The rooms are very nice and comfortable with a very comfortable chair-and-a-half with ottoman in addition to a desk and comfortable desk chair. Sizeable bathroom. A lovely lobby area was uncomfortable due to a cold temperature. I wore my coat to eat a light dinner at the Bistro. Not fond of having to pay $22 for parking.

4th floor, clean ,comfortable, quiet room. Ants in the bathroom. Air conditioning/heating worked well. Room lights only work if you leave the room key card in a slot by the door. Parking in the garage costs $20 per day. No complimentary breakfast or drinks etc.. Not much in the immediate area around the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, comfortable sheets and redone modern bathrooms. Good parking, but it cost extra. Gym is outdated and have very limited equipment. Starbucks in the hotel which makes convenient coffee. I would stay here again.

I parked on the 2nd floor of the parking garage only to find there was no access to the hotel from there without a room key. I had to take a stairway which left me on the street on the opposite side of the building from the entrance. Had to walk all the way around this rather large hotel just to check in.

The hotel is new and clean. I was unaware that it cost $22 to park each night. I never choose hotels where you have to pay the park. I’m already paying to sleep there. Check in process is a little too long and only one person it should’ve been quicker as I had completed the pre-check in.

Upon arrival, the parking garage was undergoing reconstruction and renovations in the elevator. Got to the check in area, waited for a good 10-15 minutes. Got to my room to check every thing. Bathroom was clean, the bed was made, the patio door lock is broken, then the outside patio there was a wine glass emptied and a corona 16oz can left on the floor, as if my room was used as a chill break time kind of ordeal. Then when I went out to get essentials. I came back to find a few ants on the couch, ottoman has a weird looking stain on it, which grossed me out, the mini dining table that was placed in the room, and on my bed. I was ready for a shower, I let the water run to give a few minutes to let the warm water to run. It was Luke warm the max. I obviously did not feel comfortable, relax nor safe. I had to rearrange the room to make myself feel safe and comfortable. Literally a heavy man made couch to the patio door as the door won’t lock. I have contacted guest services at 4:10am as I was there for a business stay and an early shift.

This hotel is not really up to Marriott standards and ridiculously expensive for what you get. Check-in was okay, but I had a two night stay, and never got any maid service. (That\'s the reason for the very low cleanliness star rating.) Flashing light from a smoke detector right over the bed was super irritating and made sleep difficult. It would have been nice to use the pool more, but on second night a bunch of teens were canon-ball style jumping into it and creating all kinds of noise. Staff in the bistro were friendly and food was okay there, but the menu options are pretty limited, and there are no other restaurants (or any other conveniences) in the immediate neighborhood. Walls are thin and could hear people in room next to mine. Double-paned windows keep out most but not all of the freeway and street/garage noise. And they charge you a hefty $20 a day for parking! On check-out was not even asked "how was your stay." Would definitely not go back to this hotel.

Modern hotel with modern rooms. Slight wear on the hallway walls in some areas from baggage and/or maid carts but it doesn't extend to the rooms or elsewhere. Rooms are comfortable with a modern layout. Nice clean bathrooms. Room also has a mini fridge. Will stay here again.

Off weekend so large room was only $125 with my Expedia discount. Beds were very high quality. We have stayed in $400 rooms that weren't as nice. For a hotel on the freeway in a commercial area it was close to an event we attended. Great value.

This was a last minute booking for our family of 5 consisting of 2 teenagers and a 6 year old with mom and dad. They gave us a room with 2 queen sized beds. Spacious enough to have a small sofa should one of the boys not have wanted to share the bed with his brother. It was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. We always stay here when we don't want to drive the 2 hours home.

Netflix was not available on the TV although it had a designated button on the remote. Staff advised it just wasn’t working and nobody there knew how to fix it. No plastic bags in trashcans made it difficult to handle smelly food scraps after food delivery. Requested view of Bay room and got the parking lot. Parking fee was not mentioned in room quote or booking receipt…it was $20 and no available street parking nearby. Price was affordable for the area though.

Complete mess during check in process! I booked one room through Expedia, during check in process they told me that there are two rooms under my name but they cancelled them and booked a new room directly through Mariott. Later it revealled that they charged me for 2 rooms when i called them thay told me that i need to call Expedia there was nothing they can help me with. On top of that she hanged up on me. Disgusting place with below zero service and incompetent people. Btw you won't find any single bottle of water in the room, they don't offer complimentary water and they charge for parking, $18 per night, in Redwood city.

Mel, who checkedvus in again this visit, is just an amazing ambassedor for your brand. Friendly, accomodating, efficient. I always look forward to seeing her. Scott at the bar is just a treasure. Funny, personable, etc. It was great.

Very nice and stylish lobby. The room is nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. The only draw back was that the bistro has a long line and only one person at the counter to serve drinks and also be the cashier. We gave up after waited 10 minutes and still no progress.
