The elevator was the slowest one ever made. For a hotel only being 4 floors, it took as much time to get an elevator as a 44 floor hotel. Also, I really hate that Expedia would not work with me on canceling the first night due to my flights getting canceled. I paid $562 for two nights, and without any exaggeration, I was at the hotel for a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Preslea at reception was very efficient and friendly. The elevators were a little sketchy as they shook and made a bunch of noise. The exit door on the 3rd floor to the stairs was stuck and impossible to open. I did let Preslea know and she contacted maintenance right away.

Very clean, so nice. Friendly staff, Presley at the front desk was awesome. We really enjoyed the fire pit an hangout area. The free breakfast was so good. Definitely recommend this place for a night or extended stay!!

The stay was great but, housekeeping accidentally threw a cracker barrel paper bag away that contained a toddler hat and suspenders. The person who cleaned it was not honest about what happened to the bag. This did not and does not sit well with me. Breakfast was mediocre.

Amazing hotel! This was a home away from home. The front desk clerk Ciara was awesome with a beautiful personality! The room was so accommodating, fresh and clean. We enjoyed our stay! The hotel ok for a budget . The beds are firm and not very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived . I also wasn’t aware they accepted animals which is something that I would not have chosen for my stay. Very basic hotel, basic amenities. Would choose other options next time.
