Stayed at this property multiple times. I am also a long standing Bonvoy member. 1. I had no hot water for 3 days 2. tv volume didnt work and was reported 3. room smelled like a dog during entire visit 4. complained about all of the above and nothing was done.

Overall the place is good. We have stayed there twice in the last 3 weeks. Probably not again. Only one elevator is working and when the place is full, the wait to get on the elevator is terrible. Needs a few more pieces of equipment in the workout room. Breakfast is very good, so congrats for that.

Room was comfortable clean and spacious. 1 elevator was out of service at the time of my stay and that was a bit of an hassle but that didn’t not deter from how good this hotel was. Breakfast was decent and the location is well placed.

On my first day, I asked to change rooms, because I had to sleep at night, because the bed bag bedbugs, or bad bugs, the second day the same thing, when I couldn't sleep at night, I felt a lot of urgency all over my body, unfortunately this is not good!

Facility was not dirty but not as clean as one would expect. For the most part it was not overly dirty but it was not as clean as I was accustomed to. The bathroom sliding door lock was faulty and difficult to lock. Bath towels were not sufficiently provided as we stayed at the same locations on 2 separate occasions and with times only 3 towels were provided and we needed 5. We also had to go to the front desk to pick up the additional towels as they were not able to bring them to the room. Front desk staff were nice, however most of the staff did not or spoke very little English so there was a language barrier (that's most of Miami even the Uber drivers...lol) The A/C unit in the building was very noisy on every start up (sounded like my garage door opening and closing) Pool had no supervision or towels for drying off...again we had to go the front desk to towels. (We called and was told to come and get them) Breakfast was free, it was ok. Bagels, cereal, pancakes, egg omelettes, English muffins, muffins (blueberry/chocolate) juice, water, milk, coffee, tea as well as fresh bananas and apple were also provided.

Rooms were big but TV was small and awkwardly located. The bathroom with sliding glass doors isnt a good idea since the lights shine bright into the room at night. The breakfast wasnt good, the food wasnt fresh or was just over cooked. Was a little disappointed as I remember Springhill Suites being better.

Overall the property and surrounding areas are nice. The rooms are laid out well and pretty large. The bathroom in my room was nice. My room #500, was really good in almost all aspects, and I know this is a small detail, but they just couldn't get the TV remote to work. Replacement remote, new batteries, nothing. You either stood directly in front of the TV or you weren't changing the channel. I was there for work so wasn't in my room much anyway, but man, when you're used to having a functional remote, it's a bit annoying. Other than that, very nice hotel, I rate it pretty high. Lots of dining options within walking distance which was nice.

This time everything was bad we stayed here 10 days ago and the trip was fine. But this time we booked two rooms both rooms the air conditioning didn’t work well, the TV in my room kept turning on and off as well as having a broken light bulb for the desk lamp.

Checked in and my car was hit within 2 hours of me being there while parked which resulted in me not being able to open my driver door! Asked to at least see the camera footage and was told i needed to file a police report in order for me to see it. I was also leaving that morning for a cruise so i didn’t have the chance. I just wanted to know what happend to my car and that was it but was denied even that. I was polite the entire time and was left disappointed and frustrated. Never again. I hope none of you have to go through what I went through while i was there. This will be my first and last time ever staying here.

Juliette the front desk clerk was rude upon my arrival to the hotel that I prepaid for, she didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in but the people that were of her race which would be Hispanic she was very welcoming to them when she seen my black face it was like she was disappointed. Juliette lied about having rooms on the higher levels very nasty phony niceness but the Hispanic guest that where checking in she was smiling ear to ear every when their credit cards where getting denied she still kept smiling but a prepaid guest which would be me was getting the cold shoulder. Maybe spring hill suites should have her clean toilets maybe she will be nicer in that area I stayed in better hotels and I will be taking this compliment further as far as I can.

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating. My wife was at the front desk trying to check in, but since the reservation was under my name, the staff asked her to have me call. I called seven times—each time the phone was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold without a single word. No greeting, no “please hold,” just ring, click, hold. It wasn’t until my wife informed them in person that I was the one calling that they finally answered on my eighth attempt. This kind of service is unacceptable. The staff showed zero professionalism or courtesy.

The front desk agent was so rude with me and my family. His name was Michael. We were very disapointed, it used to be our favorite hotel. The house keeping service was terrible we stayed there 4 nights and only one cleaned our room.

What I'd like to say is the place was an excellent stay. It's a pity i was only there for one night. The only complaint I had was finding the place. Google maps sends you to 105th Ave, and theres no 105th ave. Had me circling around for some 20 minutes or more. I had to eventually call the front desk to get precise directions. Address says 3895 107th ave. You guys are not on 107th ave. I drove up and down 107th ave looking for the address. You need to add, "behind Wendy's" or some other landmark to that address. I couldn't be the only person with that problem. Ok, i've said my piece. No complains about the place, just getting there.

Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay. Provide free breakfast, that's a good thing, easy and convenient location, lots of choices of restaurants nearby. One strange thing is that the hotel front desk sent an email through Gmail, I thought it was a scam at the beginning.

The property was well maintained and in nice conveninent location closer to most dining options . The only thing I was not happy about was Breakfast. It was not up to the standards that I had come to expect from Marriott hotels . Highly recommended

Came in 2022, then again in 2023. They remodeled and removed the bar and dining options. Major downgrade to the lobby area. Staff were friendly enough and rooms were clean, but paid more for less amenities. Won't be staying again with better options in the area.
