The room was clean and i had no issues checking in. Loved that the laundry was only 1 dollar to wash and 1 dollar to dry. Made it very affordable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This place was immaculate, with plenty of towels and anything else you need. Loved the little convienence shop in the lobby. The staff was very helpful when I asked for some utensils. The view from our room was GORGEOUS, you could see the mountains on both sides.

Place is clean we loved the kitchenette, save us money since they have a full size fridge and the 2 burners. It would be the perfect place if it had a swimming pool. Overall is a great place

Loved the service, we've stayed here before to visit family and it serves our purpose as a place to sleep well. I will say the microwave plate in our room was dirty and that was annoying because then I worried about the kitchenette as a whole while preparing my babie's bottles. Other than that it's a good room for the price and close to Jordan landing.

There was dog food on the floor so obviously the carpet had not been vacuumed! There were palm prints all over one of the headboards. Better cleaning practices need to take place!

There honestly wasn’t anything I liked I was there for about 30 minutes before leaving I couldn’t take the smell in my room, the bed had a big stain the towels in the bathroom were dirty and upon addressing my concerns with the front desk they simply told me to leave my keys never gave me any solution.

First impression was terrible, everything was great when we checked in but the moment we opened the door to our room the smell of an outhouse was instant. I couldnt breath in the room, I'm not sure what went wrong. It appeared clean but stench was foul. I went to front desk and requested a room change. The lady was very kind and accommodating, you could she was appalled when I explained. The new room was a relief, no bad smell and it was clean. Very glad they changed room otherwise I would have slept in the car.

It's in a decent location and on the surface, it seemed a reasonable place to stay. Unfortunately, the construction of the building did not include insulating noise between floors and rooms. Our room was over the lobby - heard the sliding doors open/close all night and morning long, along with people in the room overhead walking around and a neighbor coming in late. For a facility built in the recent past, it's surprising they skimped on sound deadening construction and design.

Clean simple hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, movie theater. You can hear the people talking in the next room very clearly and their tv too, people were smoking by front door. Otherwise, its clean and the staff was very nice.

I especially like that they put a recliner in their rooms. Having a kitchenette makes it easy to keep things refrigerated and not have to go out for all meals. Beds were very comfortable. Fantastic location to shopping and restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. We were able to extend our stay an extra day, no issues. Front desk was so awesome and hospitable, loved my furbabies as much as me, and our room was wonderful. Clean! Which I'm very picky on with hotels. Location is fantastic! You have everything you need from gas to groceries to eating out on the same street. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, not such great communications between staff members. Did not receive a requested wakeup call, was told a 12:00pm checkout was okay, only to have staff BANGING on my door at 11:06am. claiming night staff could NOT approve a later checkout. VERY frustrating! I will be coming back in October and hope my room will be available as requested.

Waited for about 20 min to even get checked into our room, there was no staff in sight, there was a note on the front desk that said to dial 0 for help, well that just rang and rang with no answer and still no help. Finally someone wandered into the lobby to check us in, and she was not very friendly. The beds were hard, and the shower was broken in several ways, so it was very difficult to take a shower.

Hotel was back from main streets so it was quiet, but close enough to a lot of different places to make it convenient. It was clean and staff was friendly. Full refrigerator and ice machine in room. Stove top, although we didn't use it. Comfy bed and large bathroom. I have another trip in the area coming up and I'll look to stay here again.

If you’re looking for a good hotel to stay at for a concert at the Utah first credit union amphitheater this is the best hotel and the closest hotel to the amphitheater!

This was a great, very clean accommodation for our visit to the Salt Lake City area. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. Really appreciated having kitchen access and laundry facilities. The front desk staff was always very accommodating and very nice. It was also very easy to access both Park city and Salt Lake City from this location and there are plenty of restaurants and shops very close by.

The property was well situated for my husband's and my needs. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The room was pleasant to be in- roomy and light coloring. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we were very pleased with our 2 night stay.

We needed a room with a kitchen that included a cooktop and a full sized refrigerator. We were very pleased with the affordability and set-up here. We were told that there was no kitchenware in the room, but it would be available at the desk. Unfortunately by the time we got there, it was all being used by other guests. Luckily, Walmart is a block away so we were able to get what we needed. The water pressure could have been better, but I suppose that’s part of being eco-friendly. The shower head was adjustable so that helped. The comfort of the bed was good for us, however, the fact that it was pretty squeaky may have been uncomfortable for our neighbors ;) Because of the amenities, the friendliness of the staff, the late night snack bar (which my husband may have enjoyed too much) and the convenient location to shopping, entertainment and family, we will absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to others.
