On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food.

At checkin they were quick, professional and very helpful. They organized the transport to the airport for the following day. The room was clean and exactly what was needed and even provided a breakfast to go the next morning. Very comfortable beds and some noise from airplanes but not a lot.The only negative was that the airport shuttle was 25 minutes late which affected us and we had to hurry to not miss our flight. Two groups began organizing Ubers because of the shuttle being late. This really reflected negatively on the hotel. They should take this more seriously.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The price was just right. I had a good communication with the hotel person regarding the shuttle service. The front desk lady was very helpful in helping my sister set up the wifi and with the shuttle service for the next day. I am glad that we booked the place. It's the perfect choice for the overnight stay.

Decoration is non existent. Like a Soviet hotel, but well... close to the airport. Shuttle would leave in two hours so we took an Uber. Cold shower.....good bed though. It really really needs new management. Marriot?? Somebody calling you!

The sound insulation in the hotel is poor both from noises externally and adjoining rooms. The noise from aircraft is very bad-it sounds like you sleeping on the runway, not in a hotel. We live near to an airport so are used to airport noise but this was really bad.

Un hôtel très très proche de l'aéroport qui fait son job pour une nuitée d'escale à Santiago. Très confortable, propre avec un bon service et un agréable restaurant pas trop cher pour ce type d'endroit. Chambre très bien, bonne salle de bain. Un petit détail assez gênant quand même c'est le bruit de la ventilation qui se déclenche de temps en temps même si la climatisation est éteinte. Ici les avions ne s'arrêtent pas de voler la nuit et l'hôtel est vraiment sous les pistes... prévoir boules Quies !! Parking sécurisé, on est à 5 minutes de l'aéroport ! Il y a des navettes toutes les heures également.

Close to the airport. They have many shuttles. The front desk staff is extraordinary. I had several issues come up from bogus taxi to abrupt flight changes and the staff helped with all, especially Christie late at night. Restaurant is pretty good. I'll stay again.

I arrived at the airport at around 10. Called more than 15 times tge reception. Nobody ever answered. So tgere was no shuttle to pick me up. I had to take a taxi, who ripped me off, passed a different amount on my credit card and all because the hotel never answered the phones.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with nice selection, and common areas very clean and tidy too. Staff were exceptional, friendly and always helpful. Airport transportation was great too! In particular, Arlette at reception was amazing, super helpful, and appreciate her insights and tips. Overall, a great short stay.

Unwelcoming, with terrible policies. The free airport shuttle does not even run every hour, and so we had to Uber in order to catch our flight. Staff were cold and unfriendly upon check in and didn't utter a word, just gestured for passprts. We were an hour early before the official 3 pm, and they wouldn't let us into the room unless we paid an extra $50. Overall, bad atmosphere, service, and vibes. Would definitely try a different airport hotel instead

Excellent hotel, very helpful and accomodating staff. Exceptionally clean and well kept hotel overall. Good, reasonably priced lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Did not sample the free breakfast as had to leave early. The only drawback is the location is very isolated, no place to go for a walk, etc. , but close to the airport with a free shuttle. Would love to stay again anytime.

This hotel is clean and conveniently close.to.the airport. That said, it is very industrial around the hotel, so theres not really anywhere to go or walk around. The hotel restaurant was shockingly good though - I was expecting barely a notch above microwaved from frozen food but this was a really above average restaurant. Safe to say it was a very pleasant surprise because we had to eat both lunch AND dinner there. I'd stay here again if needed, just don't expect anything to do around the area.

This hotel is pretty close to the airport and we had a day before our early morning flight to Punta Arenas so decided to stay at this hotel as they have a shuttle service. The hotel is excellent if you need to stay near the airport. It is quite far from the city. We were also told that the area around the hotel is not very safe to walk around at night. They have a restaurant that is quite decent. Uber is available to get to the city. Overall a pretty good hotel. They also allowed us early checkin as our flight reached very early in the morning. We did not get to try their breakfast as we only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM. They did offer us packed breakfast though.

This hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle which we loved. They also offered the cutest bag breakfast as we had an early flight- before the continental breakfast was open, such a nice surprise. We also really enjoyed the dinner and drinks we had here, one of our favourites of our trip in Chile.
