Good atmosphere, and having a sports bar within the facility makes it a plus

Love the place and but when I most needed the pool for my getaway it was closed but still they do provide the shuttle to the other one. Just was sad or happened on my b'day

Nice neighborhood. Clean building, though they were working on an elevator that was out of commission. Also be aware that they do charge for parking, so be sure to calculate that into your stay. That seems to be a common practice in Phoenix though. We’ve been to Phoenix a bunch here last couple years and it’s becoming more the norm.

Paid parking not being advertised is ridiculous.

Paying for parking was a down vote for me. Otherwise, great hotel, staff were great, place was clean.

Nice hotel, restaurant on property, NEXT TO HIGHWAY (they leave complimentary ear plugs in the room) giving easy access.

The daily parking charge is ridiculous!

Great pool and fitness center

The $10 a day parking was a big surprise and a little disappointing to pay $50 for arming for a $500 stay is insane very disappointed

Nothing extraordinary with the exception of their fitness center. It has a lot more than just a few dumbbells and a treadmill. You can use their rower machine, elliptical, cable machine, etc. Is paid parking which is unusual ($10/day). Definitely not a bad deal for what you get in return for your investment.

Room was very clean. The coffee maker didn't work and the noise from the highway was surprisingly very loud all night. Despite those minor things, I would stay again.

Terrible water pressure in the shower. Coffee, Kleenex, conditioner- not replaced/refilled Check in staff seemed bored and not helpful.

Sheets were dirty. They came promptly with a fresh set of linens and the sheet was dirty again. 3rd try got it right.

Charges for parking. Cleaning not done daily. Price not worth it.

Nice pool and the room was clean. However the view is of the highway and the rooms are very dark.

The water pressure in our room was not good. The hot water took too long to come through the shower. Only staying one night, but they need to look into it.

Very nice room. Room Lighting was the only fault. No over head light in the room only lamp.

Only complaint i have is that the hot water was not working in our room. After a long trip its very inconvenience not being able to take a hot shower.

This property was nice, clean and in a convenient location. My one issue is the barn door on the bathroom in the room. There was a gap on both sides that you could see through, it didn't have a lock or close properly. If you care about bathroom privacy during your stay, I would look elsewhere. If it's not an issue for you, this is a great place to stay!

Typical $100 a night place. Bed was awful. Room decent, clean. Convenient location. Fir one day it’s fine. For two or more days I’d suggest spending $100-150 more for a better hotel.

Terribly worn out bed that was sagging. Right in front of the room's window was a large condenser with a fan that ran all night long intermittently. The floor and walls are so thin that I could hear people walking and presumably children running early in the morning and in late evenings. The price I was chraged was higher than Expedia's estimate.

Very noisy , being that room 435 is by the freeway,all three nights were not restful at all. So I don’t suggest you stay on the 4th floor from 430-450 think is all on the freeway side you will for sure not get a good nights rest.

I was a little disappointed to pay for parking in a very regular/crowded parking lot, which was full requiring me to park about two hundred yards from the hotel itself. Not a big deal, just inconvenient with bags etc. I recommend booking on the non freeway side, it’s loud! Beyond that, I’d stay here again.

The location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. How the AC unit is kind of loud inside the room and I couldn't completely turn it off with the control panel on the wall.

Staff was very accommodating. We arrived very early and they got us checked in right away. Room was clean and quiet.

Arrived earlier than expected and was settling in to wait in the lobby until check in. But the lovely lady said I have room for you and checked me in much earlier! She was amazing!!

Upon arrival, the porte cochere was occupied with a large white van, which was transporting guests to the hotel. Unfortunately the driver was inconsiderate of the other hotel guests, and blocked the entire area with the van, causing guests to have to find a parking spot far from the entrance to check in to the hotel. Extremely challenging if you have luggage and mobility issues. Once inside, we had to wait 15 minutes before a front desk agent arrived to check us in to our hotel room. The agent was rigid and stoic, and offered no remorse for our wait time. It was quite a shock to see the name badge Alisha Davis as the front desk manager who was processing my reservation. Zero personality, and borderline rude when I asked a few clarifying questions about thier 3rd party pay to park qr code. She did not offer the wifi password, and when asked, was extremely curt and condescending. I am shocked that any hotel would put someone like this up as the face of their hospitality services, especially as a manager. At least she was consistent, as I witnessed her mistreat all other guests that approached her. Once we got to our hotel room, we were met with a dirty room, with a lack of detailed cleanliness in key areas. I tried to upload photos, but the app isn't functioning foe photo uploads.This hotel is right next to a busy freeway with loud cars/open exhaust racing by at all hours of the day and night. I will never, ever stay here again.

Morgan the bartender went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time while hanging out at the bar. Everyone who worked at the front desk were very courteous, friendly and helpful in making sure we were comfortable during our stay. We will definitely return.

Secluded among other businesses but still close to the freeway and major crossroads. Very nice maintained property considering the volume of traffic that comes through it. Maintenance does a good job. Front desk staff were above average and rather quick with service and check in. No issues on this stay.

Very nice facility. Friendly staff were available all the time, never had to go looking for someone. Food was good.

Very quiet during my 2-day stay. Staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast included hot food like eggs, bacon, and sausage, and I enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

Had only decaf coffee in my room. When I called for regular it never came. Property only has breakfast buffet you pay for (no free breakfast or room service breakfast. The room was nice.

Food was good. The scrambled eggs seemed a little bit over cooked but everything else was great

I did not like that we had to pay for parking. It's not downtown. Absolutely no reason for us to pay for parking. We didn't build two hotels next to each other. The $15 breakfast is what other hotels offer as a continental for free. Very disappointing!
