unforgettable experience.! Our 3rd visit to Rome and only now that we were able to see the Pope. Rooms are always clean . Highly recommended and for sure to stay at the same hotel when we go back hopefully next year for the Jubilee celebration 🙏

The staff were extremely accommodating and responsive. I booked through Expedia and we messaged back and forth to coordinate transport from the airport to the hotel and then to the cruise port and back. They were very helpful and messaging through Expedia was very easy. The first room we had was very spacious, clean, great layout. When we returned from our cruise, our room was smaller, not quite as clean (dust on many surfaces), and some repairs were needed to the shower head (leaky, dripping often), rust on metal clothes hanger. Overall, great experience. We walked to the Vatican museum, St. Peter’s Basillica, the coliseum, the pantheon, the Spanish steps, travi fountain, and more. The restaurants were great, all easily within walking distance. We felt extremely safe, no concerns.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I was there for one day and due to the cleaning not being done by the time I arrived it had me run late to other things that we booked in advance. It was also things I had to point out to staff that was still unsanitary like open drinks in the fridge and used ear swabs near that bathroom sink. I was not accommodated for the delay is caused and missed my lunch reservation. I had to rush to the museum before I missed that as well

The manager Mateo is rude and not very nice. No explanation and when you confront him a problem he argues with you and denies any issues. Definitely not 3 star. One little soap and nothing else . Stayed ina three star near Vatican for less and a LOT More friendly, helpful and lots of amenities.

The hotel is literally 5 minutes walk to the St Peter Basilica Vatican and 10 minutes walk to the Vatican Museum. 12 Minutes walk to the Metro - The Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The Staff especially Myra was so wonderful, she is so helpful, kind, accommodating and always cheerful. Thank you so much Myra, you are a Gem, an asset to the Firm.

The building is good, very close to the Sistine Chapel, but the staff is terrible and very disorganized. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. We were knocking on the door for almost half an hour to check in, but no one answered. We called by phone and they told us that they were about to open, but another 15 minutes passed until an employee arrived, but she came in very quickly and didn't hear us when we told her that we had a reservation. We called again by phone and until then they opened and we were able to enter to check in. I hope the hotel administrators see this comment and do something so that other guests don't have to wait like we did.

Vatican Style is only a block from the Vatican so very convenient. Check in was easy though not conventional as the check in desk is on an upper floor with elevator. The beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location just outside the Vatican gate! Perfect for Vatican tours. Lots of good dining options in the alley around the corner. The room was modern and impeccably clean. Breakfast is room service with a very nice menu to choose from. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

J'étais vraiment surprise! Belle grande chambre (chambre standard grand lit) tout est au goût du jour! Grande douche propre, salle de bain appart donc parfait pendant que monsieur se lave, madame de poupoune dans la salle d'eau! T.V intelligente, donc pour les étranger on peut se connecter à notre Netflix! Un petit dépanneur / épicerie dans la ruelle du coté. Pleins de restaurant abordable dans le secteur! à 3-4 minutes du Vatican! Le lit est aussi très confortable!

Stayed at this hotel and I was very happy. It is a short walk from the station Ottaviana. You go through a building door after being buzzed in and then take the lift up to their floor. Check in was fast and the staff were very nice. The room was above and beyond. It was clean, my windows opened partly and the room face the street. This was a very spacious room. The location was great. It was a 2 min walk to St Peters Basilica. There were loads of restaurants around the corner. I would definitely go back.

Clean Room, very helpful staff and proximity to st. Peter Basilica. Very convenient location. 2 minutes walk to the security entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica, 10 min walk to the entrance of Vatican Museum. 4 min walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 min walk to the nearest metro station. For Uber or taxi, pick up location is the Mcdonalds right across the street.

Excellent location, practically within 5 minute walking distance from St. Peter’s basilica. 30 min Walking distance to Rome landmarks such as Trevi fountain, pantheon. Takes about 50 minute walk to Colossem but there are many things to see along the way as you walk. Lots of restaurants and shops beside the hotel. We found staff very nice and helpful. Hotel provides shuttle service as well, which helps take away another stress.

Firstly the positives, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped but no shelf to put any items. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. There are restaurants nearby used one which was okay, a Chinese which was very good. There are a few shops nearby and a Macdonalds. What wasn’t so good is the entrance to the hotel is just two wooden doors, there is no sign to say Vatican Style just in small writing on side of door is intercom, which we found after some help from a friendly local, the Receptionist said come to 4th floor but did not explain up steps to very small lift, lift only takes one person with luggage as we are all over 70 had to lift cases up steps to lift and take turns to get to 4th floor. We were given 6th floor my sister who was on her own 4th floor, their security system worked well. Facilities in room only coffee machine serving expresso with very small cups, sorry but this doesn’t cater for English who love their tea, no kettle, but did have fridge with water, juice and soft drinks. first two bottles of water free.

Perfect location few walks away from Basilica. Clean and well sustain room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is ok and kinda pricey .There are lot of cafe and Mc Donald’s downstairs so rather to go there. Overall is very good !

It’s a great option if you want to stay close to the Vatican, just walk two blocks and you will be there! Staff is so kind, we really liked all services. Only an improvement area would be the breakfast, it is very simple but expensive and you pay it separately.

This hotel was a great location as far as visiting the Vatican was concerned. Breakfast is the only meal served and it’s delivered right to your room. There are plenty of good restaurants right in the neighborhood for lunch and dinner. Safety was not an issue. Walking to other sights in Rome is doable but long - made for great exercise. We would stay there again!
