Was on main road, so return to highway was eazy. Clean , quiet. Greeted with pleasant smile and check in quick. Breakfast was very good. Only disappointment was hot tub broken. We were road weary and chose facility becaus of the hot tub.. I'm sure it will be fixed quickly. Would stay again

Called ahead to this property to be sure there was a working whirlpool/hot tub. Confirmed. Upon arrival we found out the hot tub wasn’t working. According to the receptionist the manager had been contacted several times, but no response to the problem. If it things aren’t working, just be honest.

The hotel is very nice with a large parking lot and the area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe without people wondering everywhere at night. This location had a large hot tub with a decent pool for the kids and the room was very clean with a good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

Great service, good condition. The only downfalls to this place is location as it’s difficult to get in and out of parking lot and some surrounding noise, and the pool is very small to the point that you cannot swim.

The property wad nice, the breakfast was great. However the curtains in our room didn't close, so we were unable to get the room dark. The lights in the parking lot were shining into our room all night. We used the gym and hot tub and they were great, but the indoor pool was very cold.

My friend and I had a great time in Asheville. The rooms were clean. The front desk was very helpful and nice pleasant to talk to and very helpful. The one thing that really needs to be addressed is the pool area and the cleanliness of the pool surroundings it needs some TLC. I would recommend your hotel to anyone. Thanks for a great stay and God bless.

Another excellent Fairfield. Very well maintained and spacious and clean room. Breakfast was great for the kids in the morning. Pool was a little small and gym not as well equipped as others but it was nice for 1 night. Staff was kind and very friendly. Plus there's an amazing toy store right across the street that has been there for over 30 years!

Very clean throughout the entire hotel. Room was excellent, roomy and up to date and taken very good care of. Breakfast was excellent. Variety of choices and dining area clean with much sitting. Staff was friendly and polite. Cant say enough good things about this place.

This location was great. I would've given it a 5 star but the toilet was dirty. I was a little disgusted because there was dried pee on the bottom of the toilet. However, I checked everything and it was clean.

The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants. It’s easy to get to from the interstates. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the Biltmore Estate entrance gate. The big negative was when you walk into the lobby it has a strong perfume smell. Not sure if it’s some kind of an air freshener or a cleaning product. Only smelled it in the evenings when we walked in.

The beds were extremely hard. Very uncomfortable had to get a refund for second night I had alreypaid for. Front desk was extremely nice and very accommodating with refund. Bathroom had a musty smell. Room smelled like someone had been smoking in room. 2 stink bugs in room, but didn’t bother us( but still). Facility was clean as well as our room, but needed updating for the price.

Pope, working as concierge at the front desk, was quite friendly and hospitable. He took care of my fiancé and me throughout our stay and even snuck us into the hot tub area after we returned from our engagement dinner at the Biltmore House. Good guy, great property.

The front desk staff and managers at this hotel are disrespectful and unprofessional to work in the hotel business. During out stay on November 7, 2025, the front desk and manager's on duty were very disrespectful to us. Seems if you are not a member of this hotel chain, you are not treated humanely. We requested extra time...15 minutes to take a shower before checkout, they would not allow it. The manager told us he would charge us an extra day for 15 minutes passed the11:00 am. Check out time. He was very rude and above all, would not give us his name. Do not stay at this hotel, they are disrespectful and rude.

Arrived 30 min after check in. Nobody at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes then called the front desk number from my cell phone. Let it ring about 50 times and someone finally came out from behind the back to check us in. Room was nice, however the Tv didn’t work. Evening staff was polite.

The room and service was good, but our bike was stolen off our car during the night! They didn’t seem to care at all. The person at the desk said she would tell her manager! Said manager never came to talk to us. I understand it wasn’t their fault, but the manager could have at least said something to us! We waited 2 hours for the police to come! They never did, unfortunately. We ended up doing a phone report!

So, this property was in good condition and keep very clean breakfast area was nice parking lot well lit, that being said there is a homeless shelter nearby and you get a lot of homeless walking by acting erratic we didn't have any problem, but you worry about anything you leave in your car. I wouldn't stay on tunnel Rd. again but the hotel it self was nice.

Excellent hotel for the price. Very close to clothing stores and places to eat. Only $6 for an uber downtown. Highly recommended. I wouldn't suggest walking, however, because Asheville has lot of strange characters on drugs and that are homeless. Just be careful.

The hotel facility is extremely clean and friendly. The area immediately around the facility offers very few choices for dining, shopping, or other activities. However, the lively downtown area, Biltmore Village, and River Arts District are less than 20 minutes and easy to access form this location.

This property is very nice - staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only negative is the property is right on a major road and we heard road noise and traffic all night. You want a room on the back side of the hotel and not the front or wear earplugs to drown out the road noise.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing! Wanted to make sure everything was accommodating for my aunt and mom - the tub with a seat was just what my aunt needed. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast options were wonderful- so many oatmeal toppings they could have had some fruit that could have worked with the waffles or plain yogurt. Definitely recommend.

This hotel provided a better level of communication about the check in and check out than any other hotels previously visited. The property was clean throughout, convenient to everywhere we were looking to go and had a well stocked breakfast each morning. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend; and plan to stay again in the future.
