My 4 day stay wasn’t a great experience for me. This was the first time staying at home 2 Suites. I generally do home wood suites, but was recommended by a reliable source. Parking was horrible never received clean towels had to ask. Room wasn’t clean very good hair was in the shower the thermostat fell off the wall. Never cleaned my room trash was overflowing and still when I called they only offered to bring some towels. No managers or housekeepers were available. They did offer to give points for my inconvenience. Thanks for that but another stay I will have to rethink that

Mini getaway to Waco Surf park and we needed a spacious room for 5. Room was spacious and slept 6 people. Full size fridge and kitchenette equipped with small electric stove and sink. (Microwave of course) lots of drawers and room for clothes. Bathroom door is weird because it’s hard to pull open and close with no handles, other than that are stay was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Also pet friendly, I noticed doggie treats and baggies in the lobby. Different areas to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. (BBQ pit as well). Overall great stay.

Great hotel! Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Safe. Cool a/c. Hot water. Good tv. Good bed. Good linens. The only negative of this hotel is the shower nozzle or water pressure is way too low! Just a trickle for a shower. ☹️

Home2 suites was an excellent pet friendly clean hotel. However, hotels.com is what I would give a 1 star review for. When searching for a hotel, I checked the box for having a pet with me, how many beds we needed, how many occupants we had, then got our price. Once I went to the hotel, checked in, they told me I needed to pay an additional fee for my pet. It seemed super shady and sneaky to add an additional fee. We picked that hotel because of the price after we checked our animal. Won’t use hotels.com again.

The water pressure in the shower and sink was nonexistent. The fan in the bathroom ran all night and was loud. Thevpillows smelled like sweat and smelled dirty. When I was checking in she was talking to another coworker an actually asked me to wait halfway through check in to go get her coworker and umbrella it was storming and I was standing there soaking wet waiting to check in. She said one second let me get her an umbrella she’s leaving. Unbelievable

Nice hotel, with nice pool thats not in direct sunlight. Water temp was perfect. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was a large bug we killed in the bathroom.

This property was conveniently located to the highway. The room situation was sub-par. The rooms need a deep cleaning. One smelled like mildew. The bathrooms need a ton of work. The carpets need shampooing. Old sheets with stains should be tossed out. Etc.

The room was not very clean. There were dirty dishes in the drawers, ants in the bathroom, hair in the shower, and nail clippings on the floor, just to name a few. I expected better from a hotel with a 4.9 star rating.

we arrived at our room and notice the restroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair still in the bathroom vanity sink. The staff was notified and took care of the issue.

This hotel was nice for a one night stay but had some issues. First off our room smelt awful! It was like someone had cooked something with heavy garlic in the room for a long time. The smell eventually faded if you were in the room enough but as soon as you left and came back it was there again. The shower was kind of dirty but not terrible. The place was nice but needed to be up kept a little better. Also the breakfast was lack luster. It seemed like some of the stuff was frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast items.

I come to this hotel often and is usually greeted by staff. The last time I was here I checked in later than usual and I had to wait 30 mins for someone to help check me in. Once I got to my room, the television did not work so I had to unplug and plug the tv numerous times before television turned on. However, once the tv was on, the remote did not work. I had to call for another remote which only half worked. I was unable to turn the tv channels. Overall it's not a bad hotel. I just had a terrible experience this time around. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Very nice place. The staff were wonderful. On the downside, the beds were surprisingly a little hard and the blankets were SUPER thin. Almost like a sheet. Really unpleasant.

We liked the convenient location of this property in terms of getting to what activities and food we were looking for and the relatively newer look to the property. However, we didn’t enjoy the beds. They had no comforters or top blanket only two thin sheets and the pillows were some of the worst pillows we’ve ever used (they instantly went flat when sleeping on them). We probably wouldn’t stay here again because the breakfast also had very few options.

Breakfast was ok, not very hot or fresh. Oatmeal was not hot and very clumpy. Biacuits, bread and rolls kept falling apart. The beds in the Queen Suite room were very very uncomfortable, to the point that you could feel the springs in the bed when laying down on it. Made for a very difficult night of sleep. Very thin covers/blankets. When asked the front desk for another blanket, they were out and we were told they would bring it to the room…we never received the blanket. Staff communication: When checking in we requested a late check out and the staff member approved it and told us 12pm. On day of check out, housekeeping tried coming in and then asked us when we were leaving. Told them we had a 12p checkout. Shortly after we got a call from the front desk saying they were going to charge us $50 for the extra hour. We had to explain what happened at check in with other staff member and how he said we had a 12p check out. Overall, not the best stay for the price. Will not be staying here again.

Michelle was fantastic. We were there for a funeral. Several family members were staying. She was kind, accommodating and professional. She made our stay easy during a very sad time for our family. We really appreciated her.

The area this is in just didn't feel safe. On one side there is a Starbucks and a couple places to eat and that's fine, but the neighborhood on the other side looked shady. Right across the highway, there are some not so reputable looking businesses as well. The mirror in our bathroom was not clean, the corners on it had collected grime. The bedding on our son's bed was stained. It had both a red stain and a bright blue stain that shouldn't have been missed considerent that shade of blue. When I washed my face it was chemically burned in multiple places. I had to rinse and rinse with my own things I'd brought and then lotion up my face to try and stop the burn. More than 24 hours later I still have a welp on my face by my eye. I don't know if they used too much bleach and didn't rinse it out well enough or if it was their detergent or what. Would definitely not recommend or stay again.

We came to TX for a softball tournament and after 18 hours of driving it was great to be greeted by friendly people and walk into a clean room. If we have table to Waco again we would definitely stay here again. The location was great. I wish we would’ve had time to go to the Dr Pepper museum.

The breakfast was terrible. Poor. They had hard boiled eggs that was icy cold. They had sausage that my my husband and I had diarrhea from it. The area around the the hotel looked like they had a poor neighborhood. The houses had unkempt lawns etc. Terrible experience. But the rooms were clean.
