There's a smell coming from pipes, you'll need to keep the toilet seat covered. The way you have to transfer to a different elevator get to the parking or outside is inconvenient. Also can't get the elevator to the parking without the receptionist's card. Breakfast was good.

El hotel lleva muchos meses sin que funcione la alberca y deberían de avisar cuando reservas, porque en mi caso, es un motivo por el cual lo escojo. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y nadie fue a arreglarlo, lo están descuidando, porque saben que siempre tienen huéspedes por el hospital.

Muy seguro, cómodo, el bufette del desayuno poca variedad pero sabroso, sin embargo el personal de recepción bastante especial y te ponen caras al recibirte, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda y la alberca se disfruta a toda hora ya que esta climatizada.

Muy amable todo el personal y la recepción muy rápida y amable. Lo único es que la alberca tiene un espacio muy pequeño y solo 2 camastros descuidada esta área del hotel y el agua muy fría Todo lo demás excelente

Desde que llegamos todo se veía sucio. El estacionamiento tenia basura en el piso y aunque es un área común, era en el espacio reservado para huéspedes. El check in fue rápido y amable el trato, inmediatamente nos comentaron que no dan agua embotellada de cortesía por sustentabilidad y mostraron su certificación de agua purificada asegurándonos que podíamos tomar agua de la llave. Al llegar a la habitación las paredes estaban manchadas, la alfombra se veía sucia y estaba polvosa, solo había un vaso para el agua en el baño y estaba sucio como de pasta de dientes al fondo, tiene doble persiana y la que es para el blackout estaba fuera del carril y gastada, así que por la mañana no solo se metía la luz por las orillas, también se veía luz que entraba por los hoyos de la persiana. Las almohadas, la colcha y las sábanas muy bien, la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno en cortesía fue un buffet muy completo e incluso se podían pedir huevos al gusto. La entrada y salida del estacionamiento es complicada por falta de señalamientos, tuvimos que pasar a la oficina para que nos explicaran donde podíamos dejar el auto, nos dieron un lugar junto a los elevadores que te llevan al lobby, pero a la salida hay que pasar primero a la oficina del estacionamiento y cambiar a otro elevador, porque el mismo elevador que nos subió directamente al lobby no baja al estacionamiento, así que si traes mucho equipaje puede ser incómodo.

La habitacion era comoda, pero la limpieza no, tuve que pedir que nos cambiaran porq olia muy fuerte a pipi y no sabiamos si era la cama, el sillon o que pero el olor era muy desagradable. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero el mal momento lo pasamos. El desayuno bien.

Qué asco de hotel! Nos dieron un cuarto y el lavabo tapado, lleno de pelos, pelos tirados en el piso del baño, levantamos las sábanas y pelos y las toallas del baño sucias usadas. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y en el cuarto nuevo pelos en el piso del baño y en el lavabo, entró una persona a revisar el cuarto y vieron los pelos y no hicieron nada y me contestó el empleado: pues quéjese en las páginas de reservas. TERRIBLE!! NOS RESERVEN AHÍ NUNCA! ASCO

We stayed at the Hyatt House - Santa Fe from Nov. 3 through 12, 2025. We chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to the Centro Medico ABC - Santa Fe, which is directly across the street and accessible by a pedestrian bridge. Positives: the rooms are immaculately clean. We had large kitchen, sitting area and bedroom with two queen beds. The kitchens are nicely equipped. The seating area sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but adequate. Bathroom was nice. The beds are quite comfortable. While on a busy street, the room was quiet. We liked the friendly and attentive staff. Most of the staff speak English. Our hall maid Isabel in particular was wonderful, helpful, efficient and greeted us each day with a smile and small requests were immediately taken care of. There is a small gym. The small swimming pool is closed for renovations. They have a small area next to the front desk offering snacks, drinks, ice cream and various junk food - at hotel prices. There are two convenience stores within the block. The included breakfast is especially nice with many options and eggs done to order. This is a real plus for this hotel. The coffee is Starbucks. Negatives: the restaurant for meals other than breakfast was variable. The pastas were barely edible. Overall, a good stay and good value.

Staff was excellent and fluent in English. Very convenient to Centro Medico ABC with connection by above-street pedestrian bridge. Included breakfast was good and especially convenient. Very nice, but a couple of issues. Hotel was kept rather cold, and it was difficult to control temperature in the room. But otherwise the room was very well equipped, with microwave, fridge etc. very comfortable as a whole. Food was a bit hit and miss. Some served rather cold and not terribly exciting.

La Suite super amplia con cocina y sala muy cómodas, la recamara super bien con cama muy cómoda persianas Black out y muy sileciosa. Es una comodidad increíble si vas al hopital ACB pues esta conectado por un puente lo que lo hace super cómodo para los familiares de la persona internada. Muy limpio y el staff super servicial para todo ayudaron. Incluye uno de los desayunos mas completos para este tipo de hoteles que hemos visto. En general una estancia perfecta.

Apagaron los elevadores y no podía subir al Lobby, luego me quería bañar antes de dormir y no funcionaba mi regadera… llegó mantenimiento a “regañarme” porque no sabía su funcionamiento. Les dije que pusieran un letrero… me dijo que ahí debía estar… como si yo tuviera la culpa… en fin fue una noche en la que pensaba dormir 8 hs y terminé durmiendo 5 hs

Muy mala experiencia, mi colega y yo estamos sorprendidos del trato que recibimos en Hyatt House Santa Fe, nos sentimos muy lejos de casa. Ya nos hemos quedado en otros Hyatt House’s y el servicio es espectacular, ya veo porque el precio de este Hyatt esta por debajo del promedio. No recomiendo quedarse aquí. Esperamos con nuestras maletas en la planta baja 55 minutos para poder subir nuestras maletas al lobby, solo porque la guardia de seguridad y el botones no creían que nos estábamos hospedando en ese hotel, después de haberme hecho perder 55 minutos dándome largas, me piden que les muestre mi identificación para comprobar que me estoy hospedando ahi y poder proveerme con el carrito para subir las cosas, pudiendo hacer eso desde el inicio y ahorrarnos nuestro valioso tiempo. Una de las razones que me daban es que estaban ocupados los 2 carritos que tienen, a lo cual a mi se me hacía extraño porque el carrito estaba en el Lobby sin usarse, subí en 4 ocasiones a solicitarlo y me decían que tenia que esperar que porque el carrito lo estaba necesitando otra huésped. Después de las numerosas ocasiones que subí a solicitar la ayuda para poder subir las maletas en el carrito me dicen que siguen esperando para ver si lo va a usar una huésped, yo les indico que me han dicho lo mismo los últimos 50 minutos y el carrito no se ha movido, a lo que la recepcionista me pide mi identificación, comprueba mi estatus y le dice al botones que siempre si me ayude a subir las cosas.

Staff was excellent and fluent in English. Very convenient to Centro Medico ABC with connection by above-street pedestrian bridge. Included breakfast was good and especially convenient. Room service was fast and also convenient. Room included a complete kitchenette and sitting area separate from bedroom. Comfortable mattress and immaculately clean throughout the room.

El personal de recepción sumamente grosero y descortés, no nos proporciono ninguna información al momento de hacer el check in, ademas de que nos hizo esperar más de una hora para entregarnos habitación que por baja disponibilidad, siendo que habíamos reservado y pagado con más de un mes de anticipación La piscina está en remodelación y ni en página ni en las instalaciones se nos menciono, ademas de que en la página la mencionaban como disponible

Phone not work due cable doesn’t fit at device. I call the hotel to have room service (food) and they said 20 minutes and arrived after 1h. Soup was could. Girl didn’t bring glass of wine and try to recover. I took the horrible cold soup and my wine appear after 40 minutes. I said to the girl the soup was cloud and she didn’t said nothing just charge the room service. Bad service.

llegamos a las 10/15 AM despues de un vuelo de 16 hrs. nos dijeron la habitacion se entregaba hasta las 15/00 hrs, que si la queriamoas antes ( porque si habia habitaciones disponibles) teniamos que pagar media tarifa extra.... Nunca me habia sucedido algo asi. Entiendo si no hubiera habitaciones, pero estando habitaciones disponibles cual es el problema..??

Muy bonito hotel habitaciones súper espaciosas , el bufete de desayuno muy variado y con opciones para todos los gustos , se recomienda rentar carro o utilizar taxis o servicios de aplicaciones para transportarse porque a pesar de que tiendas y restaurantes en carro está a unos 10 minutos caminarlo se vuelve complicado

Excelente ubicación, espacios y servicios, estuvimos hospedados aquí por varios días, debido a una intervención quirúrgica en el hospital que conecta con el hotel… todo excelente, el personal mostró empatía y en todo momento apoyo para algún requerimiento extra.

En general respecto del hotel todo está bien, solo me hubiera gustado que el Service room hubiese sido más rápido y no hubieran olvidado algunos alimentos que solicitamos. Sería conveniente que fueran más claros en cuanto al estacionamiento ya que no hay valet parking y te cobran 220.00 por 24 horas, la atención de la gente que cobra el estacionamiento deja mucho que desear.

We stayed at the Hyatt House - Santa Fe from Nov. 3 through 12, 2025. We chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to the Centro Medico ABC - Santa Fe, which is directly across the street and accessible by a pedestrian bridge. Positives: the rooms are immaculately clean. We had large kitchen, sitting area and bedroom with two queen beds. The kitchens are nicely equipped. The seating area sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but adequate. Bathroom was nice. The beds are quite comfortable. While on a busy street, the room was quiet. We liked the friendly and attentive staff. Most of the staff speak English. Our hall maid Isabel in particular was wonderful, helpful, efficient and greeted us each day with a smile and small requests were immediately taken care of. There is a small gym. The small swimming pool is closed for renovations. They have a small area next to the front desk offering snacks, drinks, ice cream and various junk food - at hotel prices. There are two convenience stores within the block. The included breakfast is especially nice with many options and eggs done to order. This is a real plus for this hotel. The coffee is Starbucks. Negatives: the restaurant for meals other than breakfast was variable. The pastas were barely edible. Overall, a good stay and good value.

Very nice, but a couple of issues. Hotel was kept rather cold, and it was difficult to control temperature in the room. But otherwise the room was very well equipped, with microwave, fridge etc. very comfortable as a whole. Food was a bit hit and miss. Some served rather cold and not terribly exciting.
