Room was tiny and it smelled like mildew. The toilet seat was not properly fastened to the toilet. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was there sporadically, but not always. Our family of four would have to pay sixty six dollars plus tax and tip to eat a very mid breakfast that should just simply be included in the stay. Elevators are slow. The employees were cordial and professional, but the building was understaffed and they were not well trained. I do not recommend.

Ok, this hotel was sort of staying in like a weird apartment complex. The bar in the lobby seemed to never be open and never have any customers when it was open.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff was absolutely great from the time we checked in, to the lady that waited on us at the restaurant/bar. The young lady that helped my grandson with his breakfast. We were very lucky, we had the pool and the hot spa all to ourselves.
