Great breakfast, probably one of the best I’ve had! Staff were friendly! Pool had what seemed too much chlorine. Being that the pool is shared with another hotel attached Staybridge suites which both hotels combined I’d say have over 200 rooms…so if it’s busy know that then pool will be crowded.

Overall experience was really good, however there were no extra blankets in room for sofa bed and not enough towels in the room. When you have five people listed on a reservation you should provide five towels not three. Waterslide wasn’t working the first night and when we called the front desk they said they would send someone down to fix it. No one ever came. Other than that the hotel was great. Very clean, modern and well maintained.

Mirror in room 408 wasn’t clean. Should fix the ceiling patch job in the bathroom. Tub looked to have a dark film around it inside. Bkf was amazing!

The staff were very friendly, the bed very comfortable and the initial cleanliness was very good. Unfortunately, housekeeping only came to clean my room and change the towels one time in my 5 night stay. They only cleaned the room when I asked. Nobody informed me that they only clean upon request. I don’t usually have to request cleaning at a hotel at almost $200 a night.

Overall, the property is nice. Our tub wouldn't drain in our room. They were pretty fast at getting it solved, but even the maintenance guy said that room cleaning would have noticed and should have reported it. Would go back again. Breakfast was great, kiddos loved the pool.

The kid friendliness was a 3/5 at best. It took well over 4 hours after my initial request to receive a crib for my toddler to sleep in. Breakfast was also 3/5 - flavours were bland, milk was difficult to find. Also, had to choose between an accessible room and a room with adequate space for my party of 5.

Very impressed with the overall experience of this hotel. All of the staff including the front check in, housekeeping and breakfast servers were so pleasant. Also love the location of the hotel. It was so close to dinning and easy access to the hwy. And as a bonus their coffee is extra hot and very good.

I was called the day of my stay as I was already traveling to get there, that they were changing my room that I had booked. They moved my room to one beside the elevator. We were there for medical appointments and needed rest but the noise was unbearable and all the staff could say was “it’s a weekend”.

Stayed here two nights while attending a sports event at Red Deer Polytech event center. The hotel is right off the highway with easy access to main roadways and streets. Quiet area with a couple restaurants across the street and a walking/biking path leading to a nice natural park area close to the river. Staff were very friendly and professional, room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was great. They do offer an included breakfast with a good selection for most tastes. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a basketball tournament in sylvan lake. Convenient location to get over there quickly. The rooms were great, beds very comfortable. We needed some tools to fix something and the staff were super helpful and let us quickly use theirs.

The hotel is clearly very new. However, the maintenance could be improved - ie. hotel room had hairs on washroom floor; pool deck was a bit gross. Perhaps the most disappointing was the breakfast - poorest I experienced ever in a Holiday Inn Express - ie. garbages overflowing; stale bagels; sticky floors; hot food nobody touched as it was so unappealing.
