Our host was great! Since the room was ready Let us in early to leave our bags! The room was immaculate! Small shared kitchen With purified water and coffee maker. Refrigerator in room. Is many great restaurants right out the door!!!

Desde la llegada hasta el momento en que salimos, el trato fue espectacular. Todo queda cerca de la propiedad. La habitación en perfectas condiciones de uso y funcionamiento. Estuvieron siempre al tanto de nuestras necesidades. En la habitación siempre tuvimos bocadillos, tetera, agua. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Owners Alessandro and Patrizia make you feel like you are family. They are excellent hosts for this four room residential hotel. It has an available kitchen and the rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again (have stayed there twuce). Only a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum plus local eateries and markets. 5 stars all around!

Great place, no hotel staff on property so if you need help or advice you’re out of luck, although you can call them. Our room was cleaned everyday. Great location, quiet, cute little kitchen in the little lobby. Very nice room and we got one for the four people in our family, which was great.

The place is nice, clean, safe, and the amenities are complete and even exceeded my expectations. Patrizia is very helpful and very hospitable. The check-in was not problem at all even we arrived late at night because our flight got delayed. They even provide coffee, snacks and hot and cold water! Our bed is bigger than a king size bed! My taxi and Uber app won’t work and Patrizia help us get a taxi! I surely recommend this place!

We had the best stay at this hotel. It's beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities that you could want. They provided snacks and water in the room, which was great after traveling for hours with a toddler. The staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable and they provided extra blankets in the room. We really couldnt have asked for a better stay and this will be the only hotel that we use whenever we are in Rome from now on!

Overall we were very pleased with our whole experience at the Residenza Imperial Roma. The owners were very helpful and informative. Our room(Adriana) was roomy and clean. The hotel is in a great location and very walkable to many of Romes beautiful ancient ruins and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

While the staff is very sweet it's important to note this is an air bnb type place not a hotel. It's more like one huge apt wit 4-5 rooms rented. House keeping comes in very early. It's almost like having your mom bang around pots in the kitchen when you're trying to sleep in at 7:30am. It's also on a busy street so it's very noisy till late. The bed was hard and the pull out sofa was painful. The shower is so small. It's impossible to shower and not get your hair wet. The staff was hospitable and the place is clean.

This was the most amazing little secret stop to stay! The host was in contact with me before check in and leaving my bags early before check in so I could walk around was an option. When I did check in I was greeted with such warmth it made me feel truly welcomed. The room is cozy and simple, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the windows allowed me to open up to the city sounds and sunrise perfectly. The food and shopping nearby was great, especially the breakfast place they partner with! It was amazing to step outside the doors and just see the coliseum - it’s perfectly located and one of the best places Ive stayed.

We had such a wonderful stay! Patricia and Alessandro made our stay so carefree, by arranging transportation from the airport and to the port. They were very kind, attending and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal, with restaurants, stores and major attractions just a few minutes away.

Residenza Roma Imperiale was a fantastic "hotel". Our flight got moved and we needed to stay an extra night and our host was very accommodating. The location was surrounded by a ton of restaurants to choose from and a 5 min walk from the Colosseum. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great but not what you generally think of as a hotel. We were in one bedroom with a bath of what appeared to be a renovated apartment, one of four such rooms. It was very clean and comfortable in a nice area of town with lots of reasonably priced restaurants right outside our door. Getting into the “hotel” was a little challenging at first but, once in, all was fine. Alessandro was welcoming and very friendly. Only hiccup came at the end of our stay when his wife phoned, demanding that we vacate at 10:00am because they had new guests who had arrived. The hotel was great but not what you generally think of as a hotel. We were in one bedroom with a bath of what appeared to be a renovated apartment, one of four such rooms. It was very clean and comfortable in a nice area of town with lots of reasonably priced restaurants right outside our door. Getting into the “hotel” was a little challenging at first but, once in, all was fine. Alessandro was welcoming and very friendly. Only hiccup came at the end of our stay when his wife phoned, demanding that we vacate at 10:00am because they had new guests who had arrived. Overall we were very pleased with our whole experience at the Residenza Imperial Roma. The owners were very helpful and informative. Our room(Adriana) was roomy and clean. The hotel is in a great location and very walkable to many of Romes beautiful ancient ruins and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

I loved the location. Patrizia the manager amazing. The rooms are very spacious and only 5 of them. All good restaurants around specially the one on your left when you exit the hotel owner super nice and great food at not a crazy price.

This was the most amazing little secret stop to stay! The host was in contact with me before check in and leaving my bags early before check in so I could walk around was an option. When I did check in I was greeted with such warmth it made me feel truly welcomed. The room is cozy and simple, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the windows allowed me to open up to the city sounds and sunrise perfectly. The food and shopping nearby was great, especially the breakfast place they partner with! It was amazing to step outside the doors and just see the coliseum - it’s perfectly located and one of the best places Ive stayed.

Residenza Roma Imperiale was a fantastic "hotel". Our flight got moved and we needed to stay an extra night and our host was very accommodating. The location was surrounded by a ton of restaurants to choose from and a 5 min walk from the Colosseum. I would definitely stay here again!

Location of property was perfect. Colloseum, Roman forum and Palpatine hill were 1 block away. Trevi fountain and spanish steps were a 15 minute walk. Plenty of dining options just outside the front door. Room was clean and spacious. The owner Alessandro was very hospitable and helpful.

We just stayed here and we loved the location, it was no more than a 20 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go. The room was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful!

Owners Alessandro and Patrizia make you feel like you are family. They are excellent hosts for this four room residential hotel. It has an available kitchen and the rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again (have stayed there twuce). Only a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum plus local eateries and markets. 5 stars all around!

We had the best stay at this hotel. It's beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities that you could want. They provided snacks and water in the room, which was great after traveling for hours with a toddler. The staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable and they provided extra blankets in the room. We really couldnt have asked for a better stay and this will be the only hotel that we use whenever we are in Rome from now on!

Excellent place to stay for our family of 4. Alessandro was a great host and very communicative. We had the Iulia room which was great for our family. Amenities include a water cooler station with cold water, ice and sparking water. There were also plenty of free snacks which was a great touch. We were there during some hot weather and the A/C worked great. Would stay here again if we are ever back in Rome.
