Lovely hotel. Staff attentive and friendly. Easy train ride to the centre of town. Beware to enter the car park you need a room key so you need to check in first. We were caught out by this as were others and when I checked in staff were unable to open the car park from the hotel. Free tea & coffee & water in the lobby. Breakfast was good but not cheap.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut. Der Service was miserabel. Wir hatten beim Check ein falsches Auto-Kennzeichen angegeben. Am Ende regnete es nur mit Mahnung und Inkassoverfahren. Eine sachliche Beurteilung gab es nicht. Ich verspürte nur pure Gier. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, weil auch die nichts gemacht haben. Noch ein Tipp, falls ihr doch dieses Hotel auswählt. Gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus. Da zahlt ihr nur einen Drittel. Macht einen Bogen um den gierigen Vermieter.
