Loved the location of the property. Condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view from inside of condo and on both balconies of the ocean. Enjoyed the pool area and having the restaurant and bar right there as well. Tybee is a great place to visit and was a close drive to Savannah for a day trip. Staff at resort and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed trying the different restaurants in the area. Look forward to going back again!

Island location of condo was wonderful and quick walk to beach. Parking was a breeze and the on site restaurant was a plus! The condo is a lil dated and very limited kitchen supplies but exactly what we needed for a long weekend.

This condo was exactly what we needed. We have 3 boys and 2 girls (ranging in age from 10 to 15) so we had 1 room for the boys, 1 room for the girls, and 1 room for us. Our youngest slept on the sofa and enjoyed himself. CHECK IN PROCESS Check in was easy. We stopped by the sales office and a packet of info with my name on it was in the box. All of the key codes for the parking garage, gates and the smart lock were included. CONDITION OF THE CONDO The condo is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed, including extra trash bags and detergent for the dishwasher. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen as well as silverware. The bathrooms are upgraded with nice granite countertops. Plenty of closets and storage space! The beds were comfortable and have mattress toppers. LOCATION Honestly, I think this is the best location in Tybee Island. The Deck Restaurant and Bar is on the property and has one of the best views of the beach. The food is great and the drinks too! It was very nice to have a pool bar. The two pools are exclusive to the property so they weren't too crowded. Very clean and the pool lounge chairs are new and comfortable. Access to the beach is easy with two ways to get to the beach and several showers to wash sand off when returning. The beach is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved playing in the tidepools. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Disappointed with the units floors turning our feet black and could use some simple updating like a coat of paint. But it wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

There were two dogs and heavy smokers below us. Between the smoke and barking it was annoying. But this was nothing to do with the other condo. The tile floor was kind of yucky, always had something on our feet. But I still feel like the positives outweigh the any negatives.

We started wearing shoes inside to save our socks! No coffee, just salt, pepper and no sugar. Basically the advertising and write up were no where close to the actual conditions of the condo. What a $3,200 waste of money for 5 days!

Family members wanted a fall getaway at the beach. We had stayed in another condo in Beach House in the fall of 2021, so I was happy to find availability in same complex. The condo itself was nice enough, but want to share that our first morning in the kitchen, there was what appeared to be mouse droppings in a lower cabinet. We felt the need to wash everything before using. Also, a sheet pan we pulled out to bake biscuits on looked way beyond its expiration date. Fortunately, there were others. So, nothing horrible, just be a little more attentive, especially where food services/surfaces are concerned.

We would definitely stay again. Unbeatable views. Condo had everything you would need. Great location. Friendly locals. Nice decor and furnishings. Very walkable. Could use a deep clean of baseboards, etc., but otherwise very clean.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Started out-no door code. Called to get code. Person wanted to argue. Finally got code. Entered condo to find it filthy. Grit & dirt so bad it could be heard when walking. bottom of feet black if went barefoot. Couch cushions in chair—black dog prints on them. Had to use sheet on couch. Crumbs all over chairs. No trash bags. No parking permits (required-or towed). 2nd bath shower caulk missing. Multiple light bulbs not working. Doors with small holes. Broken Blinds. Balcony railing rusted. Main bath tub faucet difficult to turn off/on water but also loose—continuous loud dripping water. Went to off site office to get my parking permits. Told them room dirty. Wouldn’t clean it. Informed them about bath faucet and concern about breaking—wanted fixed ASAP. Have multiple properties—put in work order—don’t know when it will get fixed. Asked for manager-not available-sent them request to call u. Entire stay—Listened to loud dripping faucet w door closed. Poor sleep. Few days later—bath faucet breaks—water wide open flowing—will not turn off. Call office. Will put in work order. 35 min. To convince them this is emergency. Ask for manager. Not available. Tech was prompt. Asked them why they never came to fix. Tagged to fix after you left. Umm…NO. Solution. Turn off water. Bc type of problem Couldn’t fix until we left. Couldn’t shower. Had to turn water on long enough to flush toilets. Was told that since our stay was almost over we couldn’t be moved.

Such a beautiful view from the balcony! Wonderful accommodations for a beach vacation, even during the winter. Condo had everything we needed. Beach access is made easy by a foot bridge. Great stay!

Part of the out of state group stayed in/near historic Savannah and part stayed on Tybee Island at Beachside. This is our second stay at Beachside. We celebrated, with a smaller group her 99th birthday with a home cooked dinner at Beachside. This year the condo was a place to stay and for other family members to visit to access the beach and use the pool amenities. Overall, the experience was positive. Our particular unit had issues with the smaller bedroom being “hotter” than the other parts of the condo. I think it is an air circulation issue. The main television in the condo decided to be finicky and required property management staff help. At the end of the day we learned how to keep it going. Overall, being at Beachside offers the opportunity for a relaxing, beach vacation...even if you have a constant flow of family in and out. The staff at the facility is outstanding and attached restaurant is also tasty. My younger grandchildren really liked the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

We arrived a little after the office closed and needed to call the customer service number for the rental agency to figure out which room we were in. They answered right away and got us squared away. The room itself (a 3 bedroom condo, really), was great. The bathrooms and kitchen had been updated recently and everything was clean and orderly.

Our experience with the office while booking and also doing an after hours check in was fantastic. There is a great view of the New Year's Eve fireworks from the beach right outside of the condo.

It was comfortable, with great views. Had a small shower issue, but a plumber fixed it the next morning without issue. We'll be back.

My elderly mother and I rented this unit for a mother-daughter getaway. It\'s in a great location right on the ocean. Overall, the unit is clean, though it could use some updates. The appliances and furniture are showing wear, but serviceable. It should be noted that this unit does not offer a folder/binder with useful information like a map of the island, the location of the grocery store, local restaurants, shops, or other attractions, so be sure to stop at the tourist office on your way into town. The woman working there is super sweet! On our first night we experienced a catastrophic plumbing failure at roughly 9:20pm from the unit above; water was pouring from the ceiling and light fixture over the master tub. There was no emergency number listed on our check-in information, so I called the after hours "lock out" number. Workers came out the next morning to fix the issue, though we were left with a gaping hole in the ceiling (covered by a thin film) for the duration of our stay. Positives: Location! It\'s right on the beach. Negatives: The management company seemed disorganized. On the morning after the plumbing issue, two employees had me on speaker phone to find out the scope of the problem so they could schedule workers. They didn\'t realize repairs were already being made. To those workers - thank you for your kindness. To the management company - a simple "I\'m sorry for your inconvenience" would have been an appropriate response at any point during our stay.

We were treated to an afternoon air show that was spectacular. An F-22 fighter jet put on quite a display a the paratroopers were pretty awesome too. We ate at the Deck Bar a couple of times and food was really good. We went in to Savanah for a few dinners.
