Room was clean and comfortable. Family of 5 in one room and we were not on top of each other. Breakfast was good, fruit freshness was a little questionable and the pancake machine was down, but everything else tasted good. Service kept the eating area clean. Check in was fast and receptionist was very nice. Needed extra towels and got them without any hassle. We even used the nice and spacious workout room to train. Will stay here again when we come back through.

We wanted a place in West Memphis on our way home from vacation. The outdoor pool was in good condition. The front desk staff got us towels and extra bedding and they were friendly. The bathroom floor in our room is pretty dirty. There's also some goo and hair on the window sill looking out of the room, so, it could definitely be cleaned better.

The breakfast was awesome! We were very impressed with the options there were. We were just passing through and stopped for the night. We were exceptionally pleased with our choice. Initially are AC in the suite was not working so they happily changed our room to another with the same layout as the original. The AC was working great in there. The gym was very nice as well and you have plenty of options to get a nice workout done. The staff throughout our whole stay was so accommodating and welcoming. One of the Best staffs we've encountered in our many stays. I say the staff because it was all of them, truly a well put together team. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a short stay or even a longer stay. Very close to the freeway and also the casino. We are ever passing through the area again we will definitely consider making this hotel are stopping point for a rest. The only reason it has four stars on some of the items is because the AC was not working at the time but they did do very well and accommodating for that.

The room we were in was right next to the pool. It had a flood light shining into the room. We paid $200 and after 2 hours of trying to get some sleep, we checked out. The lady was nice but just said “sorry”.

We were put in the same room on our return trip as 2 weeks earlier. Sink was very cracked and cracks were stained. Toilet seat was chipped and carpet very stained by the closet. Maintenance needs should be given much attention.

The room had mold black mold on the air conditioner vent. I couldn’t find a towel without someone else’s hair on it. The carpet is nasty and shower was not cleaned. I frequent here and this hotel is consistently getting worse.

Floor in the room was sticky. The shower was not properly cleaned. The duvet was moist and the room smelled like mildew. The nightstand, desk and console surfaces were also dirty. The whole area around the property is extremely sketchy and you are better off not leaving a single thing in your car. Poor lighting in the parking lot and the lot backs up to a truck stop. Would not recommend at all as a stop

We were returning home to Kentucky following a visit with family in Texas. We were greeted very personably by the front desk ladies and quickly checked in. Our room was spacious and scrupulously clean everywhere. We were very pleased to see that the top sheet & comforter were SEPARATE, so one could cover up with the lighter sheet if preferred. Everything worked well, including the lights, TV, and A/C. The bathroom was well supplied with good quality hygiene items. It was very clean and well-lit. Although the hotel was right on the highway, the noise of the trucks & traffic did not bother us. We got a restful night's sleep. The morning breakfast was great! Many options for however one wanted to enjoy it. Everything tasted very good. We would be happy to return to this Holiday Inn Express in West Memphis if we're traveling again, and we would not hesitate to give it our highest rating and recommend it to all.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was what we needed for a family of 5 but the tub did not drain well so after 3 showers I was standing in ankle deep water while showering. Breakfast was good quality and variety but there were several pieces of hair in the batch of bacon; staff was quick to swap it out but it was clear the issue was from preparation.

Noise from the interstate was so loud I had difficulty sleeping even with earplugs in and a white noise generator going. If I had known that it was going to be so bad I would have asked for s room away from the highway.

The front desk person was not very friendly when I walked in. That can makes such a huge impression. Our room didn’t have hot water so we had to move rooms after we had settled in. The new room had hot water but the faucet had to be turned just so to turn to warm. The breakfast was great and the women working in the dining room were sweet and personable.

The overall experience was very good—the only problem is that there was a snafu with check-in: the front desk staff gave another guest my room, and she opened the door to my room. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, check in/out was seamless. The thing that stood out the most though was the breakfast. We met Ms. Lisa, who was responsible for the breakfast. She made, by far, the best hotel breakfast we have had. It tasted like we were eating at home. Everything was seasoned, well cooked, and the area was spotless. We would 100% stay there again, especially if Ms Lisa was cooking.

This is a new mid-range hotel with ample parking and a decent breakfast. There are no decent restaurants in the immediate area, so plan on Door Dashing dinner to your room. Neighborhood has 2 so so casinos located in a large industrial park. Even though they have sound deadening windows, request a room in the back of the hotel. There are no good views from this hotel.Staff was great.

There are no food options close. The property is on a service road so close to the freeway that sleeping is impossible. The breakfast was dismal...Would not recommend for more than a one night ... Front desk staff was very pleasant and relocated me to the other side of the building to mitigate the noise.

Everything was excellent except for that there is only one person on the front desk and no one can bring the extra bedding up to the room , the worst part was when we went to breakfast at 9:30 and the lady refused to replace the mix bag for the pancake machine because it’s too close to the closing time (10) which made my kids upset and she was rude to the kids when they asked her to replace it.

We stayed overnight,passing through. Check in was friendly and efficient. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the built-in nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety, with cheese omelets, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and pastries.

Very nice place to stay. Felt comfortable and safe. Quiet. Got a great nights sleep. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Gave breakfast a low rating only because it was a grab bag since it was a holiday and breakfast wasn’t the normal service, but I understand. I appreciate their effort in producing healthy options like yogurt and fruit.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, check in/out was seamless. The thing that stood out the most though was the breakfast. We met Ms. Lisa, who was responsible for the breakfast. She made, by far, the best hotel breakfast we have had. It tasted like we were eating at home. Everything was seasoned, well cooked, and the area was spotless. We would 100% stay there again, especially if Ms Lisa was cooking.

Everything was pretty good .. except the morning Breakfast .. it is from 5:00-10:00 and it was 7:45 and they were out of pretty much everything ! They had a few slices of bread out and milk and instant grits and instant oatmeal .. But no Hot Water to make it with. A guy asked if she was going to put anything else out and she said nope! I guess they should say 5:00 until what they make runs out not until 10:00!

Everything was excellent until we went to breakfast. Everything was supposed to be hot and was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. The trip home was miserable having to stop multiple times with diarrhea.

We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was full of contractors. The car park was full of trucks and trailers. The room was clean as were the reception. We went to breakfast the first morning and were told the oven broke the day before and there was no hot breakfast. Also there was no milk until a delivery in the afternoon. The 2nd morning the hot breakfast was unavailable again. The receptionist said it was a free extra so they didn't have to provide it, even though it was advertised. She was very unhelpful. We've stayed at 3 Holiday Inns in Memphis and this was by far the worst.
