no hot water both days

It was a really nice place to stay. The room was great, and they provided breakfast. The only ding was that for our stay, they were resurfacing their pool, so it was out of commission (concrete and painting work).

Very convenient location, right across the street from Dutchwonderland. Unfortunately the elevators were broken so staying on the upper levels was a little rough. The breakfast had no fruits except apples unfortunately.

Disappointed 1 of 2 elevators broken. Lobby Air conditioning broken. Breakfast was terrible not stocked properly ran out of a lot of items Chocolate milk, cereal muffin's,bread and bagels. No excuse for Marriott property. I blame Management staff was doing there best

Staff very nice. Breakfast good. Pool not open - was never told - 6 year old grand daughter not happy. Beds not very comfortable. Internet connection not good.

Made reservations for a hotel that had a pool, when we arrived the pool was closed for scheduled maintenance for two days we were there. We weren't told this when we made the reservations. No air conditioning in the hallways, elevator and breakfast area. These conditions during summer time were intolerable and it definitely wasn't worth the money that we spent.

Air conditioning in common areas not working. It’s nearly 100 degrees outside. Ridiculous

There was no air condition in any common space. Breakfast was short of most options. The manger admitted that this has been problem for multiple summers and owners refused to replace AC or fix problems. Staff was nice and room was good. Traveled with a group, but because the hotel was so uncomfortable we could not spend time together.

We have stayed at Fairfield Inn + Suites many times and have always had a good experience. This trip and this location were not great. -AC broken in lobby -Floor in our bathroom covered with a slippery substance-I washed it -Coffee pods did not match the coffee maker in the room-clerk replace it when I insisted -No soap at our bathroom sink (unsanitary after using toilet!)-clerk said they ran out -Swimming pool out of service -Countertops in breakfast area not wiped down during breakfast -Full garbage can sitting out near breakfast area. We watched an employee walk by several times and the only thing he did was check to see if there were still eggs The front desk did apologize for all the issue. It was not his fault but I do question the skills of the management.

Overall the hotel needs to be refurbished. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The individual cartons of milk were clotted even though they were not out of date and the waffle irons were not turned on because the batter dispenser appeared to be not working. The tub was slow draining while trying to take a shower.

The staff was amazing. I asked for two extra blankets and they sent it right away no questions asked. The whole place was clean and well taking care off. The hallways look clean and smelled clean. I highly recommended it.

Killed about 7 ants through out our room.

The good: lobby was nicely decorated and smelled pretty good. Room was big enough to accommodate four of us comfortably, and bathroom was clean. Location wasn’t too bad -we were in the area to visit Amish Country and it was a short drive - about 10 minutes. Walmart was also close which came in handy the morning we left when we had to buy all new clothing and contractor bags to put our luggage and clothing in for travel…. The bad: Stains on the couch in the front lobby just as you walk in. Woman at the front desk at check in told us the pool be closing at 9pm due to needing to be drained and cleaned. Our room was directly over the pool and a group of kids were screaming and yelling in the pool until well after 10 pm. We could clearly hear everything in pool from our room. Pool is very small. Room was very humid and had an odd smell. Sound from room upstairs carried as well. There was a child running back and forth above us for two hours while we were trying to sleep. Bed bug and blood on sheets found in the morning in my son’s bed (!!!). I’ve been traveling over 40 years and I’ve never seen a bedbug. I called to tell front desk and they didn’t seem very concerned or interested in a refund of any sort. They did say “I’m sorry”….. Breakfast was ridiculous. There was hardly any food at 8 AM on a Saturday with most stations closed. We left without eating. and drove home that day with our items all in contractor bags

We loved that we could park at the hotel before check-in time and be able to walk to Dutch Wonderland. We were initially given a room on the second floor, and we found out it had a standing shower room with moldy tiles which looked disgusting. We immediately requested a different room, ending on the first floor. The new room has a clean tub. Other than changing a room, the rest of our stay was good. Good breakfast options.

My first thought was that the place looked pretty good. But once I got in my room I changed my mind. There were crumbs all over so I knew it wasn’t properly cleaned. The toilet seat cover was broken but it didn’t affect much as it was just the cover. Lastly there was someone’s bar of soap left in the shower. I will not be staying here again.

The bathroom shower was disgusting. We had to go down and get cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves, due to no other rooms available and no staff available to clean. We should be compensated for this. I have pictures I’ll be posting on the reviews.

it was very quiet.

The water in the shower was barely even warm. People staying above us were running in their room. We called the front desk and they said they would call that room. Not sure if that happened as the noise of someone running above us continued for another hour. We banged on the ceiling several times and it finally stopped. Only to pick back up at 7:30am. Someone was definitely letting their kids run wild in the room above us.

Opur stay was PERFECT. The front desk staff was super friendly anf our room was spacious. Will be nack agsin in October.

This was a new or renovated hotel and was very clean. The breakfast was better than average. The room was larger than some, with a nice large bathroom.

I like Fairfield Inn East at The Outlets for convenience and ease of access. I tolerate the occasional traffic noise from route 30. I know that location is not going to be whisper quiet. That is ok for me. Price is fair and on site personnel are always friendly.

We booked a King size bed, but received a double room. he front desk said since we booked it through a third party, the room requested isn't guaranteed. The room had holes in the carpet and the wall paper is outdated and damaged, along with some of the furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. The addition of vehicle charging ports would be something to consider.

Was unable to get into the building to check in as it was locked upon arrival. They mentioned nothing about a specific checkin end time. And there were notices to call the front desk when we got here, and no one answered to let us in and we had to get another hotel at the last minute. Even after prepaying I didn’t get my moneys worth, will not be using this service again.

Staff was great. Clean and safe and convenient . I was greatly disappointed as I had made my reservation some time ago for a room w 2 queen beds. When we got there they gave us a king bed. Told them we reserved for 2 queen and said they didn’t have any available altho my confirmation confirmed 2 queen. They said the couch is a pull out and that was our only option. We used that but as all pull out couches it was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well.

House keeping was poor. We asked for more towels 3 times and we never got the towels delivered to our room. Also breakfast was just okay. Belgian waffles are only on Saturday.

My trip was great. Hotel was comfortable. First person I met was Sam at desk and he made me feel comfortable. He gave some good referrals for food and entertainment.The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent.

Poor customer service. We had a late check in and the one that checked us in didn't know what she was.doing. took us 30 mins to get checked in. We checked in at 2am( we informed.them ahead of time). Then someone is knocking at our door before 9am to clean. Told us that per their record our room has been checked out at 2am. Went to see manager and we were told that our reservation was cancelled. Asked if we could have late check out 12pm instead of 11am due to the incinconvenience. Manager didnt even allow us to stay for one more hour to get more sleep.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed being close to the Sight and Sound theatre as well as other local attractions. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable.

It was walking distance to outlets. Convenient to everything. Clean facility. Front desk even had a contact case when I forgot mine.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shopping was within walking distance, with a short drive to many restaurants and other shopping areas.

Breakfast was awful, we went down around 9:00a there was no fruit, no bread, no sausage, we asked and they say, “sorry there’s no more”

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious. Plus right across the street from Dutch Wonderland.

The room was great, great size, ac worked great. Only downfalls of the stay were the size of the pool (super super tiny) and the breakfast. We were told by staff that they put out breakfast at 6 am and that's it for the day. One of everything and no additional stuff was allotted. The breakfast hours listed were 6-10. They put out one pot of scrambled eggs, one of reheated sausages (that we saw two days in a row), a dozen bagels and English muffins, and hey fill the small cereal dispenser once and that's it. There were no grab and go options that were listed as included and if you arrived at 745 am your only option left was the sausages.
