새 호텔이라 가구나 집기가 새거긴한데 수영장 락커키라던지, 사우나 문, 사우나 락커, 바디 드라이어 등 집기들이 뭔가 다 작동이 다 잘 안되더라구요. 마침 사우나 탕도 수리중이어서 이용못했고요. 내부자체도 많이 협소합니다. 수영장은 사진보고 기대가 컸지만, 인피니티풀이야 사진찍으러 대부분 오니 그렇다 쳐도. 내부 수영장에는 최소한 레일정도 설치를 하던가 아니면 이용자 관리라도 해줘야 하는데 수영을 할수가 없는 상태입니다. 다들 계곡 물놀이하러 온 느낌. 피트니스도 작다작다 후기는 들었지만 정말 소박한 사이즈. 요즘 새로짓는 호텔들 다 수영장, 피트니스 만드니 구색맞추려고 만든느낌이 좀 나네요 한강뷰라는 점은 좋았습니다만 패밀리사이즈 룸은 높은층에 없어 한강뷰보다 도로뷰에 가까우니 참고하시고요. 조식은 가짓수는 적지만 각각 음식이 맛있습니다. 베이커리류는 별로입니다만.

I wouldn’t recommend unless you get a river view room. The river view is stunning, however the city view is right next to some residential buildings. It’s lack of privacy. Additionally, the service is very average especially with English speaking service. I guess they only target local people and it’s also majority of the guests. I ordered something in breakfast and it’s completely missed. The surrounding was alright. The staff encouraged me to get the first session of breakfast so that it’s not crowded but the breakfast coffee was poor. I tried to get the coffee elsewhere but nothing is open at 8:30 in the hotel. Overall it doesn’t worth the price. The overall experience only deserves half of the price I would say. There are a lot better hotels with similar price so I would suggest you look elsewhere.

The room was way too hot. Unable to cool the room even with the window open. The temperature was around 28 to 31 degrees. We had to open the door to the hallway to cool down. I called the front desk and was told there's no AC in the winter and to leave the thermostat off. The shower temperature was also too sensitive.

ホテル自体が凄くキレイでした。部屋も無駄がない感じで清潔で使いやすかったです。漢江が見渡せるので絶景を楽しむことができました。周りはほぼなにもないですが、交通の便は比較的いいですし、江南エリアより交通渋滞が少ないのでタクシーも使いやすかったです。チェックインも早めに対応して頂いたのでありがたかったです。タブレットの反応が悪くて、ルームサービス頼めなかったことだけが心残り。

This was my first time in South Korea and I found the transfer from the Airport by bus straightforward and the drop off point was close to the hotel. I was early so couldn’t get my room straight away but easily passed the time wandering around the local area familiarising myself. Subway really close by and easy to navigate. Hotel was good position, rooms were ideal, breakfast was amazing. Restaurant for dinner was expensive. Pool area lovely. All in all a great place to be introduced to South Korea.
