Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites

Overall a good experience. Comfortable bed, good sized room, excellent shower. Better shade and more of it on the Patio is needed.

Property was easy to find. Lobby was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were spacious, sheets, blankets were clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were soft. The only thing that came up was the pool was dirty but we still went swimming. Other than that great place to stay the night and awesome staff.

Employees are great! The pool was inside, and is “heated”but they have the AC blasting in the pool so it was cold. We have kiddos and we couldn’t swim for long. When we asked they said they have to for moisture, and that’s fine but it was too cold for our small children. Rooms have so much space and it was so nice with kids to have a kitchen little living area. Would stay again for the rooms. Would love if the pool could be warmer.

The location was good being right off the interstate! The showers were nice and hot! The negatives were the TV froze up longer than it played! The tv says tell the front desk so we did three times with no results! It was kind of annoying trying to watch the NCAA games with it always freezing up! The pool and patio was shut down for maintenance also! The food was good and the attendant always kept it well stocked!

This place needs some serious help, starting with some high functioning vacuums or better training for cleaning staff. As you walk in, it looks like a great place! The lobby was decorated for the holidays, bright and clean.The staff are friendly. We got to the first room they assigned to us, 201. We checked it out. Stuff on the floor, hair and debris on the sheets and what looked like pet hair on the couch. Called the front desk and they gave us a different room, 227. The second room was acceptable, still stuff on the carpet, but the kitchenette area was super cramped. My husband can work remotely, so either he or I was in the room. We were going to meet up with family for dinner the second night we were there. Husband checked the door and the lock wouldn't engage! The front desk lady checked it too. We were transferred to a different room 231, that also had a terrible vacuuming job, but we had to move all of our stuff in about 15 minutes. The kitchen area was much bigger, but the office chair was not working and the microwave light above the cooktop didn't work either. The windows can't be opened to let fresh air in, and the fans in the bathroom don't seem to work very well. Our oldest son was quite ill, and the bad air quality inside the room didn't help. Kitchenettes were very bare. No cooking utensils. Some rooms had a mug. Heated pool was cold. suggestions: better vacuums that work, or train cleaning staff how to use them. Change windows so they can open for fresh air.

I was very satisfied with my stay, but, I need to say this, when they advertise a Fitness room and it’s not open, it’s a bit disappointing.

Staff was very nice, parking was okay I had a trailer with me, they have security once per hour and police patrol as well. The location is right off the freeway near the edge of town so secure your stuff. Inside was nice and clean. I will be staying there again, even with the trailer and racecar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western while we were in Arizona. The only thing that upset us was we never had any room service when we had requested it. We had to get more towels as we had used ours at the pool and then no one came the next morning. So, we had to get more towels for our bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We did enjoy the pool- although it was cold. And the gym was nice minus no remote control for the TVs.

Wi-fi was sooo bad! Dropped my 1hr teams meeting 5 times. Front desk said they’d had many complaints. For me to fix it, I should call the Internet provider?? I couldn’t finish my work or school presentations. Direct tv kept cutting out. White crusty spray all over the curtains that looked suspiciously like body fluids. AC - don’t think it’s been cleaned since install! The grey dusty thick coating was nasty. I would definitely recommend they invest in vacuum cleaners as there was dust and grass still in the room at my checkin on the floors by the bed.

It was very clean inside and out . You could smell the bleach when you walked inside the building .

There was poop in our toilet! And garbage underneath our bed empty pop bottles, fruit toys. Your housekeeping sucks. The TV didn’t work. The microwave was jacked up.

Everything was good with the exception that the room hadn't had the floor vacuumed. There was a clothing tag and some other assorted small garbage on the bedroom floor. There was a beer bottle cap on the floor in the bathroom.

The room was nasty. Crushed chips all over the sofa, blood stains on sofa bed, and mold in the bathroom. Front desk staff was polite, but did nothing about it.

THE internet s awful. very hard to have zoo calls and exchange data. upload and download was 2mb. checked multiple days. most BW have 30mb or better. this is a newer property, no reason to not have fiber speed.

I stayed there for 5 nights. Not one night did the 2 TVs in my room work. Every single day it was the same thing from the staff “we are working on it” 5 days!!! All in all this hotel is nice. I stay here a lot for work. But it’s unacceptable to not have tv in your room for 5 days. And to know that nobody is working on it. Didn’t even offer to move me to a different room. Nothing.

I felt like this was more of a regular Best Western experience than a PLUS. They state that their beds are Tempur-pedic, but the bed was the most firm and uncomfortable spring mattress. Not even individual coils that mold to the shape of your body. It sucks to be in pain on vacation because the hotel doesn’t have good beds. The AC unit in the room was so loud and noisy that it kept disrupting our sleep. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent, window, or anything to help with a stinky situation or the shower steam humidity. Also this place is very busy and you can hear the other people in your room. It’s also extremely busy during breakfast.

Honestly this hotel is great for travelers! We had a full kitchen, sitting area and bed right across the street from Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino and the raceway! VERY affordable and an easy Uber ride to the Casino. Don’t pay $200+ a night at Wild Horse Pass, stay here instead

The property is located on I-10, with easy access off and on. Along with the good breakfast choices, there is an Arby's and a McDonald's within walking distance. The motel is quiet with comfortable beds.

If I could give them zero star, I’ll give them and zero star They are staff are very rude specially the front desk, Stephanie, and the supervisor Allan They didn’t clean my room and I asked them to clean it or get me towels. They refused to do that and they are not answering the phone and they don’t care if I Put bad review the supervisor instead of helping me and solve the problem. He said it’s OK go put bad Review for our hotel. I don’t care.

This stay was for me to get to a medical review. The reservation was easy to make. Checking in was swift. Given my status in a neck brace the reception person let us in a bit early; that was much appreciated.

I have stayed at this location many times. Last time I stayed there they double booked my room and somebody walked in my room while I was in it compromises the safety of me and the other person then when I go down to complain at the office, the general manager actually had the nerve to gaslight me and tell me the reason this happened was because I didn’t use the deadbolt lock. For a single woman who travels with kids I would never stay at this hotel. What if the person who entered my room stole everything that I owned if I wasn’t in there. They tried to compensate me with a $25 gift card to their commissary other than that situation, the place is nice, but I would never trust them to not double book my room again and take that risk , can you imagine coming back to your room and completely empty with all your stuff and nobody answer for it and blame you for not using the deadbolt?!

Jennifer at check in was very helpful. I ended up going back to the desk twice with questions, she was just as friendly and helpful the third time as the first time! The breakfast bar is a true smorgasbord with a nice variety of milks, yogurt, breads, bagels, cereals, fruits, juices as well make your own waffle plus omelets, bacon, biscuits, diced potatoes and gravy. The location is very easy to access from the freeway. It has an electric charging station, not part of the hotel service however it’s available. As I was leaving I inquired about a flower growing outside of the front of the building, Robert walked out Wayne and did something on his phone to identify the plant! A lady (sorry I didn’t her name) working in the breakfast area reopened the juice machine when I went back for a second cup unaware she had just turned it off. I told her not to bother but she kindly unlocked it again. Service was consistently excellent amongst all of the staff. There's a gas station and Arby’s on the adjacent property.

Front desk check-in staff provided excellent customer service. Courteous, quick response to all requests. Breakfast food items were excellent.

I stayed for 5 nights and except for one day housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I had to request extra towels on two occasions because the cleaning staff had left for the day. The desk clerk was made aware of the situation and no change.

Some freeway noise and during the day very loud drag boats racing across the freeway. Easy to get to and close to two freeways.

The hotel and staff are high quality. Very clean, and comfortable. What we didn't realize is that the hotel sits adjacent to a truck stop which wasn't an issue but the property is very out of the way. Couldn't really walk anywhere. That is just a personal preference for us while on vacation.

Great location to Rawhide about 2-3 miles away. Continental breakfast was great.

The complimentary breakfast was good. Like the kitchen area in our room but the dishes were dirty. Had to go out and purchase a small pot and pan. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been a lot better. Overall I’d give it 3 stars because of the complimentary breakfast and refrigerator in the kitchen.

Lots of people in breakfast room and only hot food available was sausage that looked under cooked! Plus it was an hour before breakfast closed. Very disappointed!!

The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast in the mornings was great but could have used another person to help keep up with the demand. We stayed 3 nights.
