I stayed 1 week for Business trip. The room is ok, but not much decoration. Bathroom is good. Bed is good. The continuous air flow in the room is a bit noisy, even when AC/fan is fully off. Breakfast is a bit disappointing for the price. Service in the restaurant was very friendly. Swimming pool is small and no real place to get changed, more for children than business clients. Some receptionists were friendly, some were less friendly.

My wife and I present differently because of our tattoos, and we did feel the judgement from the lady that checked us in but after they realized we aren’t bad people they treated us better. Wish they had a hot tub and the pool is small but the hotel is fantastic. Clean, quiet, and overall safe. I would definitely come back.

We felt safe here. Dining was expensive so we skipped eating or having drinks there. It’s not the hotels fault but the room Is not very sound proof, sounded like the person upstairs was pacing back and forth with heels on and letting doors slam. But the hotel is beautiful, gym is nice if you like that. It is very clean and new. Also parking is only $20 a day in comparison to other hotels I’ve been to in big cities this is a good price to me. I think all hotels should provide free parking for the price they pay to stay honestly but that’s how it is.

This hotel was conveniently located but there wasn't much around it to do. The couch had a stain on it, and so did the floors, it just didn't feel very clean and the beds were a bit hard for my preference. We stayed in a room with a pullout bed, but they didn't have any pillows and limited sheets for an extra bed, and they only left us 2 towels when we specified 3 people in the room.

Hotel is clean, food is great! The pool water has a funny smell! i wonder when did they last replace the water? I smell the chlorine but smells also mix with old urine, smells disgusting! I brought my daughter there just to use the indoor pool. But very dissapointed how you could smells the water mix with something.

I love to stay in this hotel every time I have back to back business related appointments in San Francisco to save 1.5 hours of driving both ways. This hotel is newly built in recent years in the quiet Oyster Point in South San Francisco. Parking fees is reasonable and most of the rooms have beautiful view of the Bay. I will have to give a 4 stars in the cleanliness due to two long hairs in the bath towel. It might be from the house keepers, but I would suggest them to wear a cap while cleaning. It was a bit gross. I didn't bother to change it because I was on my own and I just used the other towel. But it still grossed me out a bit. The room is still very clean in general other than that.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good, but it’s not our favorite hotel in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good. The things that made our stay not perfect were: the entrance to the hotel area was incredibly windy. We could barely walk from our car to the door without feeling like we were going to be blown away. I didn’t like the sliding bathroom door that was translucent so the light from the bathroom would shine through and it didn’t feel like it closed completely. We paid $20 extra and had a beautiful view of the bay, but the room itself was decorated in a kind of stark, cold way, although the beds were very comfortable. On the positive side, it was very quiet, even though fairly close to the airport. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel.

Bathroom counter was broken and repaired with silicone chalking. There was a long hair on the hairdryer cord, and another hair in the shower stall. Do Not Disturb sign was also missing from the room. 4th floor ice maker did not work and only dispensed water but no ice. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Lots of motor noise in the room--fans and other motors. Staffwere great. Room comfortable and clean. Beautiful view from. lounge. And you need rooms with grab bars in bath--we elders do not need the full handicap room. just something to hang onto in the shower--and think about a bidet to save paper.

There is not a fan in bathroom which made for a very hot, steamy, and sweaty experience when getting dressed and applying makeup. I was so frustrated and the AC kept the room cool but not the bathroom. If there was a bathroom fan we could not easily locate it.We tried everything. Other than that stay was nice.

The room and property seemed pretty clean. The rooms had a master lighting switch, which ended up being an annoyance and seemed to not work sometimes. It was frustrating not just to be able to turn on your light next to your bed. They have a restaurant on site which was pretty good. They had a small heated pool, which my son enjoyed. When we first arrived, there were problems with the elevator so we had to walk a bit of a distance to our room —not a problem for us, but my elderly mother would’ve had an issue. Staff was pretty nice.

I feel the need to call out the entire staff. Everyone was amazing from my first phone call to my final goodbye. This was a special event for my wife's bday and they made it even better, These folks truly are amazing! We'll be back 100%!!

Arrived late Friday evening, TV did not work. Notified the front desk who sent someone up to confirm the TV did not work. Assured they would have someone come by to fix it the next day. On our way out the next morning reminded the front desk about the TV not working. Again assured someone would get it fixed. Returned to the room 7 hours later to find maintenance still working on the TV. He stated he had replaced it multiple times without success. He continued on to say “ I don’t know why they put you in here we had this same problem last week and I told them it wasn’t fixed”. After sitting in the room for several minutes watching the maintenance guy try to fix the TV I went down to the front desk to request a new room. I was prompted to speak with the manager in regards to my request at which time the manager attempted to validate our room assignment by saying, “well not all of our guests watch TV”. I quickly reminded him when booking the room there was not an option to select if I intended on using the TV or not, if there was one I would have confirmed I would be. After initially being told they had no rooms available and requesting compensation amazingly an empty room was located. We will never stay here again and intend on calling the corporate office to make a formal complaint

I have never had a problem with hotel.com bookings. Front desk gentleman as soon as he saw a 3rd party booking his friendly attitude changed, he became unfriendly, dismissive and abrupt. We felt unwelcome. Lounge personal sweet and helpful. Morning frot desk gal, kind and friendly. Hotel clean and comfortable

The pool was cold, restaurant staff were slow and didn’t serve until we requested the menu, as people came after us were served before. Also no food service to rooms. They need to improve the restaurant service. Place is clean, quite area, friendly front staff and helpful. Good room service.

Checkin was bad. We didn’t get any information about the hotel. Nothing about WiFi, breakfast or where the elevators were. Then we found shirts and laundry from the last guest in our room. At least we got a voucher for breakfast after complaining.

The location is really quiet and really nice. The staff were alright doesn't seem very helpful and approachable. The front desk person who checked us in forgot to mention that parking is not free so I woke up to an email of a receipt that I was being charged of parking fee would've been nice to get a head's up in check in. Check out person wasn't really friendly just dropped of my room keys and didn't even said a word. The location and the hotel was really nice but the staff could do better.

Other than a Starbucks and some quick eats spots across the street, the hotel is in a rather non-touristy area in South San Francisco. The hotel was superior in cleanliness, convenience right off the 101 freeway so you can get around to other areas in the city, and great customer service. The parking was $20 tax every night, which is not bad compared with higher hotel parking rates in other parts of the city. As a mother traveling as the only adult with two teenagers, I felt very safe in the area where the hotel was located, in the hotel itself, and walking to and from the parking lot right outside of the hotel. What I felt regarding the ease and safety of the hotel when I pulled into the parking lot, and the very nice appearance of the hotel were points that helped me decide to book the room for our stay.

There was a celebration the day we arrived and many things were not available in the restaurant . Next day breakfast was crowed and only one person helping . Took long time to get the food. However staff was very nice .

The room was amazing and meet all our needs. But not offering room service is crazy this is the Marriott. Then were told we can order and pick up but there is NO menu in the room to place an order. So we go downstairs to eat. The drink I had we gross and the food was over priced and not even mediocre. My fish was uncooked, my sons chicken strips were hard and my daughters grilled cheese was hard and dry. Unacceptable for what we paid.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is laid out and how friendly the staff is. The restaurant was surprisingly amazing! We tried 5 different tapas/small plates and we loved every single one. The drinks were also very tasty. The hotel has a beautiful view, and atrium patio with heaters and there is a path around the waterfront to stroll. Easy location right off the highway. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for reasonable rates, cleanliness and great service!!! 10/10
