Nice apartment style for the week. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated the week we stayed nor was the restaurant at our end. No big deal but would have liked to know that at time of booking. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

I wish I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but I cannot. First thing I noticed when we arrived was the elevator situation. I stood at Home2 for 8 days and there was only 1 working elevator, which was the medical emergency elevator. Another patron who was staying there complained a few times to the Hilton hotel receptionist but no one ever came to service the non working elevator. Secondly, the pool was disgusting. It looked like the water hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The hot tub water was literally yellow, like if someone had an accident and walked away. I was reluctant to let my kids swim in it for fear they would get sick. Thirdly, the dining area was dirty at various times of my stay there. From spilled drinks to spilled waffle batter, the floors were hardly clean. Same goes for the elevator floor. Lastly, I noticed we were all alone on that side of the hotel. No receptionist, no security, no staff other than the cleaning crews were present. I find that a little odd. If any of the patrons needed anything, we would have to walk to the Hilton side of the hotel with our grievances. Not only is that odd but inconvenient in case there is an emergency. That side of the hotel should at the very least have a staff member walking around to make sure all is good and that the patrons aren't needing anything. Would I stay at Home2 again? Probably Would I stay at this location? No.

The only thing that i had a issue with is, just how narrow the parking spots were. Full size pickup barely fits between the lines. Even cars have an issue with opening of their doors

Had a very relaxing 3 day staycation with the family. Very clean room with large fridge, microwave, and other kitchen amenities. Comfortable bedding and soft fluffy bath towels. HK was quick and receptive when needing additional items andvthe front desk was very friendly. Pool was perfect and not crowded. Morning breakfast had a variety of options and the dining area was spacious and clean.

The staff were friendly, rooms were a good size, and they had a decent breakfast spread. The pool and gym were clean and not anything to write home about, but they got the job done. The pool side bar wasn’t open at all during our spring break stay. Overall I would definitely stay here with my family again.

This is about the only Hilton property in the Phoenix area that doesn't provide free parking. Worse yet, you have to use a QR code at check in to pay some third party company...I ended up standing in the hot sun for 15 minutes to get it to work. The desk clerk couldn't have cared less.... Just kept agreeing that it was a bad set up. I'd never stay here again. So many other choices without the parking hassle.

Property and room was very clean. Had a great experience overall minus one day at the front desk. The gentleman refused to give my elderly mom water bottles. He said it was for priority guests, he needs to be replaced because other days the staff gave us water everyday.

Difficult to find correct checkin. No garbage bags in room. My husband is disabled had dirty depends had to ask for garbage bags to keep sanitary for maids. Paper peeling off walls in bathroom. Cockroach in tub. Very noisy from traffic . Ont stay again.

Stay there with my kids and never once did housekeeping clean the room. We leave every day but they never. Spoke to the front desk guy and he offered the kids snacks. That not cool. Soap was done in the bathroom and I had to go out and buy some. Horrible

Easy and friendly check-in at the front desk. We had to park rather far due to the restaurant being busy at the time we arrived. Our room was comfortably sizeable and nicely layed out. Decor and bedding were not as pictured on the website, outdated linens on the bed. Cleanliness was subpar- dust on furniture, on top of the refrigerator and on fixtures. The refrigerator had not been wiped out from previous guest. Bed sheets were put on inside out so wondering if they weren't changed just flipped over? The bathroom sink wasnt cleaned- hair and water spots all over. The tissue holder had one tissue stuffed in the top, but no tissue box in the holder which puzzled us! Toilet paper rolls were both half used and no spare roll was in the bathroom. The bed and couch pull out were both so uncomfortable, that a restful sleep was impossible. When the couch was turned into the bed, dust and hair l were visable underneath the cusions. We expected more for the price we paid and honestly would not return to this particular hotel.

Food was horrible at breakfast. Worst breakfast I have ever had. Overcooked. Taste was horrible and prepared poorly. We stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean our room when we left for the day. They apologized and said they forgot? Hair on sheets too. Will never stay at this location again.

We stay at this hotel chain in other states and never have had issues . Our room was not as clean as expected food in kitchen sink from previous use it smelled and caused the sink to overflow the dishwasher which was not being used causing flood. Issue fixed yet towels used to prevent further flooding were not removed as asked to staff bathroom sink faucet loose , toilet seat loose . You dont check in to the hotel you have to go next door to other Hilton to check in. The pool was chained and had to walk through other hotel to get in and out. Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the floors were never vacuumed before or during our stay. We had sunflower seed shells on the floor and the hallway floors had food and other things on them from the momwnt we got there till the time we left. Bed had stains on comforter and went to plug in items next to bedside table and went to slide table over and the top came off. Breakfast was decent but the main proteins were kept in a small case that you could barely get in to and then would have long wait if busy because it was one at a time. If they would separate it out more would be better and easier to get to. Water in lobby was not refilled during the day after the first day we were there. Staff that checked us in acted annoyed and irritated that they had to help us upon arrival since we were at "the other hotel". Very disappointed in the hotel cleanliness and lack or care for our stay in this hotel.

I spotted some hairs on the bedsheet, but blanks/towel and other things are very clean. So it's hard to tell if I just got unlucky or that's just the standard... But anyway the room itself is absolutely above average, it's very spacious with everything you need even for cooking.

The room seemed clean but it had an awful pungent musky smell that was hard to get past. The front desk manager was so incredibly nice and was unfortunately all by herself. I didn’t want to bother her further because she was busy. I was too tired to say anything and went to bed.

It was very loud in my room. I could hear the guest above me walking across the floor. I could hear street noise. The air conditioning unit was a window unit and it was extremely loud. Worst of all, the bed wasn't top tier--I could feel the springs through the mattress--isn't this a new hotel? I was very disappointed, for the Hilton brand this was pretty low budget. Nest time, I'd stay at the Hilton or try another hotel chain altogether. Also, you have to walk to the Hilton side of the property for any front desk service--so why not just stay at the Hilton. The only benefit of Home2 was the free breakfast, but then again, the other guests are picking up food with their fingers instead of the tongs so maybe the breakfast isn't a safe bet either...

The hotel seemed clean and it was comfortable enough to stay at! Bed and pillows were okay, breakfast wasn’t bad. Loved the location, easy to get to and close to lots of things. The thing that bothered us the most is that we booked a room with a sofa bed and tried to sleep on it, it was horribly uncomfortable. I was not expecting much (I know how they can be) but this one was definitely worse than expected. Thankfully it worked to just sleep on the bed in this case, but I wouldn’t suggest booking a room counting on a sofa bed to actually sleep on.

Had a very relaxing 3 day staycation with the family. Very clean room with large fridge, microwave, and other kitchen amenities. Comfortable bedding and soft fluffy bath towels. HK was quick and receptive when needing additional items andvthe front desk was very friendly. Pool was perfect and not crowded. Morning breakfast had a variety of options and the dining area was spacious and clean.

You dont check in to the hotel you have to go next door to other Hilton to check in. The pool was chained and had to walk through other hotel to get in and out. Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the floors were never vacuumed before or during our stay. We had sunflower seed shells on the floor and the hallway floors had food and other things on them from the momwnt we got there till the time we left. Bed had stains on comforter and went to plug in items next to bedside table and went to slide table over and the top came off. Breakfast was decent but the main proteins were kept in a small case that you could barely get in to and then would have long wait if busy because it was one at a time. If they would separate it out more would be better and easier to get to. Water in lobby was not refilled during the day after the first day we were there. Staff that checked us in acted annoyed and irritated that they had to help us upon arrival since we were at "the other hotel". Very disappointed in the hotel cleanliness and lack or care for our stay in this hotel.

This is about the only Hilton property in the Phoenix area that doesn't provide free parking. Worse yet, you have to use a QR code at check in to pay some third party company...I ended up standing in the hot sun for 15 minutes to get it to work. The desk clerk couldn't have cared less.... Just kept agreeing that it was a bad set up. I'd never stay here again. So many other choices without the parking hassle.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Upon checking in I received a couple bottles of complimentary water, which was definitely appreciated with the heat. The room was very clean and I appreciated there being extra pillows/blankets in the room. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and there was a nice variety. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport, and also close to a lot of things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

I was skeptical about my choice and thought I should have booked a resort instead for a 4-day vacation in AZ, but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my selection. The hotel quiet and it a seclluded, yet convenient location. The room I was assigned was very clean with nearly all the amenities that I required. Room service is provided upon request, however, since we only stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, it wasn't a necessity and can't comment in housekeeping. My 5 year old son loved swimming in the pool and we sometimes met other families with kids, however, it was never crowded and always kept clean. Also, an abundance of towels available at the pool, without having to request one. Free breakfast is provided daily, which is a plus. My only two cons would be, actually they are more of a "nice to have," is the inclusion of a kettle in the room, as I would prefer to use that, instead of a microwave to heat water and to have the check-in for the hotel in the lobby of Home2Suites instead on next door at Hilton Garden Inn. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else. I've stayed at other highly rated hotels when traveling for work or leisure that are much pricier, and this hotel ranks much higher, from my perspective.

This hotel’s backyard is the highway and is very noisy. The property is connected to Hilton Garden Inn and all the conveniences are given to those guests, like a fresh cooked breakfast that closes later, a store, and where you have to walk much further for any front desk assistance. It felt like you were 2nd class in the Home2suites side. Some drunk men hanging outside the entrance on the second night made me feel unsafe as a woman with a child. For the price, I would never stay here again. Positives was the manager was kind and the hot tub was nice.

Handicap parking was roped off for reservations and we couldn’t park near the front entrance. There was confusion about the free breakfast versus the $15 option. I had to look up my reservation to prove we had the free option and show it to the waitress before she told me where the free breakfast was. She didn’t charge us but would have if I had not shown the reservation to her.

The hotel and room were clean and spacious.The pool was warm and area was nice. The evening fire pits were very beautiful. The exercise room was large and impressive. The pub was also nice to grab a bite and a drink later at night. The hotel staff was great too. The bed was not very comfortable. The road noise and ac were quite noisy. The breakfast was too crowded. Dishes and cutlery was not replenished. Coffee was either weak or empty. Trash was full. Food was dried out. The fruit looked 6 months old. We ate there 3 mornings. The parking lot had garbage, cigarette butts, and a tonne of dog feces everywhere. Because there are not many other hotels in this vicinity, I would stay again if I were visiting my friend again because I don’t like city driving.

Home2 breakfast has great healthy choices. The property was clean and inviting. The amenities were available and easy access. The room was pretty clean but needs extra TLC with checking the sink and facets for working conditions. My kitchen sink had a plumbing issue and couldn't be resolved until late the next day. Boss and maintenance should be available and responded to these emergencies 24/7. Parking can be improved with providing more available spots for handicap persons on Home2 side. Overall this is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting AZ. Staffs are friendly but can use some training in English for housekeeping dept.
