Väldigt centralt boende i Rom. Nära det mesta i utflyktsmål. Inget hotell dock utan ett rum liknande gästhus där du enbart träffar värden för nyckel mm. Valde till frukost som serverades på en trevlig lokal bar med mycket gästvänliga människor. Rummet var väldigt rent och städning ingick varje dag inklusive påfyllning av minibar som innehöll en öl, en liten flaska bubbel och 3 vattenflaskor.

Excellent accompagnement dès avant l'arrivée avec un échange de mails pour valider accueil et check in. Chambres et service impeccables. Toujours par mails, assistance pour trouver un transfert aeroport a 3.30 am. Merci a l'équipe, invisible mais très efficace. Pour un trip de 3 jours cest tres pratique , aucune perte de temps et via le net un support permanent .

The room was great, small but mighty! The elevator and self check-in were great to have. The mini fridge was re-stocked everyday and free :) The shower was Amazon with three different waterfall options! Parking was expensive but close!

Excellent accommodations in a very nice, walkable area. All of the main attractions of Rome were within walking distance. Dozens of excellent restaurants nearby. Only negatives were that, initially it was hard to find, the entrance process, while ensures safety, is a bit cumbersome, no front desk or personnel,(the contact person is easy to reach) and the elevator is really small ( like one person size).

The rooms were nothing like the photos, the walls were dirty, broken outlets, and the shower had mold in it. It was disgusting and we moved as soon as we found another place to stay

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights for our honeymoon. The location is great, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Short walk to the Spanish steps. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. There was a fridge, restocked everyday with beverages. There’s a safe, espresso machine, and a hairdryer provided which is a bonus. The only thing we didn’t like were the sheer curtains. We were on the second floor and could easily see the street from the room(when changing and in bed as well). I think black out curtains would be a good addition. I highly recommend staying here.

In pieno centro proprio in Via del Corso, bellissime camere affacciate al secondo piano proprio sul corso ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziose. Pulizia eccellente! When we arrived they told us our AC broke, the room was very hot. The next day they had technicians working on the AC since 9am. We came back to the room at 11am and could no longer go in the room, they told us to come back at 3pm. We came back to the room at 3pm. The room was still not ready, had to sit on the hallway for 1 hour. When we got in our room the AC was still not working. Technicians came back at 10pm to keep working on the AC. They were in the room until 11:45pm and we needed to get up at 5am the next morning. Shower was flooding too. Terrible hotel. It was a mess everywhere, the reception area is so trashy too

Great spot for a solo traveler or a couple who don’t mind the basics. No frills, but an excellent value. The room was clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning (American-style) worked perfectly. The room looked much smaller than in the site pictures. While it was located centrally it was extremely loud at night as city crews started cleaning at 1 am. While it’s nice to wake up to clean streets it was an inconvenience. Would have been nice to have a small microwave but understand that it’s not typical to have that luxury in many hotels in Europe.

Awesome hotel. We had taken a room to fit 3 people (adult beds). Beds were super comfortable. The water was hot enough for a lovely shower. It’s right next to many shops so easy to navigate and buy and also withdraw cash if needed at multiple places in Italy.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotell Spagna Boutique. De ändrade vårt rum men vi fick besked om det i god tid innan så det var inga problem alls. Personalen hjälpte oss även med transport till och från flygplatsen. Läget är helt optimalt, många affärer och restauranger i närheten. Spanska trappan ligger en promenad på 5 minuter bort. Colosseum och Vatikanen tog ca 30 minuter att gå till. Det som drog ner betyget för oss var att sängarna var lite hårda samt att det var väldigt lyhört. Men vi kan absolut rekommendera detta boende.

We had a great time in Rome! Property was very conveniently located with so much nearby. A little in the smaller side but it was great for what we needed. The owner was attentive and responsive and even provided us with an iron in time for a wedding we were attending. Thanks for our stay!

Extremely convenient location. I had room 1 with the balcony and really enjoyed people-watching and having the sense of the liveliness of the city. The other window had space that I essentially used as a window seat. If you are sensitive to noise, this would not be the room for you since it overlooks the main thoroughfare to the Piazza del Popolo, though the noise lessens quite a bit with the windows closed and does die down by midnight or so. The room was plenty spacious (enough extra floor space to do yoga daily) and cleaned daily, which was great. There’s a coin operated laundromat around the corner (machine adds the detergent automatically so very convenient). Giancarlo and Maria were both very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again when next in Rome.

Someone needs to talk to Giacomo,the owner operator. He places guests in different properties whitout prior notice. I made a reservation for a room in Via del Corso 43, and end up in Via de la Frezza 53. Why, I don't know. Maybe, he feels like it. I wouldn't rent anoher room from this person.

The actual room was really cute and comfortable, but the lady that ran the room was not friendly and pretty rude. Also The shower only would let you have hot water for two minutes as soon as two minutes hit it turned to ice cold. I couldn’t not even wash my hair because the hot water would not of lasted. The location was perfect but there are multiple spagna boutiques so it did get confusing finding it at night.

Would have shared a review of this property but I was bumped to another property that while clean, was smaller and a bit shabby. I was told that the property I was being moved to was nicer but find it hard to believe it was since pictures of the Spagna Boutique show a larger room with a balcony and a view. The room we were given was small and the view was of the garbage cans. Was stuck with accepting this as I was told of the change a few days before we arrived. While the room was acceptable, I would not have paid what I was charged. Bait and switch if you ask me.

The room I booked was not the room given to me with the price I paid for it. I booked a big size room and I was denied by the staff to get the room I reserved. They said with two people reservation they placed us in a smaller room just because of two ppl. Which is absolutely not fair to me and my mom. Very disappointed and will never stay there AGAIN. Customers should always get the room they request NOT by how many people they feel should get hell which room. At the end of the day I am paying for the room. I wish I Did not stay there. They even advertised free breakfast for my 5day stay there and was told day of check in they will not provide this service. Very disappointed. Not worth your money.

Great spot for a solo traveler or a couple who don’t mind the basics. No frills, but an excellent value. The room was clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning (American-style) worked perfectly. Awesome hotel. We had taken a room to fit 3 people (adult beds). Beds were super comfortable. The water was hot enough for a lovely shower. It’s right next to many shops so easy to navigate and buy and also withdraw cash if needed at multiple places in Italy.

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights for our honeymoon. The location is great, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Short walk to the Spanish steps. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. There was a fridge, restocked everyday with beverages. There’s a safe, espresso machine, and a hairdryer provided which is a bonus. The only thing we didn’t like were the sheer curtains. We were on the second floor and could easily see the street from the room(when changing and in bed as well). I think black out curtains would be a good addition. I highly recommend staying here.

A estadia foi ótima! O que mais surpreendeu foi a localização, perto da estação de metrô que nos levava para qualquer local da cidade. A duas estações do Vaticano e 6 da estação central Termini. Ou seja, rapidamente você está nos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto é muito confortável, com excelente estrutura e silencioso, por mais que a rua tenha um forte comércio (excelente, por sinal).

Väldigt centralt boende i Rom. Nära det mesta i utflyktsmål. Inget hotell dock utan ett rum liknande gästhus där du enbart träffar värden för nyckel mm. Valde till frukost som serverades på en trevlig lokal bar med mycket gästvänliga människor. Rummet var väldigt rent och städning ingick varje dag inklusive påfyllning av minibar som innehöll en öl, en liten flaska bubbel och 3 vattenflaskor.

The room was great, small but mighty! The elevator and self check-in were great to have. The mini fridge was re-stocked everyday and free :) The shower was Amazon with three different waterfall options! Parking was expensive but close!

Tout était parfait! L’hôtesse qui nous a accueilli, les communications sur whatsapp, les free drinks, le confort des draps, la déco de la chambre et surtout la situation parfaite pour visiter Rome! Rue calme en étant juste a côté de tous magasins. Je recommande à fond et y retourner volontiers !

Très bien situé, sites touristiques à proximité, métro proche place del Popolo. Chambre agréable, jolie SDB. Cafetière, bouilloire à disponibilité. Frigo avec boissons fraîches sans supplément. Personnel très sympathique, très disponible et à l'écoute. Séjour très agréable.

Perfect location near Piazza Populo & Davinci Museum as well as shopping and dining. However the actual additional property Via delle Frezza did not live up to the photos on HOTEL.com site. No lobby. Door lock quite difficult to operate...that said security of building was incredible. Clean room,serviced daily great shower. Hotel owner handled obtaining a driver to Fumicino. This is NOT a full service hotel...but a good residence lodging in this section of Rome We would come back and stay here

Prior to check in they provided the incorrect codes to get into the property. The room we received was on a noisy street with street-sweepers and drunk people until 3am. Construction started across the street at 6:30am waking us up. No on-site staff are available to support any issues. The listing says the room is soundproof and double glazed windows, but the sounds from the street were clearly audible. The shower filled with water and drained very slowly. The sink had a leak beneath it resulting in a pool of water in the washroom when we awoke. The safe which was advertised as part of the room was not available because the hotel believes it is too risky to provide since they do not have on site staff available to help if there’s any issues.
