Hotel and staff were great! Only issue we had was that the sink in the bathroom in our room was clogged and took forever for the water to go down. Also, the parking was challenging!

This is the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever been to! Small but nice. Very friendly staff. I’m not sure if it’s new construction or just newly renovated. Everything is very modern. This is the first hotel I’ve been to since Covid that actually has daily housekeeping! Not near the beach, but walking distance to lots of shopping & restaurants & bars. Quiet area and the hotel itself was very quiet. Parking in a separate lot behind the hotel. Breakfast is standard hot hotel breakfast. The complimentary popcorn & cookies are a nice touch. Pool is small but clean. Nice fire pit area with a large gas BBQ grill guests can use. Microwave & fridge in room.

Got bite up possible bed bug infestation Let the front desk know and showed them all the marks. I was just told they would look into it. Other than that people Were friendly but possibly has issue with bed bugs !!!!!

It was a great place to stay when doing down town and staff was amazing with that being said when I checked in and went to the room it was not cleaned at all. With that being said they were able to give me a new room!

Staff was great. Location was great as was parking. The shower head was super low I'm 6'1 and had to crouch to take a shower management says all the showers are like that. The hot water only worked about half the time.

Would have been a wonderful stay had we not been in the front of building where all the traffic is. Didn’t sleep 3 nights due to noise. Otherwise it was great! We’ll be back but we’ll be sure they place us in the back

Staff was great. I left a pair of pants and they called me after check out to let me know they had them. First time EVER a hotel has done that! I’ll stay there every time I go to Pensacola because of that!! Y’all rock!

Arrived at the hotel at 5:30 and room was not ready even though check in is at 4:00. The manager and front desk cleaned the room while we waited for another 30-45 mins to get checked in.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure the stay was excellent. Front desk personnel were exceptional. Shout out to Sandy and Maria who provided an outstanding breakfast experience. Room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Great amenities.

We had an awesome stay, we were suppose to have a room with a walk in shower due to my back problems but was assigned one without. I was told at check in they did not assign me that type of room and it was noted in the computer not to change my room and was told by someone else the type of room I had did not come with a walk in shower which I found out later that it wasn't true. come to find out it was a miscommunication between the housekeeper and the person who assigned the room, they did apologize. the room was clean for the most part, we did find something on one of the pillows but other than that it was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. great location!

Booked my reservation days in advance & went to check in to find out they were overbooked and had no rooms. They gave the people checking in in front of me my room as they happened to get there before me and used a different site to book the same room. Upon my turn, I was just out of luck, no room for the night, even though I had paid a few days earlier. Since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t directly refund me and then I had to contact Expedia on my own to get the refund, which was the easiest process of the whole thing, but still absolutely ridiculous on behalf of Holiday Inn. The girl at the front desk was very nice, and attempted to solve the problem, even though it wasn’t her fault.

This was a quick one night stay. Picked it for its Downtown Pensacola location. Great location because most shops were a short walk away. The room was very nice. The breakfast was really good. Eggs, omelets, seasoned potatoes, bacon, pancakes as well as the usual breads, fruit, cereals. Free parking behind the hotel too.

Hotel was very modern. Check in was quick. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel is very convenient (walking) to numerous bars, restaurants, and shops in downtown Pensacola. It is also convenient to the Blue Wahoos baseball stadium. This is a great choice if you want to stay near downtown.

Really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was superb! They acted like they really enjoyed their jobs. My only complaint: cookies were put out at 3 PM each day and we were never back in time to enjoy one! With the hotel consider a treat like this to be put out several times during the day?

Property was clean but we arrived to the breakfast area at 9:00 and there was no more food...and the lady that checked us in told us 9:30 am was the time when it was over....so we were confused abt this...and didn't get any breakfast!! Ughh it was aggravating
