All was good, even though we didn’t use the Pool or Hot tub it was a surprise to see them closed for renovations. It would have been nice if that was disclosed in the advertising. Perhaps we paid a certain price assuming there was a pool when there wasn’t.

I called ahead to confirm shuttle service to the airport for a very early flight. I was assured that the shuttle runs 24/7, at no cost. Keeping our car there was also complimentary for the week we'd be gone. I did not check the site, since this employee repeated his assurances about both scenarios. We chose this hotel based on that information. Got there to learn this was not correct. Shuttle runs only from 8 a.m., so was unavailable to us. Charges occur for parking in their lot, as well. I argued that perhaps they should honor what a rep from their hotel had indicated. He gave the manager's card and suggested we call him (after our flight was taking off). He also denied it could have been Jose, since he is kitchen staff. The person who answered the phone said his name was Jose. We chose this hotel because of the information he gave me. We will not be returning to this hotel, based on the clerk's attitude and the lack of accountability.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially the young man who came to pick me up at the airport in the shuttle when I called.site wasn’t clear that you need to make a reservation for the shuttle. Also, not available before 8 AM. No restaurants within walking distance. Food at onsite restaurant was not that good. Server had difficulty understanding what I wanted to drink, but she was friendly when she wasn’t talking with her friends. On-site restaurant isn’t open on Sundays. The lobby area is large and comfy. The jacuzzi is permanently closed. The rooms are large, with a nice sitting area. about 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport via Uber, which you’ll need for early or late flights. Cost for a Uber at 6AM was $29.00.

Building is beautiful, beds were comfy, and area is nice — but even though we stayed in a lovely corner suite, the sheets were badly stained, there was a spider and web in the tub, and fingernail clippings on the table. Front desk service was apologetic about the sheets and promptly provided new but we had to remake the bed ourselves. Also the “free airport shuttle” was the reason I picked this hotel but we needed an early shuttle and there wasn’t a driver available. Sad to say we won’t stay here again.

Once we got to our room, it was discovered that there were a large amount of dead bugs on the window sills. There were also bugs flying around the bathroom because the toilet was plugged and the stagnant water bred the bugs. I went down to the front desk, there was not another room to give us. The gentleman was friendly, but there was not a housekeeper or maintenance person still working at 6pm. He did bring us a vacuum and a plunger, and told me that he would look into getting us a discount for our trouble. We had to vacuum and clean up as many of the bugs we could on our own. We also had to plunge and try to fix the toilet on our own. Later that evening we were making up the pull out couch for our daughter and when we took the blanket out there were several clumps of hair on the blanket. The next morning I asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out. The same gentleman from the night before said that the rooms are only cleaned every four days. I had to remind him of all of the problems we had the night before. Our room was cleaned. Upon check out we were not compensated in any way for our trouble, nor did the young man at the desk know how to begin to help us. He told me that I could call the general manager on Monday, but he didn’t know when they would be in. We had to plunge the toilet every time it was used and were trying to kill as many of the flying water flys as we could. This was completely unacceptable and quite disgusting.

I was very disappointed in this stay. The room was not cleaned well. There was a long hair hanging from the comforter and several hairs on the toilet seat. There were little pieces of debris on the floor. The remote control did not work for the TV. I could easily hear noise, moving around from the other rooms I paid a lot of money to stay here for one night and it was not worth it. I checked in at night after driving for 6 hours so I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. The positive is part of the hotel room has been renovated so it looks nice. However, there are some furniture that was not updated and has scratches on it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel mainly due to the uncleanliness of the room. The hairs were visible so there is no excuse for housekeeping missing this.

Entire property just felt filthy, from the moment I got out of the car until the moment I got in the room. There was nothing major, but just the combination of literally everything being dirty, the place just needs a good deep cleaning, carpet, walls, you name it. Sheets had dirt on them like they weren’t washed. Looks nothing like the photos. For the price of a room, it should’ve been spotless like other hotels in the same price range ($130) but this hotel had the cleanliness of a $60 dash $70 hotel.

Room was very nice clean and did not show much wear. Room was cold. No heat was on. Temperature was 58 degrees a bit too cold. We turned the heat on while we were gone and room was not up to temperature after being gone 4 hours. Room is big a spacious. Came with coffee, refrigerator and microwave. This is nice as we like having coffee and tea in the room.

Everything was beautiful-room was spacious and lovely with the exception of it being 85 degrees when we arrived which was around 8pm. We turned down the temp as soon as we entered the room but it didn’t getting cooler than 76 which was not the most pleasant sleeping.

My room had a terrible odor (and I am not picky about smells). I informed the desk on the day my room was to be refreshed, but nothing was done about it. I called to complain and was given a new room. The HVAC system really roars -- it sounded like a 737 was about to smash into the building, each time it fired up. That was true in my room, the room I moved to, and my sister's room. It was loud enough to disturb sleep.

Cambria hotel is just a bit outside of Madison amenities, but it is very close by, being right off of 151. It was very new and the room was comfortable, a small suite. Liked that we had two TVs, one in the bed side and one in front of the couch. Lots of outlets. But there was nowhere to charge a cell phone. This is the first hotel I have stayed in in a long time that had no charging outlets for cell phones. You would think a brand new hotel would have this update. The couches in the lobby have them, so why not the couches in the rooms?

The staff was super nice and very welcoming. They provided me with whatever I needed. The cleanliness in front of the entrance, the lobby, hallways and inside the rooms were superb. The only thing that I did not like is the fact that they dont have free breakfast. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there because I will.

The room is the standard Cambria design. Lots of channels on the tv, many more than the usual hotel offerings. Breakfast not included. Biggest problem: housekeeping banging in doors, banging their carts, and yelling at each other at 8 am. Then hounding me as I am trying to leave the room while taking a few trips. I’d have liked to have slept more, but it was not an option there. Disappointing stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However it is under construction, no notice when booking or before checking in of active construction. Construction noise throughout stay. Kitchen staff did not show for breakfast my sister was given a second room for her kids and someone was already occupying the room.

Upon arrival we were not able to be checked in because the desk staff was just filling in while the manager was "somewhere"? We were advised to wait 20 min in the lobby until he returned to check us in. I asked to be texted when he returned so we could go shopping nearby. Never got a txt. When I called and asked if we could be checked in, the person on the phone acted like I was an idiot for even asking. Mildly annoyed we returned for checkin but I simply will never stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The cleanliness is remarkable. Rooms are spacious and hotel is quiet. Parking is easy and just a short walk. If you’re headed to the airport, it’s just a short drive (about 10 min.)

Excellent clean room. Couch was a bit dipped in the middle - the cushions were collapsing. The shower and towels were awesome. Even though we were near the elevator, the room was quiet. We were comped two breakfasts because they didn't have two queen beds. The chef was late on Saturday morning. The food he cooked was delicious though so worth the 30 minute wait.

Disappointed as most cambria hotels have a chophouse. I has a burger with a square wendys style burgrr for 15.00. The best part of the meall was the 8.00 beer.

The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. We stayed here a few years ago and had a great complimentary breakfast but didn't realize they no longer have any complimentary breakfast at all. That's kinda a big deal when you're traveling with a bunch of kids. There are also no vending machines and the offerings in the lobby are very limited. Overall the facility is nice, clean, and spacious but we probably won't stay, but given the lack of breakfast and vending options, we probably won't stay again.

Lovely hotel and so close to the airport and freeway - so very convenient for us as we were on route to a funeral. Manager was super helpful and the breakfast on the first day (steel cut oats) was delicious! 2nd morning the woman at the bar was very unfriendly.....We ordered the granola (no oats available) and she threw some fruit with a sprinkling of granola in some to go containers and handed us a bag with a scowl. Geez. We left on a sour note.
