Would stay again. Very comfortable beds. Pool not working so that was a little bummer. There was something spilled between the bed and night stand that was not cleaned and the night stand a little crooked from being broken previously but overall good spot.

We felt the area was nice and safe. There is plenty of dining close by. Unfortunately, the pool was "down" our entire (7 day) stay for no apparent reason which was a big disappointment for my daughter. Overall, good experience but no pool for the kiddos was very disappointing.

Just a quick stopover for some sleep and a shower, but everything was great. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and yummy breakfast. Also, a safe, well-lit parking lot. Everything i needed for a restful stay!

We selected this location and drove far to get there because of the pool. The pool area was closed and not useable. The hotels website refected that, but i booked through Expedia, and you did not verify with the hotel about their lack of amenities. Disappointed!

Great room, good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stay except we were very disappointed that the indoor pool was drained and closed for maintenance through the duration of our stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in choosing this property for our family trip and we would have appreciated notification that it would not be available.

The carpet was dingy, the shower walls were unclean stains, the plaster in the bathroom was peeling,the room is extremely small for two people and there needs to be a microwave oven. Additionally, the whole refrigerator moved every time we opened it. Also the lighting in the room was extremely poor and the room was dark. I did not enjoy my stay there and it wasn’t worth what I paid

We had a great stay! Check in was easy and Makayla has a wonderful personality! The whole staff was warm and welcoming as well. Breakfast was delicious, had a decent variety of food. The hotel was clean and spacious. Our room was so quiet and the mattress was comfy. The elevator lights need to be fixed on one elevator and a blue light was blinking on the heater all night. Those were the only negatives I had. I would definitely recommend this place!

Front desk was extremely nice upon arriving later in the evening. Our room was nice and clean. King bed was good for me, a little too hard for the hubby. Bathroom very clean and nice, decent shower pressure and products provided in the shower were full. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, as well as bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, yougurt, toast, bagels, muffins, juice, milk and coffee. The only negative about the room was the air worked great but was extremely loud.

What stands out regarding this property is the cleanliness of the room and the very Pleasant staff. What we disliked was the fact that there was barely any Lighting in the room and only between the two queen beds and bathroom and a small Hall light. There was no lights on the other side of the room and it was rather dark in there. The TV would not turn on or turn off and the staff was not helpful in knowing how to correct this issue. The AC worked great and the room was definitely clean . I guess the biggest Factor is the fact that the lighting is extremely poor in the room and very low and limited and the TV not working . Otherwise I would have given it a five-star rating. pleasant staff.

Very pleased with my reservation. Room was very nice as well as the bedding and bath towels which aren't always nice in many hotels. Room was quiet which was nice when traveling and rest is needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I reserved a King room however, I was given a double queen room upon arrival. Inwas told by the front desk clerk, Tisha, that reservations only reserves me a room, which means I get whatever is available not the room of my choosing. I asked if there was a difference in the pricing and she very nonchalantly replied "no its the same amount". I complained and asked for the manager but was informed she wouldn't be available until Monday. I have stayed at many different hotels and have never been told that you do not get what you reserved. I will never stay at that hotel again.

The person at the front desk was the worst an most uncaring hotel clerk I ever encountered. After not finding the booking Expedia made for me she did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, even though I showed her my Expedia email with the date, info and money paid. She said the only could make me pay for a new reservation. So I had to yell at her, which I hate to do, and demand she contact the manager to fix the situation...which she did and came back and gave me the room. So after 8 hours driving, this clerk made me and my handicapped wife wait a half an hour to check in, with our take out now cold...and only because I yelled at her did it get done. Some people do not belong in positions of service. Also, the pool was shut down, and the room was as dark as a dungeon. 2 big thumbs down on this property and Hampton Inn

We asked for clean towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. to be refreshed daily. It was never done for the 3 nights we stayed. On our third night, my husband went down to get the items we needed. When we were there the previous week, we asked it to be noted in our reservation for this trip that we wanted the towels, etc. refreshed daily. We restated our request upon checking in. We were told they typically only do that every 2-3 days. And we could call in the morning if wanted something. So we waited. After our first night- no clear towels. After the second night- no clean towels. So we had to get them ourselves for the third night so we could shower before we checked out. We also ran out of toilet paper! We stay at Hampton Inns everywhere and this was our first bad experience. On our way home today, I called the manager to inform her of my concerns. She said she would check with someone and get back to me. I haven’t heard from her so far today.

The property is in good condition and clean. The breakfast is good. I just want to point out that the lady in charge of the breakfast service is extremely grumpy when speaking to guests. She talks to them in a loud and unpleasant manner.

When we went to check in, they said they overbooked even though the room was already paid for by us. They didnt help find us another place to stay and we ended up having to sleep in our car with children. We haven't received our money back. No offer for another night was given.

Hotel tried to downgrade us to a different room at check-in. When confronted, we were told that they were sold out. Only when I requested a re-book at another property in the portfolio did I get the room (on-site) that I had initially reserved.

This was a blind reservation and I didn’t know what to expect. Hotel was nice but the staff was better. Super friendly and helpful. I did not have service in my room so I cannot comment on that. Breakfast was good and location was great.

Great bang for your buck. The indoor pool is great for family travel. The location fairly central to Kennesaw State University, and the various event facilities of the school. We were there for a gymnastics competition, and there seemed to be 100 other athletes and their families for various other events on the same weekend. The one way roads in Kennesaw make getting in and out of the hotel a bit odd, but it wasn't a big deal.

Breakfast was a disappointment for a Hampton Inn. They didn’t have orange or apple juice, were out of one of the three cereals and were out of waffle mix when I arrived, a full 70 minutes before it was supposed to end. When asked, the breakfast attendant did refill the waffle mix, so that was good, but my impression was that they just didn’t have the other stuff. If you are out of cheese for the grits and eggs, then take away the empty container. There was just a lot missing, and I expect better from Hampton. I don’t blame the breakfast attendant as she seemed busy refilling what she could, I just think they didn’t order properly for the holiday rush. Other than breakfast, hotel was comfortable and clean, like you would expect from Hampton.

This is a well maintained property and our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and included waffles, eggs, bacon, & potatoes as well as cooked oatmeal! Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Staff was friendly and the facility and room were clean. Breakfast was subpar. The coffee was cold both morning we were there. Heat your coffee up to serve with breakfast. We left our room Saturday morning around 7:00 and didn’t return to our room until 10:00 that night and housekeeping never came by the clean and replenish towels and washcloths. Disappointing.
