Chose this hotel to be near the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Fitness room was fine - big window meant it got kind of warm but it had the basic equipment one would need. Was just there for a quick night but check-in and check was smooth.

The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Had a little trouble getting the shuttle as we were told someone had called them and then found out they didn’t so we waited downstairs for an hour. Breakfast selection was ok. Mirror was strangely placed in the room. Seemed all in all like a nice place though.

My husband took a video of a cockroach in our room and the lady would not refund our stay or anything. It was absolutely ridiculous. We came for our thanksgiving get together with our family who paid thousands of dollars and they couldn’t even refund our one room with a video clearly showing a cockroach on our floor. First room we got ha mold and wet carpets. The second we got moved to was also smelling. Bathrooms were clean but water pressure was low and water did not go down the sink. Breakfast said was free but was not. We forgot our headphone in the original room we got.but the person at the reception refused to go to the room and fetch it for us. We had a flight to catch so had no choice but to forfit it a 200$ headphone. Overall terrible experience.

We landed here last minute after a terrible incident at the Economy Inn. They were friendly and gave us a room immediately so we could go to bed for an early flight. We felt genuinely taken care of and respected here. Clean room and no yellow pillows was a plus!

Facility was nice but stay was not restful. Room was extremely noisy almost like being in an echo chamber. Could hear every conversation in the halls, every time the elevator opened and closed, every time a suitcase with wheels rolled down the hallway. Have never been disappointed at a Hilton before. The only thing that bothers me is your pillows. Put your hand or head in the middle of one, and it goes right through the pillow to the bed. There is zero support. They are awful. It's almost like laying on a pillowcase that contains no pillow. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I have stayed here often due to its proximity to a client and have enjoyed each stay. My rating for this stay is so poor because when the power was lost due to a storm (not the hotels fault obviously) I called down to inquire about any usable power outlets since I had just come off of a flight and my phone and computer were almost out of battery life. I was swiftly told "no" in an almost patronizing tone that was feigned politeness. I was also told (lied to actually) that there was no power at any hotel in all of Pittsburgh when I asked about helping me find accommodations where I could charge my phone and computer. I charged my phone at a gas station the next morning having been in the dark all night with no way to communicate with anyone other than the front desk and called other hotels in the area several of which had power. Realizing that the man at the front desk had completely fabricated that no hotels in all of Pittsburgh had power and I was lied to is what drives this review.

We checked in at the front desk at 630 pm. We received our key cards with our room number. We then left the building to attend an event. Upon returning to the hotel we found our keys didnt work. We then went to the front desk. The employee tried our keys in the door which of course didnt work. She proceeded to open the door with her own key. Our room was found to already be occupied. She told me to down load the Hilton app and check our reservations that way because she couldnt access them on her computer which she stated had not been working since she started at 11 pm. I showed her the comfirmation of our reservation and she checked a print out that showed we indeed had the right room. She stated that whoever checked us in must not have checked us in fully and therefore reassigned our room to someone else. She said she couldnt assign us to a new room because the computers are still down (at 3:15 am) and proceeded to tell us she will refund our money but couldnt give us a room because she had no way of seeing which rooms were available. Unfortunately we couldnt go to another hotel because we had pre-arranged for transportation from the hotel to the airport.

While this is the AIRPORT Hilton, it's not at the airport. It's a 15 minute drive, and if you want a shuttle, you have to schedule one the night before - they don't come regularly. No one told me that, I just had to figure it out accidentally while trying to get to the airport for my flight. It would have been great to learn that upon checking in.

Staff was incredibly unprofessional and ill prepared for visitors coming in. The fire alarm went off at 10 PM and the one woman at the front desk did not know what to do. You had over 100 people waiting around the outside of the building and inside the lobby, we were not even told we’re allowed to go back into our rooms until the woman checked in two new people and said your rooms are that way. During this time they kept the bar open of course because they gotta make money somehow. In short kids get scared senseless because the fire alarm goes off at 10 PM. Everybody floods into the lobby, the staff had no idea how to handle a false fire alarm let alone informed us customers of when they could go back to the rooms and everything was safe.

We have only good things to say about this property. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers were so professional, kind and welcoming. Sheena at the front desk worked miracles when our best friends accidentally booked at the wrong property. She was able to get them booked and maintained the rate from the other property even though it was last minute. We cant say enough about Pam, the bartendar, cook and confidant. She was a rockstar serving not only the bar, but a class reunion that was in town. Her cooking was excellent. Love this property and we will be staying here again in November to visit our grandkids. Thank you, a greatful disabled veteran and my wife.

I had a reservation made thru Expedia. I arrived at the location. The check in staff said I had they had no reservation for me and said I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia, was on the phone for over an hour. No resolution. Expedia tried calling the hotel. The staff didn’t answer the phone. I went back in with my cell phone with Expedia on the line, gave my personal phone to the check in staff member. No resolution. Asked front desk staff if I could just pay for a room was told they didn’t have any. Asked if they could check another location. Was told they didn’t have time and could do nothing else. I was then stranded. This was awful! Awful service at the hotel and from Expedia! Totally terrible!!! Never stay at this property. They will strand you!

Only stayed one night, staff was very nice and building was clean. Bedding seemed clean too. Quiet area and affordable price. The walls/floors are INCREDIBLY thin though! I hardly slept because the person staying above me was pounding on floor intermittently all night + the slamming of doors on my floor! Would never stay here again due to this. Texted front desk worker and she was nice and said she went and checked and didn’t hear anything plz let her know if it happens again. It did stop when she went to check actually. I think it may have been because I started throwing my shoes at the ceiling tho and the person got the hint for a minute. But then it started again about an hour later. I only booked hotel to sleep for one night and I got about 2-4 hours max.
