Everything was perfect! Loved the pool and hot tub. We got the room with a "wet bar". Worth the extra $$. The breakfast was good too. Staff is always amazing.

The kids enjoyed using the pool and whirlpool. The breakfast were good with lots of choices. It was nice to have a separate toilet/shower area from the bathroom sink. Nice big couch and overall room in the suite. It could have used one more dresser to put clothes in. It was nice to have the extra sink by the door.

Love Hiltons. Always clean and always have better quality sheets, towels and such. Staff are always friendly. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Bed was so comfy I stripped it to find the brand so I can buy one.

Room had a peculiar odor…sour milk? Other than that and greasy fingerprints on the coffee pot, the room was great. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Biggest drawback was hockey players (kids) whose parents were not being responsible for their actions. Sound of running up and down the hallway made rest/sleep challenging.

This hotel is very nice. . Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Free hot breakfast is a added bonus. Will definitely stay here again next time thru the area We attended a baby shower in one of the meeting rooms and the hotel staff was very helpful.

It was extremely expensive for what you got. I paid just under $500 for 2nights in Hudson, Wisconsin.The bathroom door was not set up correctly and my finger was caught in the handle of the sliding door causing quite a bruise ,which I took a picture of the door and my finger.The air conditioner unit was noisy and blew directly on the bed. They did not offer movies or pay per view. Netflix was on the TV if you entered your own account, if you had it.For the price I would have thought they would clean daily. The room and facility was beautiful, the breakfast was good, employees were friendly.

Horrible! Front desk employee rude and raised voice at me! I asked why i was getting charged for incidentals $ 25.00 she literally yelled at me and could not explain this additional charge that I was unaware of before booking this room. Highly disappointed! Angry at this situation after traveling 6 hours to get to this hotel! Never again will we book here again -

Front desk staff was friendly. We arrived 30 minutes prior to checkin at 3pm, and the front desk staff allowed us to checkin early without penalty. The room was clean. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. We would stay again!

I have used the hotel for several international passengers, in addition to being an executive who has traveled a lot for business and has known many hotel companies. Booked the hotel once again for an important member of International Broadcasting Association. Fewer and fewer employees are hired, which makes the service increasingly bad. Not only less staff but employees who don't even speak English.The only person who demonstrated professionalism and dedication was Mandi. The rest left a lot to prove. I requested room cleaning every day and it was not done. They treat customers like they are not welcome. They close for breakfast at 10:00 and it doesn't matter if there is someone who wants to have another coffee. A demonstration of lack of hospitality. The Front Desk staff was very rude, except for Mandi, and also the rest were inexperienced. The hotel itself is good, very comfortable, but its image is deteriorated by the lack of training. There are many other hotels around. T

We encountered fire alarm in the middle of the night. Staff were qick and responsible for the care of the guests by providing blankets to stay warm while we were outside of the building. They kept calm and slwly move guests back to their room once fire department gave permission . Our room happened to be 2 rooms beside the room thay the sprinkler went off. We were offered a suite for the rest of the night. It was spacious ,comfortable bed and quiet. I was able to go back to sleep and I had a good rest after the incident.

Nice hotel. Location was great and lots of great things close by. I didn’t like the fire alarm going off at 2 am because of idiots not an actual emergency and not being able to go back to my room till 4. Poor communication about what’s going on. Worse night of sleep I ever remember having in any hotel. I still had to pay full price though of course. I understand it’s not fully the hotels fault but it’s not mine either.
