I got double bedroom the lady was very lovely to begin with and called me via my private phone number and gave the detail to her house on WhatsApp. Asked me to send my driving licence via WhatsApp. She didn’t check me in as she was in the gym left the key in safe place. She asked me to transfer money to her account end of the week. I had an issue to use the shower but one of her tenants came the next day and helped me out. The room was cold some days but there was a fan heather that can be plugged in if it was cold. Bed was comfortable and you have to adhere to the rules of the house. Clean the bathroom after use, put rubbish out and wash your plates. But overall not as comfortable as Primier in but tolerable and you need to share your space with other people staying there.

Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again

Lovely to be back after a few years. Patricia is very communicative and helpful both before and during the stay and I was very grateful for the offer of off street parking. I will definitely return. Thanks

Lovely clean en-suite room, Patricia was lovely and welcoming.

We stayed overnight to attend a family party. The host was lovely. We left something behind, which she has promised to mail it back to us.
