The staff was friendly and professional, the room was very comfortable, and the pool area was nice. We did have a line waiting on the one elevator that was working, extremely slow. The second elevator was out of order, I assumed since it never opened. The pancake maker at breakfast was out of order as well. Overall our stay was comfortable and and relaxing and we will definitely consider staying again.

I would easily consider this a 3 star hotel instead of a two star. Everything is very well thought out and renovated. A bench for all your luggage, a counter for your keys as you walk in, plenty of outlets and phone charging outlet. Lots of counter space at the bathroom sink with lots of hooks for clothing in add to the closet. Large shower and complementary breakfast! Keurig and microwave and mini fridge too. Modern lobby with a beautiful outdoor seating area next to complimentary breakfast.

Then the pool was out of service during our stay, and the backyard sitting area was quite worn out — the chairs definitely need an upgrade. These areas could use some attention and improvement. Other than that, the overall experience was decent.

This is in a great location. Dining options and even Walmart close by. Only thing I didn’t like was the room wasn’t cleaned daily. So we had to call for clean towels and set out trash outside the door for someone to pick up. But all in all I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay…. As a foodie, I wished breakfast included some pork sausage. I did see hair in the bathroom around the sink and more of the shower area. Please give more time to housekeeping. Thanks

Hotel was clean and convenient. We were out in a room right next to the elevator mechanical room, so that was pretty loud when we were trying to sleep. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and the Keurig was broken. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this Holiday Inn. It was dirty, there were hair all over the floors and towels, there was a stain on my sheets and handles were falling off doors. Overall the hotel needs TLC and maintenance. The staff was kind and accommodated us to a different room, but even that one had handles falling off doors and the keypad falling off the front door. At night you need a key to get into the hotel, which was great, BUT it didn't work, someone had to come let us in every night. We also hadn't requested Accessible rooms, but we got that room upon arriving. I've attached photos of some of these issues.

Check in was easy and the staff were really nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor and used the stairs because the elevator was extremely slow. Our room was very clean and nice. The only thing we didn’t Koke was the bathroom door. It would not stay closed most of the time. Wished it could have been a normal door and also wished it had a fan in the bathroom also

Breakfast selections were good and the hotel was quiet and clean. Main complaint is that the doors in our room (408) were like barely functioning. You had to put your entire body weight into opening the front door (almost called the front desk at one point because I thought we were locked in) and you had to really pull to get in closed. The bathroom door was a sliding door that technically didn’t close, there was always an opening kind of like a bathroom stall, which is pretty awkward when you’re staying in the room with friends for multiple days.

The overnight temperature in the room got to 84 degrees. The heat would not turn off. I was told at the front desk that maintenance was unavailable and they had no room to move us to.

Clean facility and friendly morning buffet and cleaning staff. However, check-in staff member in evening unfriendly. Light switch broken and no maintenance to fix it. Front desk phone dial didn’t go through and just gave busy signal. Laundry room had broken dryer and no regulation for guests using its services.

My husband got sick and we had to go to the ER. The hotel did not charge us for the second day even though we were there til 4:00 since we had to cut out trip short and check out a day earlier. The manager even called a few days later and checked on my husband. They also had the BEST breakfast and coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Our flight got in really early and I called for early check in Rachel at the front desk was unsure but told me to call back later. She actually called me and told me when something came open. When we arrived she wa extremely friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Are room was next to the elevator and the noise woke me up at 4:30am… hotels.com indicates buffet but through our stay the pancakes machine was broken and staff would hardly replenish anything once it was done as early as 8:30-9am and what was replenish would take a long time
