If your staying at thjs hotel, FREE PARKING should be included. $25 to park (in Marriots parking garage) and its a hassle leaving the parking garage. Other than that a very beautiful and clean hotel.

Conveniently located near the CHI Health Center and within walking distance to the Old Market Neighborhood. On-site bar/lounge, steak house and Starbucks. Lots of conversation space to gather in the lobby area. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is easy to get to. The downtown area of Omaha is wonderful. Self parking is a snap. Check in was quick. After self parking in their garage; it is quite a walk especially with luggage, but we found a luggage cart right away. The room was spacious for 5 people. There wasn't a microwave in the room and I didn't realize that when booking it; I like to pack food that can be heated up to save money. Checking out was fast. Great experience!

Shuttle in the evening dropped us off at a venue 3 min drive from the hotel and told us to call when we were ready for pickup. Very nice driver. Shuttles ran until midnight. We called at 945 and the rude male who answered the phone told me that they would not be picking us up until 1030. I said that was ok. He then proceeded to say actually we cannot pick you up because there are too many other pickups. And hung up. We had to walk back to the hotel at 1030pm. When we got back all the shuttles were sitting at the hotel.

Hotel is perfect! This was my first time staying at this Marriott hotel and I could not be happier. Great location for all downtown activities. Amazing steakhouse attached (j.Gilberts), Starbucks right outside. The woman working at the front desk was an absolute GEM! I believe her name was Malik’s (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Will certainly be returning.

Lovely hotel, great open common areas with amenities for meetings and remote work. Pool area is well set up. Wish there was a sauna or a hot tub, that would have made the gym/pool area perfect. Great food in the hotel and adjacent restaurants. Walking distance to Old Town. Also there is a lovely courtyard attached to the hotel with restaurants and lounge areas. The onsite parking is expensive. Usually self-park isn't as expensive as it is at this hotel. That's my only knock on the property. Good to have in/out privileges but $25 USD a day is a lot when downtown Omaha isn't that busy unless there is a concert or a game. Great overall experience would happily go back if in Omaha again ...

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable bed. I was disappointed in the room, the door that hides the mini fridge is broke and won’t close all the way and the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain and filled up with water quickly when used. The edges around all the flooring was dusty and I don’t think it is right to charge for WiFi, as a member I can get it free but couldn’t get logged into the website. I love that so many things were very close and the hotel bar and restaurant are open and convenient.

Nice property overall, valet service was quick and polite as was check in and check out. The hotel has a lot of busy roads around it. There was a lot of street noise at most hours of the day and night. Made for a noisy room when trying to sleep. Room had a lot of dust on chairs and baseboards and the floor hadn’t been really cleaned for some time. The furniture and beds were comfortable and newer. Breakfast was just a buffet so we went elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay here, but I had to knock a couple stars off for cleanliness. There was a couch in our room that has chrome legs. The chrome was covered in spots that looked like they sprayed cleaner on the floor that oversprayed onto the chrome legs. Not a big deal, but when evrerything about the hotel seemed great, it stuck out like a sore thumb. Secondly, we spilled some water on the floor, and when we wiped it up with a room towel, the towel came up black! It appears that they don't mop the hard to reach places, rather they just sweep/vacuum up the dirt. It was really quite disgusting. Everything else about the hotel was perfect, I just wanted to point out these cleanliness issues so that they may be corrected. We will definitely be staying here from now on when we're in town.

The hotel is beautiful and enjoyed being able to walk to everything around us. Only issues I had were people in the hall at 1 in the morning talking loudly for a good hour. And the bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned and had hair all over. Other than that - it was a nice hotel.

Pretty good hotel. Comfortable with modern interior. The only thing that they could improve on would be shower. Water pressure isn't adequate and takes a long time to bring the water temperature to where you need it to be.

Everything was great except for the noise level. The Marriott is located downtown in an active nightlife area with lots of late night noise that includes any and all exhibitions of speed on the roadways around the hotel that feel like the car is driving through your room.

This hotel is understaffed in all areas starting with reception. Multiple times we stood and waited at the bell desk with our luggage as the reception staff just stared and offered no help until I asked if we could get help. I was traveling alone with three kids. The attitude specifically from the front desk staff was ridiculous. As if they were irritated that they were in the hospitality business. Melissa was one of the front desk people that repeatedly offered attitude and glares. The pool did not have quick access to drinking water either. Typically at least a dispenser is sitting on a table adjacent the pool but in order to get water you must travel three floors down to the bar. Very odd.

Although the only reason I picked this hotel for the 4th of July was for the bar at the pool, I went for a staycation and had a great time lounging by the pool but unfortunately, the bar was closed for the day. The food at the Hotel's restaurant was exquisite.

After an incredibly long day, this was the perfect place to get some rest before my flight early in the morning. Lots of different options available for food within the hotel and also within walking distance of several different spots as well. I walked to get some pizza late at night, and it was still somewhat busy but pretty chill. I would definitely visit again if the opportunity presented itself.
