No bell cart because there’s no elevator for a multi level hotel. Not only are the stairs the only way up but this place is barely “smoke free.” I would not recommend a stay here since the place is filthy. Once i entered the room i noticed the wall, floor, counter, and doors were super dusty and dusty. There was even something that looked like blood on the door. I checked out immediately. No thank you.

Does not have an elevator. If you are in the third floor, you have to carry all your luggages up the stairs which is inconvenient. They also allow dogs in the rooms - i saw people bringing their dogs with them

For me it wasn't anything wrong with my room. I was comfortable. And the front desk person was very nice. My complaint is the neighbors! Loud, fighting, arguing, slamming doors. Oh and one other thing is that they don't have an elevator yall. So be prepared to go up as many as 3 flights. Now I can use the exercise. So that was just a warning. My ass ain't complaining. Lol

I am writing to express my disappointment and why I did NOT stay in your hotel. Unfortunately, the services provided did not meet the standards expected based on your online reputation. The room was not properly maintained and showed signs of neglect, as evidenced by the attached image showing cockroaches. Furthermore, the room assigned to me was supposed to be non-smoking, yet it reeked of cigarette smoke. As a parent, I could not subject my children to such an environment. I kindly request a full refund as the hotel did not meet cleanliness standards. Thank you for addressing this issue.

The hotel is right on industrial next to the freeway, the hallway to the room looks like a dive hotel, it's basically a truck stop hotel. The hotel will only give out passwords for two devices. In 2023 this is unacceptable. I ended up using my hotspot due to the internet getting bogged down. The cleanliness of hotel on the hallways was disgusting. There was no elevator. No elevator, we had a lot of fun carrying my my luggage up stairs. No Blankets! COLD at night!! Next day - we had to ask for blankets.

The staff is beyond any of the neighboring hotel chain staffs around. The rooms are very much up to date, beds are huge tv is mounted and there is lots of counter space. The lack of elevator can be a concern for some guest but for me it worked out perfectly. Thank you guys very much !

This was a short weekend business trip, so didn’t want to spend too much on a room. Unfortunately the place was quite noisy at night due to people slamming doors and arguments from a couple next door. The bed was not as comfortable either.

This is one of the loudest hotels that I've ever stayed in. It wasn't the hotel itself but it was the patrons. They were very loud ghetto and scary. I was actually afraid to go to sleep because this man came in yelling and screaming it sounded like if he was robbing the place. It happened throughout the night he was cursing and screaming. The young guy at the front counter had to deal with all this. I was afraid for my life. There was no way I was going out there to check on him I did call the front desk and there was no answer to the phone every time I called I will not be staying here again.

I was surprised at how nice the room was. The outside of the hotel looks horrible and the stairs are dirty and old. But the rooms are very nice. The value was great. I’d stay again. I didn’t have any issues

My usual policy is if I have a bad experience I don’t write a review because mistakes happen and I dislike people being overly critical but this is perhaps more of a warning than anything else. I don’t have enough space to explain all the issues I had with the place but the hotel manager is aggressive and mean spirted. I had personally belongings broken,moved out and broken while I was at work. I tried to call the manager to address what was going on he hung up on me so I called hotels.com he screamed obscenities at their agents when they tried to help . I had to be relocated and the managers behavior made it difficult to do that. Hotels.com was very helpful with the whole process. I was on a work trip and the manager of the hotel made everything difficult. Very disappointed with this individual. Think twice before you book here.

Not sure what is the process for confirming a booking, either Expedia needs to confirm booking is made. Claiming to not have a reservation means communication is broken. It happens yes, but they book millions of rooms a week. The in claims they never received the booking. Oh really...?

I’ve stayed at other Red Roof Inns, but this one was surprisingly unacceptable. Plus, I was told that it was a truck stop. I didn’t know that it meant place of prostitution until the second day. Plus on that morning, the manager was very rude. All because we needed to sit in the lobby to drank our coffee while waiting for our ride.

It was nice and quiet absolutely peaceful the staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean as a whistle it was also pet friendly which was perfect cuz I brought my little buddy with me he's a service dog that I take everywhere and I love coming to places that are pet friendly the only grievances that I would have is that it's very far away from any stores or restaurants

Positive: Staff was nice at least and check-in was smooth. At least linens and towels appear clean. Negative: - Awful smell was the worst part. It's apparent that it used to be a smoking room/building, repurposed into a non-smoking one, masqueraded by lots of perfume/freshener. It's really hard to stand for someone sensitive to smell and smoke and perfume. - Cleanliness was below average at best. Other than linens and towels, the room itself was in poor cleanliness condition. All around the sides of the floor were obvious dirt and dust. The AC unit also. - Noisy. Because of how bad it smelled, opening the window was a must, and because of that, all the freeway noises, truck noises, noise of cops pulling over people, etc. are all very disruptive to sleep. - Very complete lack of amenities. I had stayed in budget hotels before, but rarely do I see a room without a hair dryer, without a coffee maker, without lotion and has only a very poor quality soap and shampoo.

the room has no refrigerator, cheap indian front desk said needs to pay extra $20 to get a room with refrigerator, otherwise call Expedia to complaint. Air conditioning power on/off is cracked, only a hole buttom, front desk had to run up to turn it on with his unfriendly faced. cheap indian property owner set-up the water sink runs too slow and the sink pipe is too loose and annoyed.room has cockroaches. no coffee maker, no drinking water. coffee and water at the front desk and the y looked the front desk door unitl 8am. there were condoms on the sidedoor entrance
