Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. If you are driving, please read all the info provided with the confirmation. It includes info that the hosts need to arrange a permit for you at least 24 hours in advance if you are arriving or leaving outside of certain hours. When we checked in, the host was aware of all the details I had provided and it went smoothly. The only improvement would have been if I could have received email confirmation they had made the permit arrangements etc. There is a phone number to call if you arrive and no one is at the reception desk. The check in and out was smooth. The hosts were friendly and efficient. Could not fault the apartment and facilities.

Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. We arrived late by car, and finding the property was a bit challenging at first, as our sat nav didn’t direct us correctly. Following the provided instructions carefully was essential. However, once we settled in, we had everything we needed, including a convenient coffee machine in the lobby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The best things about Premier Suites are the excellent location a block from the town center and the excellent accomodating staff. The elevator was out of service during our stay and the very kind desk attendant immediately offered to change our room from the top level to the 1st floor.

I am completing this form from Italy, the next step on our trip. Unfortunately, this site wants me to fill out the review in Italian, which I cannot do. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. If you are driving, getting to the hotel involves a hellish one-way system and the entrance is not well sign-posted for the car park. You will be seeing a lot of Reading, several times over.

I stayed here on the 14.12 .25to 16.12 .25the FIRST room we were given was ok up until the toilet flush broke and was dripping continually. So after a phone call to the reception who had finished for the day we were moved to a different room. The lift was broken and not fixed in those 3 days so it was a slog getting up 5 flights after a knee operation. Condensation in the room was basically dripping off the sill onto the headboard,a puddle in the morning. Other stays have been half decent but this was appalling. Welcoming staff nice though

Great stay, right in the centre of Reading. A whole one bedroomed apartment, kitchen equipped dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yea and coffee provided. Great communication. Great price. Secure car parking underneath apartments. My only negative is there wasn’t a mattress protector on the bed.

If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out.

The welcome food (fruit, cookies, etc.) was appreciated. The room was clean, but the dishwasher was not working properly and I couldn't use it properly. The bus stop was nearby, which was convenient for commuting. The manager's service was very good.

Great location in the center of Reading a short walk from the station. Located close to bus routes linking with sites in the area. It is a bit noisy as the seals around the windows seem to have perished a little.

The property is on the perfect location, right on the heart of the city centre and the train station. But there were loud noises, music and people shouting from 11pm to 4am both days we were staying there. The windows are not sealed very well that it made it impossible to sleep.

The best things about Premier Suites are the excellent location a block from the town center and the excellent accomodating staff. The elevator was out of service during our stay and the very kind desk attendant immediately offered to change our room from the top level to the 1st floor.

Stayed here again while in Reading for a business trip. Apartments are fantastic and couldn’t ask for more. Flight was delayed and receptionist sent across late check in instructions and we got in with ease. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out.

Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. Our stay was amazing. We stayed to go to the reading festiabl and it was brilliantly located 10 min walk to the train station. And abouve a mall wirh so many shops and parking!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. We arrived late by car, and finding the property was a bit challenging at first, as our sat nav didn’t direct us correctly. Following the provided instructions carefully was essential. I am completing this form from Italy, the next step on our trip. Unfortunately, this site wants me to fill out the review in Italian, which I cannot do. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. If you are driving, getting to the hotel involves a hellish one-way system and the entrance is not well sign-posted for the car park. You will be seeing a lot of Reading, several times over.

The property is on the perfect location, right on the heart of the city centre and the train station. But there were loud noises, music and people shouting from 11pm to 4am both days we were staying there. The windows are not sealed very well that it made it impossible to sleep.

Great stay, right in the centre of Reading. A whole one bedroomed apartment, kitchen equipped dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yea and coffee provided. Great communication. Great price. Secure car parking underneath apartments. My only negative is there wasn’t a mattress protector on the bed.

The purple turtle pub outside our room made an incredible racket until all hours of the morning every night. As we used the location as a hub to drive from, it was very conveniently located, though the on site parking very tricky, given the requirement for a bus lane permit. Unfortunately costing us one fine before getting right. The hosts were lovely and the rooms well presented.

A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again

We stayed for 6 weeks amd each morning Gulia at reception greeted us with a smile and a cheerful comment. She has the perfect demeanor and attention to detail which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was able to answer any questions we had about the area and seemed as though she worked 7 days a week! The cleaning staff were efficient and helpful often working around our meetings and schedules. Thank you!
