Our room and the entire property was beautiful! The staff could not have been more accommodating. They helped us book spa services that came to our room and a private tour of the island. The personalized attention was appreciated. The personalized breakfast was such a treat and very well prepared.

Apart from the terrific view of volcano and caldera, spa and pool attached to my room. We like the friendly staff and management who spend time to make our stay comfortable. They helped to organize local tour and airport pickup. Yes, let us forget the spread breakfast which they send to our room.

Supposed to get welcome drink and sparkling wine but did not. Also did not get room upgrade. We arrived quite late at night due to bad weather delays we so thought that we maybe would get it from receptionist next morning but did not. View is amazing and makes everything else worth it. We were in a Senior Suite with bed in the loft. Banged our heads on the ceiling several times and I am only 1.6m tall. Jacuzzi was in a sheltered and private spot so much better than other rooms where it was exposed to everyone walking past. Balcony also not overlooked by others. So quite happy with the room anyway. Jacuzzi temperature couldn’t be adjusted higher. Stuck at 32 degrees. Room got quite warm despite adjusting the air con lower and we didn’t sleep well the second night. Finally got up to open the windows to let in some cool air. Rental car company recommended by hotel ended up with some hidden charges. Would have been cheaper booking through Expedia.

Off to a rough start with this property upon arrival had to wait over an hour at ferry port for taxi sent by hotel. Taxi didn’t have AC so ride to hotel was difficult. Room when arrived was very small (cave river jetted tub caldera view) literally hit head on Ceiling several times. Private pool overlooks building immediately in front and restaurant patrons directly ahead- not great and no privacy. Upon speaking with Kostas at reception we were provided the option of upgrading to a suite on the top floor for an upcharge the next day. Happily paid the upcharge to move to a beautiful huge suite with private balcony and pool. Very happy with this option despite the increase in price BUT when i was packing to leave the very next day i noticed that a pair of my diamond earrings went missing from the room. The earrings were stored in box and the box was there but the earrings were not. Would have given a great rating based on service provided by Kostas if property didn’t go missing from room. PROS: close to restaurants/bars/shops reception was very helpful and Kostas always did his best to accommodate for transportation/recommendations. CONS: no peace of mind in room with things being stolen. Taxis are expensive. Long walk upstairs to the rooms since on the cliff. Would have returned if not for theft.

Location is also very good, and main street, cable car station, markets and food joints are easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and also delivered to the room, which is fantastic. Panos, who is the in-charge, provided a great overview of things that can be done in Santorini and was also humble and supportive. Overall, the stay is fantastic and 5 stars to the Nefeles team.

Cave style rooms with a private hot tub and river pool. Sunset views of the caldera. Breakfast was served in our room. Very friendly staff and helped with arranging our transfers and tours. Fira was a great location since we went in April. For the summer months it would be preferable to stay in Oia or Imerovigli.

We had a wonderful stay at the senior suite. Everything is just perfect. The balcony has the best ocean view, amazing sunset watching spot at your own private balcony. Our private hot tub is tucked away from the balcony. You can still enjoy the ocean view, but no one can see you. The mattress is super amazing. Water pressure is great. And you have a great breakfast menu to choose from daily, plus they deliver the breakfast to your room. The hotel is in the centre of Fira, but you don’t hear any noise. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of shopping paradise. If you rent a car, you can park it right across the street. Super convenient. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our vacation extra wonderful!

Die Aussicht auf die Caldera ist perfekt. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, so dass man sich eingeengt fühlte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass dieses Hotel an einem Steilhang gebaut ist. Die Zimmer sind ausschliesslich durch recht steile Treppen zu erreichen. Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist, wird Mühe damit haben. Einen Lift gibt es nicht. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hingehen.

View was unbelievable and the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel however felt grubby in areas. The hot tub area was dusty and had grease stains on the glass. The mirrors seemed like they are never cleaned. Drains were very smelly. This hotel has so much potential to be spectacular.

This hotel was amazing! From the time we arrived at the airport until the end, it was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the layout was perfect for a couple on vacation. The breakfast served was delicious as well. It is included in the stay and it’s served fresh and hot each time. The staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met and Panagiotis was the greatest! He assisted with all accommodations and recommended great locations to view and experience. We can’t thank him enough for his ongoing efforts to make sure our stay went smoothly. Can’t wait to visit next year!

Wow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us breakfast boxes to go... what service! Thanks so much, Nefeles, we will be back!

I loved that it was clean and had beautiful views. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel room was very nice. I did not like so much that right outside of the hotel there was an area for trash and it was all over the place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We stayed in room 7 - the images do not do these rooms justice. Excellent location right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops but without the noise and hustle of all the nightclubs and bars. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Air conditioning and daily housekeeping made the space very comfortable. Kosta and the other young gentleman who took care of us were extremely helpful and assisted with dining recommendations and reservations, beach and sightseeing recommendations, porter service, daily breakfasts, spa bookings and more. We felt very well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

My wife and I stayed at Nefeles Luxury Suites during our stay in Fria, Santorini during the end of April 2025. From the very moment of our arrival, the staff did an amazing job. We were greeted by Anthony and Siperio and they welcomed us with open arms. Taking time to share with us some of the local culture, things to see and do, places to eat etc. Our room was beautiful inside and out. Very clean, spacious and the most amazing view of the caldera. The staff served an amazing Greek breakfast to our room each morning. We are very thankful to Anthony and his team for making our first Greek experience in Santorini so amazing and comfortable. Highly recommend you consider this gem of a property and experience firsthand the wonderful staff and accommodations.

Supposed to get welcome drink and sparkling wine but did not. Also did not get room upgrade. We arrived quite late at night due to bad weather delays we so thought that we maybe would get it from receptionist next morning but did not. View is amazing and makes everything else worth it. We were in a Senior Suite with bed in the loft. Banged our heads on the ceiling several times and I am only 1.6m tall. Jacuzzi was in a sheltered and private spot so much better than other rooms where it was exposed to everyone walking past. Balcony also not overlooked by others. So quite happy with the room anyway. Jacuzzi temperature couldn’t be adjusted higher. Stuck at 32 degrees. Room got quite warm despite adjusting the air con lower and we didn’t sleep well the second night. Finally got up to open the windows to let in some cool air. Rental car company recommended by hotel ended up with some hidden charges. Would have been cheaper booking through Expedia.

The room is very clean and spacious with the river pool with fantastic views of the Caldera and a golden sunset. Location is also very good, and main street, cable car station, markets and food joints are easily accessible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and also delivered to the room, which is fantastic. Panos, who is the in-charge, provided a great overview of things that can be done in Santorini and was also humble and supportive. Overall, the stay is fantastic and 5 stars to the Nefeles team.

Hotel in s prime location. Easy access to everything. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the view of the caldera while eating. The only negative is the bedroom is up steep stairs and you have to walk over a large step to get into the bathroom. The ceilings are low as well. If you are a super tall person this hotel is not for you.

Die Aussicht auf die Caldera ist perfekt. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, so dass man sich eingeengt fühlte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass dieses Hotel an einem Steilhang gebaut ist. Die Zimmer sind ausschliesslich durch recht steile Treppen zu erreichen. Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist, wird Mühe damit haben. Einen Lift gibt es nicht. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hingehen.

Amazing!! This hotel was close enough to the shopping/restaurant/bar areas yet far enough away for relaxation. Kostas and his entire team at Nefeles made it very welcoming, and went way above our needs. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff assisted with tips on restaurants/shopping. Booked a few of our excursions, airport transfers, and restaurant reservations. It was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. Check out the views/pics.

This hotel was amazing! From the time we arrived at the airport until the end, it was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the layout was perfect for a couple on vacation. The breakfast served was delicious as well. It is included in the stay and it’s served fresh and hot each time. The staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met and Panagiotis was the greatest! He assisted with all accommodations and recommended great locations to view and experience. We can’t thank him enough for his ongoing efforts to make sure our stay went smoothly. Can’t wait to visit next year!

Our room and the entire property was beautiful! The staff could not have been more accommodating. They helped us book spa services that came to our room and a private tour of the island. The personalized attention was appreciated. The personalized breakfast was such a treat and very well prepared.

Off to a rough start with this property upon arrival had to wait over an hour at ferry port for taxi sent by hotel. Taxi didn’t have AC so ride to hotel was difficult. Room when arrived was very small (cave river jetted tub caldera view) literally hit head on Ceiling several times. Private pool overlooks building immediately in front and restaurant patrons directly ahead- not great and no privacy. Upon speaking with Kostas at reception we were provided the option of upgrading to a suite on the top floor for an upcharge the next day. Happily paid the upcharge to move to a beautiful huge suite with private balcony and pool. Very happy with this option despite the increase in price BUT when i was packing to leave the very next day i noticed that a pair of my diamond earrings went missing from the room. The earrings were stored in box and the box was there but the earrings were not. Would have given a great rating based on service provided by Kostas if property didn’t go missing from room. PROS: close to restaurants/bars/shops reception was very helpful and Kostas always did his best to accommodate for transportation/recommendations. CONS: no peace of mind in room with things being stolen. Taxis are expensive. Long walk upstairs to the rooms since on the cliff. Would have returned if not for theft.

Wow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us breakfast boxes to go... what service! Thanks so much, Nefeles, we will be back!

Absolutely fantastic stay! We stayed in room 7 - the images do not do these rooms justice. Excellent location right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops but without the noise and hustle of all the nightclubs and bars. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Air conditioning and daily housekeeping made the space very comfortable. Kosta and the other young gentleman who took care of us were extremely helpful and assisted with dining recommendations and reservations, beach and sightseeing recommendations, porter service, daily breakfasts, spa bookings and more. We felt very well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

We loved staying at Nefeles; the service was amazing. Antonis and Spies went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We had an awesome view of the Aegean Sea and the Caldera. The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. We had a wonderful stay at the senior suite. Everything is just perfect. The balcony has the best ocean view, amazing sunset watching spot at your own private balcony. Our private hot tub is tucked away from the balcony. You can still enjoy the ocean view, but no one can see you. The mattress is super amazing. Water pressure is great. And you have a great breakfast menu to choose from daily, plus they deliver the breakfast to your room. The hotel is in the centre of Fira, but you don’t hear any noise. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of shopping paradise. If you rent a car, you can park it right across the street. Super convenient. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our vacation extra wonderful!

Loved everything about this place, can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s even better than the online images. Clean beautiful rooms, jacuzzi was a great size and clean. Breakfast was beautiful and tailored to suit. Staff were super accommodating and helpful.

Staff members were excellent that responsive and good communications. Very friendly and helpful. Great view and well maintained. We love to go back. Just caution. Not recommended for people who has physical limitation because of hotel office was bottom of property and no elevator even through property is middle of cliff. It's quite steep stairs. Good thing that they will carry the luggage for you.

I LOVED this hotel!! it's like walking into paradise truly. The manger was so nice and quick to respond and literally was available via whats app at all times a day. I just can't say nicer things about this property.
