Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y se nos asigno otra habitación pero tambien fallo el aire acondicionado. El elvador esta muy pequeño. La atencion fue excelente del personal, la comida rica.

El personal muy amable, todo esta muy limpio, las habitaciones son cómodas, el desayuno está en general bien por el precio. Super rápido el Check in y también el Check out! Esta muy padre porque en otros hoteles nos ha pasado que llegamos a la hora establecida y la habitación no esta lista y tenemos que esperar bastante. Me gusta que es un hotel pequeño y tranquilo, el área de la piscina estaba muy limpia y cómoda. El único detalla es que las sillas, sombrillas y mesas en la playa están algo viejas y le dan un poco de mál aspecto, pero son funcionales. También sería bueno que renovarán las toallas, están súper limpias pero también se ven algo gastadas.

Las instalaciones están ya muy antiguas y le falta mantenimiento el Clima ruidoso, eso si el personal atento y servicial ya este hotel esta rodeado de hoteles mas grandes y por esta razón no tienes vista a los lados y las habitaciones que dan la vista hacia el mar son muy pocas.

The coffee machine did not work. The room was not clean. Check in time was at 3 pm however, the room was not clean when we came to the room at 5:30 pm. We still had to wait 45 minutes to get it cleaned. For compensation, we got an additional 30 minutes for checking out. The nice thing was being able to leave the car parked outside with vigilance. There’s cameras everywhere.

Im not one to complain, but they did not change the sheets on the beds. Day one there was a red stain on the bed and I took off all the sheets and when I got to my room the beds were made with the same sheets! Same stain and all. I had to call twice to get new sheets. I just didn’t sleep well after that. Everything else was good.

El hotel se ve y se siente viejo, habitaciones con baños desgastados y algo mal cuidados. Falta limpieza en casi todos lados, iluminación pobre en la habitaciones. El bar en el area de alberca acepta efectivo y tarjeta, solo que el pago von tarjeta lo tienes que hacer en recepción. El aire acondicionado es viejo y tarda en enfriar yvestaba deteriorado. Aguacaliente insuficiente.

Front staff was a bit rude, they didn’t like the fact I booked through Expedia. We didn’t use the amenities but did take a look around. The pool looked nice but nice. With beach front access. Our rooms were ok, beds were decent. They however were not clean. The floors were dirty, bathrooms/showers were dirty. Told the front desk but they kindove jiat shrugged it off. They do make you have a $500 Peso CASH deposit which was not something I’m used to. I did get it back after I check out of the room and they sent someone to go check the room before letting us leave. I don’t know, it was just an uncomfortable visit. They made me feel like I was untrustworthy. It’s a shame, the hotel has potentiom, but I wouldn’t go back just because of how the customer experience was.

Todo estuvo bien, la recepción, el servicio, el trato, el personal muy amable y atentos. Hay detalles que podrían mejorar como el acceso a la regadera del baño que no es el adecuado. El ruido excesivo a todas horas de las instalaciones de al lado, una que otra gotera, la caja fuerte que no servía.

Falta mucho mantenimiento, las puertas de cristal de la terraza a punto de caer, 2 dias para reparar, gotera en la habitación que nunca repararon, internet fallo 2 dias y el elevador se descompuso sólo tiene 1 y muy chico y viejo, desayuno con muy poco surtido y muy pocos alimentos

Un hotel vecino tiene una casa de máquinas que genera ruido las 24hrs, aunque es ajeno a Western sí impacta en la comodidad de la estancia y del descanso. Un día de los 5 que estuvimos el bufete se terminó anticipadamente, y algunos comensales no tuvieron oportunidad de acceder a él. La gente, el servicio y la atención es general es buenísima!

Hola Me mandaron whats up indicándome que cancelarían mi reserva, no había agua caliente, se les cayó el internet durante unas 2 horas y dentro de una cama me encontré un cartón de unas bombillas, y el personal en la zona de alberca no te mueve las sombrillas, muy mal servicio la verdad

Relacion costo / Calidad 9 de 10. El personal muy amable, cerca de toda la zona dorada, alberca recien remodelada, en ese lugar la playa esta tranquila y sin piedras. El unico punto malo es que la regadera se tapa seguido y la habitacion esta pequeña.

Background noise despite being on the highest floor, was inexplicably high owing to the neighbouring hotel's generator. Putting on the AC increased this noise even further. Friday night traffic was directly emmitted into the room as the windows are poorly insulative. Breakfast included was limited in its vegetarian options and even worse in vegan. My last day, i was left without water to flush the toilet. Despite this i must state, that every single member of staff was responsive, hard-working, friendly and helpful!

It was horrible they did not have the room ready literally two hours later we left because our room was not ready. They refused to give us any type of compensation for the inconvenience. All night there was noise due to construction next door and the lights from the construction site were on all night and would come in through the window. The elevator was out of service so we had to use stairs three floors up and down when we wanted to leave the room. The customer service was bad too the employees were unaffected and didn’t care.

Habitación no muy cómoda en general, y el aire acondicionado es más un abanico no enfría nada parece horno de microondas, se le informo a recepción y no hicieron nada por ayudar. Por otro lado al momento nos confirman que están las noches liquidadas y reflejadas ya que se realizó por este medio, y al pasar la primer noche nos informan que está cancelada la primer noche y nos hacen el cobro en efectivo, cuando ya se había firmado y dejado claro que estába todo en orden y si les aparece un error creo que el hotel lo tiene que resolver ya, y en segunda el comprobante que dieron de pago de esa noche ni siquiera lo realizaron correcto por qué al poner el la cantidad de pago lo ponen en cero pesos, pero la cantidad la ponen de cambio ? Disculpen no regresaron nada para ponerlo de cambio fue un pago y debió a ver quedado marcado como en efectivo entregado, ESTAFA TOTAL. MUCHO OJO CON SUS COMPROBANTES AMIGOS REBICENLOS CON MUCHO CUIDADO. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA 👎

I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived they told me it was sold out. They leave me with no place to stay and offered a relocation on a dangerous zone ( centro histórico) and ended up paying double the price for a last minute booking

Front staff was a bit rude, they didn’t like the fact I booked through Expedia. We didn’t use the amenities but did take a look around. The pool looked nice but nice. With beach front access. Our rooms were ok, beds were decent. They however were not clean. The floors were dirty, bathrooms/showers were dirty. Told the front desk but they kindove jiat shrugged it off. They do make you have a $500 Peso CASH deposit which was not something I’m used to. I did get it back after I check out of the room and they sent someone to go check the room before letting us leave. I don’t know, it was just an uncomfortable visit. They made me feel like I was untrustworthy. It’s a shame, the hotel has potentiom, but I wouldn’t go back just because of how the customer experience was.

Background noise despite being on the highest floor, was inexplicably high owing to the neighbouring hotel's generator. Putting on the AC increased this noise even further. Friday night traffic was directly emmitted into the room as the windows are poorly insulative. Breakfast included was limited in its vegetarian options and even worse in vegan. My last day, i was left without water to flush the toilet. Despite this i must state, that every single member of staff was responsive, hard-working, friendly and helpful!

Un hotel vecino tiene una casa de máquinas que genera ruido las 24hrs, aunque es ajeno a Western sí impacta en la comodidad de la estancia y del descanso. Un día de los 5 que estuvimos el bufete se terminó anticipadamente, y algunos comensales no tuvieron oportunidad de acceder a él. La gente, el servicio y la atención es general es buenísima!

Room did not come with a small fridge very disappointing. The pool was not heated which should have been. The buffet breakfast was just on the warm side not hot. Didn’t always have orange juice. Had to ask for bacon was never provided in the buffet. Coffee was so strong couldn’t drink it. Two bedroom rooms very small. No internet access in room. The morning we were leaving no coffee or water provided to make coffee. Couldn’t make money exchange at desk. Aside from above comments staff were very accommodating.
