I enjoyed my stay Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza 3-chome. It's almost a straight-line from the JR Yurakucho Station and is close to a couple of different Tokyo Metro stations. The rooms don't have much space for luggage but are otherwise fine as far as bed and bathroom are concerned. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly. As is the standard now, various amenities can be picked up in the lobby. The all-in-one clothes washer/dryer worked and was reasonably priced but beware overloading the units. They're small capacity compared to US washers and dryers and will not properly dry clothes if you exceed the capacity guidelines.

Everything is good in terms of service quality. The only problem could be the laundry machine since they only have 2 machine and it is a cleaning and dying 2-in-1 type, therefore it takes 2 hours for the cycle. You can imagine how busy they are.

The room is undeniably small but was just fine for one person. It would be a stretch for 2 people even though it is marketed as a double room. Theres barely space for one big luggage so if you have more, that would be hard. Otherwise, everything was great and clean. There were amenities you could grab from the lobby. Appreciated the facial mask and bath powder! There was a paid washer and dryer which i did not use but would be great for longer stays. Theres also a shared microwave which was nice. The location is good and walking distance to a few transport lines. It was within 15 to 30 mins to shibuya, shinjuku, akasaka, odaiba. But given how big the station is, do factor in at least 10 mins to walk to the platform. And please follow google maps for the exit routes. Some exits may be closed at certain times, or not accessible to certain subway lines (you'll have to pay for another ride to get out of the wrong line). Plenty of shopping all around the area!

Very pleased with the location, walking distance to everything: shopping, dining and transportation. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing is that they don’t provide parking on site so we had to find a 24hr. parking garage.

I’ve stayed in 2 sotetsu fresa inn hotels now both times visiting Tokyo and they don’t fail to uphold good service & etiquette, the fact the hotels have vending machines, laundries & change machines is an honest life saver for any and all scenarios

客房整潔，牙刷、剃鬚刀、乳液、浸浴用品、茶包、即溶咖啡等等都能在2樓取到，唯一是房間比較細，開行李不方便。附近本來有很多食肆，但麥當勞已經搬走了，天婦羅店恰巧要裝修，而最近的Lawson便利店也要裝修，所以食物的選擇少了。

This hotel was in a great location. Lawson's right next door, restraunts right next door, less than a five min walk to metro. Safe area and walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Perfect location in heart of Ginza. Very close to station and designer shopping. Also close to a Lawson, 7/11 and McDonald's. Room was clean. Liked that you could have the room cleaned daily too. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but to be expected in Tokyo. Enough space to fully open one suitcase; impossible to simultaneously open two. View from window wasn't nice, but not a deal breaker as the room was used for sleeping. Great value for Ginza and highly recommend.

I do love the level of service provided by this hotel - you can see all the nice Japanese service spirit in this hotel. Many in this hotel is self service. It means if you are a first timer, you would expect a few trips to the front desk area for amenities. The room is on the smaller size, which was a shame. There is no sufficient space for opened luggage - hence the deducted rating. Overall it’s a good hotel and I would use again if I am travelling light.

Tiny tiny tiny room, and they only wanted to clean it every other day. Could just be a Tokyo thing, but my wife was not happy with me for booking it! Staff was very nice though, and Ginza is a great area.

Pillows were the only rough thing about sleeping, either too soft or too hard. Stayed 11 days and the accommodations were wonderful, room was a tad small for my 6’2 ft hubby but the bed was comfortable

Clean room with super friendly staff at the reception. They also helped me with a Yamato booking to get my luggage delivered seamlessly to my next hotel in Osaka. It is also super close to the store at Ginza and two subway stations. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I was treated very poorly on my last day in Tokyo. I checked out at 10:50AM and was told to insert my room key into the kiosk machine. I then left my luggage at the front and they asked me when I was expecting to return and I said 3PM. I left and returned at 2:55 to retrieve my luggage. I then went to sit at the couch area in the lobby to wait for my airport ride. At 3:20PM, I get a call from the hotel and the guy on the phone was yelling at me about not paying a late check-out fee and that if I did not pay, he would call the police. I went 10 feet from where I was sitting to the guy that was calling me and asked what this was about. He started yelling about the late check-out fee and I became confused because I had checked out before 11AM earlier that day. He looked at his colleague and then accused me of returning the wrong room key. How can I return the wrong room key when I only had one card for my entire stay? Also, they all saw me leave my luggage for almost 4 hours. So without a room key and luggage, how could I have been inside my room? The female worker said that she called up to my room and someone picked up the phone. I'm not sure who that person was since I traveled solo this time and was sitting in the lobby in the entire time. At this point, the workers realized their mistake and gave a half-hearted apology. I have been to Japan 4 times and have never experienced anything like this. What would have been a 5-star experience is now 1-star.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Around 05:45 AM, we woke up to someone trying to open our door and actually succeeding. However, the security lock we had put on the door for the night prevented it from being fully opened. When I went to the door of our room, I found an unknown man trying to enter. So only the security lock we had put on for the night prevented this unknown man from completely entering our room. As we were checking out of the hotel, we told the hotel staff about our experience and asked how this could be possible. However, the hotel staff just said that what we described couldn't happen and implied that what we told them wasn't true. After checking out, we left our bags at the hotel reception to pick them up later. When we went to retrieve our bags, the hotel staff told us that they had checked the surveillance cameras regarding our claim and it turned out that an intoxicated man who had fallen asleep in the hotel corridor had given the hotel staff the wrong room number as his own. The hotel staff had opened our room door for this man without ensuring it was actually his room. This entire incident left us with a very unpleasant feeling about our stay. In our opinion, the hotel staff's initial indifferent attitude towards us and the safety of the hotel guests was inappropriate. We did not receive any compensation for this incomprehensible mistake by the hotel.

施設、立地については申し分なくできれば定宿とさせていただきたいくらいです。一点難があるとすれば、朝食のシステムが独特で好みがわかれることでしょうか。3種の一人鍋の具材について扱いが今一つに感じました。（白菜や葉物の鮮度が悪かったり、いかにも外葉が入っていたり）ポン酢やゴマだれの提供についてもぞんざいで、朝からあまり良い気分ではありませんでした。

The shabu shabu breakfast was a great introduction to local cuisine. There is also a western breakfast available but you’d be disappointed as the “sausages” aka wieners. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Walkable to the subway.
