The pool is too small for the amount of people sometimes arrive to the location.

The facility is currently undergoing upgrades which are much needed based on previous stays. The rooms are clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. The pool is great! Only complaint on that was the time it opens, which for us was important because we got up early just to use the pool before breakfast. It was supposed to open at 6 but we had to wait until 8:30 due to maintenance. However, the pool is clean and fun!! It appears the renovations will improve the facility more and looking forward to another stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast options superb!

Everything was great except for the bed. Bed was not comfortable. Where the bed lacked, everything else made up for it. Very clean, nice little touches everywhere. Heated pool was a bonus.

The 24hr free coffee was a nice touch. Rooms were surprisingly very clean. The entire week of our stay all staff we encountered were very friendly. The only thing we didn’t really like was The pool area was much too small for the size of hotel seating area was right up against the edge of the pool making it not very friendly for small children. Would recommend to others that need affordable accommodations near Atlantic City beach.

Absolutely enjoyed this hotel. Location is great. Nice breakfast selection. And good indoor pool. It’s not big but good especially if not too many people are inside. One thing I wish the hotel had was better outdoor seating and a fire pit would be a nice Addition. I would stay there again.

Hallway carpet needs updating. Room had a musty smell when I walked in.

While we had a comfortable stay, our room smelled like wet dog, carpet in hall and room was very worn and dirty. The caulking around and in shower needs cleaned out and redone. Quite a bit of mold in and around shower. The desk lamp was hanging down and broken. The toilet paper holder was barely on the wall. The shelving on the wall near sink is also coming off the wall. We were told to go to different floors to different house cleaners to collect clean towels. Friendly staff, especially Jacey who checked us in. She went above and beyond.

We always try to stay at a Hampton Inn whenever we travel because they are typically cleaner and more put together. The lack of outlets near the bed area was problematic for this family of 4 lol we had sleep machines and phones and one plug on the wall and one plug on the side table that barely worked. But other than that - everything was good

The hallway and room carpet was disgusting. Stained. Room was not clean. Didn’t want to take my shoes off. There was only one staff member that was checking people in and trying to take care of people and the hotel was fully booked. He tried but couldn’t handle the groups. Was not his fault. Hotel is in such poor condition, no way would I eat anything that came out of kitchen for breakfast. Really was disgracefu. I have never stayed in a hotel this bad.

We had a very mixed experience during our stay. When we first checked in, our room keys didn’t work. After going back to the front desk, we were told that the lock on that room was broken. The staff moved us to another floor and gave us a goodie bag for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. In the new room, however, we ran into more problems. The shower handle spun all the way around, making it unusable, and the sink faucet wasn’t attached to the base—both were broken. We notified the front desk immediately. Again, the staff was very friendly and gave us another goodie bag. They offered to send maintenance, but since we were leaving the room and didn’t want anyone in with our belongings, we declined. The front desk clerk told us to mention the issues again at checkout so management could follow up with compensation. Unfortunately, when we checked out, the staff at the desk had no idea about the situation. They took our phone number and said the manager would reach out, but we never heard from anyone. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the staff we interacted with were kind and apologetic, and it seems they are making efforts to update the property. The location was convenient—about 20 minutes from the Atlantic City boardwalk. Overall, while the staff tried to make up for the inconveniences, the repeated maintenance issues and lack of follow-through from management left us disappointed.

Electric room shade was broken and no one was available to repair it so the shade remained in the down position and the room was very dark with minimal lighting fixtures. Also was not aware that the towels were replaced only every other day; had to request a clean set.

They gave us a room that doesn't have an AC. We got to the hotel late at night and all the kids fell asleep right away. When we decided to turn the AC on. It wouldn't turn on. Went to the front desk first thing in the morning and We had to wait 'til 9am for the person to try to fix it first before they switch us to another room. Horrible experience. The cleaning lady doesn't even knock before coming in they just walk in knowing its almost check out time. The pool is way too small. If you want to stay in this property, make sure to get the top floor coz you will hear every footstep the person, upstairs, make. I would never stay at this property again. Goodluck with this hotel if you decided to stay.

The hotel was just OK. We did spot a bug on the wall of our room so we asked for another room. Also the internet did not work in the room. We were told that you had to be in the hotel lobby for the internet to work. That was very strange.

Rooms were large and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and delicious for a hotel meal. Entrance had a small pantry to sell items. There is a pool but did not use it. At check out we were told they are starting to remodel rooms.

Probably one of the worst Hamptons which I have stayed at. To start off with.. the automated blinds were broken.. the translucent blinds were down and wouldn’t go up and the black out ones didnt lower down. The bedding had an odour and didn’t feel and smell fresh and the carpets were dusty and just filthy. Lastly, something that I wouldn’t blame the property for was someone right on the floor above me kept moving around continuously from 12:45am to 5am. I think it’s important to have a specified quiet hours like most hotels nowadays.

The only issues we had were that the walls between the room and hallway allowed all of the noise of the hallway in. If anyone is walking down the hallway talking you’re going to be hearing it. In addition the elevator makes such a loud and pretty constant bell noise every time it passes a floor that we heard that too and we were 3 rooms down from it. It was a bit annoying and should be adjusted to address the noise level for people trying to sleep in past 7am. Otherwise it was good.

We love staying at the Hampton as the rooms are spacious and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good.

The staff was terrible. They lied about making coffee for breakfast on Saturday and said it must of run out. It came out like sludge. On Sunday I asked for them to make it and they rolled their eyes at me and went back to talking. I tried to check out Sunday and they yelled from the office “I am on break”. I wont stay at a Hampton Inn again

When we arrive at the hotel we were given a sing King bed room rather than the 2 Queen bed we reserved. We were not made aware in advance and nothing was done to try to accommodate us.

The staff was awesome except for the employee that was working on our last day - when i confirmed our reservation prior to arriving 3 rooms for a wedding / asked to have one room extended check out until 2 - due to a breakfast at the wedding venue was told no problem Just make the front desk aware . The employee was no where to be found i had to ask housekeeping to locate her after waiting for 20 minutes she had such an attitude and told me if i wasn’t back by the time i requested i would be charged - there is no later check outs . Her attitude was not appreciated i am a paying customer ..

The electricity went out during my stay and I was traveling with 2 small kids. that have asthma and they lady at the front desk offered me a snack. this was a horrible experience and I will never stay here again

I cannot honestly rate this question due to the fact that I arrived in the dark when I stayed here. The location was convenient and it looked clean and well kept.

Very close to Atlantic City, easy to stay here and go to the casinos and entertainment everyday. Really nice place to stay!!

Only stayed one night but the price and location were perfect for what we needed.

Good hotel. Breakfast was a bit limited. There was a bar that didn't open. But there was a great pub across the street. Except there is a meridian for a mile in each direction on the road to cross it unless you're able to leap it.

We spent the weekend in Ocean City. We chose to stay here instead of hotels in Ocean City due to cost, amenities, and especially a continental breakfast included. We will come to stay here whenever we travel to Ocean City since it’s only 15 miles away to save cost with a better quiet place.

There wasn’t anything unique about the property. The facility was undergoing a renovation so we were met with wallpaper pealed off the hallway walls. Our room was very bland with one of the framed prints removed from the wall leaving the the anchors still in place. We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns before and we’re always pleased with the accommodations, so this was a disappointment. I will say that the complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff there very attentive. I don’t know if all the floors were being renovated at the same time, if not, better arrangements could have been made.

No cups in room bathroom; lobby coffee cold and lids/cups didn’t fit which made it difficult to transport back to breakfast area; Morning hot breakfast items, ie eggs, sausage, were room temperature at best.
