If we had booked through the hotel directly we could have got free breakfast (I think it was $25 each). Also might have got a balcony but the room was fine. At the edge of Jaco so we had a short taxi or Uber ride to get into town - about $4! Although I don't use the casino another guest commented that there was no way to get money! No ATM in the hotel. Nearest is in the center of Jaco. Tried various restaurants. Pool bar was very good - a bit slow but very nice waiters. Pools are lovely though a bit too warm. Very helpful concierge booking and changing tours. Thank you Aura.

Room was very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! We loved the pool area the best ! Was so clean and immaculate! Pool service for food and drinks was fantastic!! Great attentive service! Felt very safe . Security at hotel was great! Beautiful location right on the beach. Worth every penny of getting ocean front balcony

We had a wonderful stay at the Crocs Resort! The property is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, though the drawers didn’t close and stayed open, which was a minor annoyance but didn’t affect our overall experience. The pools were amazing, and everything around the resort was well-maintained. One small thing to note is that the “happy hour” at the pool bar wasn’t quite what we expected. They were promoting BOGO drinks from 4–6 PM for 2 for $18, but when we went earlier the next day around noon, we found those were actually the standard prices, so not much of a discount. Despite that, we had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time. I would definitely come back with my family!
